Great considering I managed to fubar all 4 of my moscarts the other day! But if I can get those working again then surely an ICS MGL is on the cards? Guarder Drop Leg left handed holster - I have the right handed version. So some Akimbo action? Kombatuk tan drop leg. Lots of paracord.

I had a brief look myself when looking to do a PSG1 upgrade. The only solution was to go Classic Army I am afraid.

Yeah it should be fine. The only issue like with all cheap pistols will be leaky seals. Which is a big problem on 1911s because of the small gas capacity (He wont be using any 1911 in winter basically) So if he doesnt get spare mags make sure to get TM M45A1 ones. They are great quality and have slightly more gas capacity then most.

Hello all. Got my Ares Soc-AR back. It feed perfectly fine on semi and auto with my Lonex Flash mags. It feeds perfectly fine on full auto with my PTS Mid caps. However it will only feed 1/3rd of every 3 shots on semi with the PTS's. Could be the bb retaining latch or that gap at the top of the hop unit chamber. Anyone got any ideas? Cheers! R

The real issue is the gas seals and mags. If he MUST get a 1911 and is ultra cheap, the Army Armament ones are not bad. They are 99% TM compatible. I believe the Ravens are based on the ancient WE model. Which is just awful.

That is the odd thing. My valves worked fine sans lubing. I decide to do some preventative maintenence and lube them, only for them to start leaking! My luck!

I lubed all of the valve assembly seals. But lubing them has caused a leak! I have ordered a set of SHS replacement valves which hopefully will fit and will be of a better quality

Let me know if you do want to part with it. Not sure what I'd do with it though. Probably sit in its box! As for value.. no idea. Hard to price something like that. 1 x Guarder Clear 1 x G&G Green 1 x ML 60 degree 1 x ICS L85 Hop unit 4 x SHS fill valves for moscarts.

Nothing that I can tell. I'm going to order a spare hop unit, new barrel and put in a Prommy purple I have spare. See if I can work it out. Have also ordered a Guarder clear and G&G green just in case the Prommy purple doesnt do the trick.

I have tested it extensively with my chrono and a range. Unfortunately as soon as there is an obvious bit of hop the FPS is down to 230. It gets worse the heavier the bb you use of course. I usually use .3s as well.

The nub is actually the softest possible. It's the AK2M4 copy made specifically because the stock ML nub is too hard for a macaron 50 degree.

Heya gents. Issue with my Real Sword T97s hop unit. I can actually see my shots being very slow. Stock barrel, stock hop unit. ML Macaron 50 degree bucking and Shore 70 ohm nub copy. Fires at 330 FPS on .2s 280FPS on .28's - > 330FPS on .2s Add enough hop to lift .28's = 230FPS on .28's = 272 FPS on .2's. Losing that much FPS doesn't seem right to me. Range is not their either. Hop rubber is seated correctly and looks good. My T97b has the same Hop combination and doesn't have this problem. Ideas?

Hey guys. My 4 moscarts were working fine but i decided to give some fill valve maintenance. Lubed up all the o rings and put it back together, the gas will just jet straight back out through the fill nozzle. Almost like the oring is not letting any gas into the chamber no matter how hard I press down. Any ideas in this one? Otherwise will have to take a punt on new valves. I took apart one of my existing valves and couldnt see any obvious problem. When I tried filling gas into the valve outside of the moscart the gas came out through the hole in the nozzle shaft as it should be. This happened to all 4 of my moscarts. It clearly doesnt like getting lubed.
