The remaining guns that need testing and tweaking while I'm not allowed to play. Most are simple tests and tweaking, nothing major since I finally got the MWS hopping the ammo I want to put through it last Sunday. It's mostly just setting the hop for the weights I want to use, but a few other minor tweaks needed. From left to right: TM MWS w/ Modelworks mk12 kit - Need to make sure it's shooting straight. Scope I had on it was wonky because of the mounts on Sunday Tanaka m700 w/ real Remington stock - Installed a new hop rubber and nub as it was a bit crap before. Need to set the hop now with the new setup JG BAR-10 - Just need to find what psi to set for 1.1J so I can use it at night games / no MED games; disgustingly quiet since it's internally suppressed and half of that outer barrel is just alternating large/small foam baffles. Already know it shoots phenomenally at 155psi, which gives about 2.3J on .48s, and I can go as low as 80psi, so sure I can get it to 1.1J as well G&P m14 DMR - Ironically not a DMR. Wasn't hopping well, but power, noise and snappiness was all amazing, so installed a new MR hop rubber. Need to set the hop up now. KJW m700 - Usually has a suppressor on it! Finally got around to finishing this one with the threaded shorter outer barrel, as well as the AA hop unit, nub and flamingo rubber. Need to set it up, both power and hop up. I think I have a type... 🤣

So this is my glock collection at present: 12 various glock 2 FMG-9s. Got an agent tracer is one, made my own tracer for the other.

yeah to a point (as others have noted) - as the wider apart you have them, the more the pellet/BB may be slowing down between them. This could be even more pronounced with airsoft BBs - the BC may be very different. Looking at rough size/spacing of common chronographs: At Airsoft speeds (250fps) - its a pretty trivial task on the electronics, you're talking ~500+ microseconds between sensors. 1 microsecond at 1000fps is the difference between 1000fps & 1008fps 1 microsecond at 250fps is about 1/2fps difference Another way of of looking at it is tolerance of assembly/dimensions: @200fps - 0.1mm = 0.2fps @1000fps - 0.1mm = 1.25fps The mounting is probably the most critical - i'm constantly amazed at how much vibrations & slight wobble have on the readings. But this is when I calibrate at 1,000fps - expect something like a 5fps variance if there's bad mounting, thats why I chose muzzle mount.

Oh my god, I never even noticed the spare parts section before. I've been looking all over for the gas block unit for my TM Aug. I've also spent loads of time and money fiddling about with different front grip solutions. Finally got a 3D printed one a bit like the High-Cycle mount but I love the ClawGear grip. The Novritsch clone is right up my street. And the mags are a pretty decent price. My MAG 180rnd mag doesn't feed well (still to try out the new feed nipple) and the JG ones are black plastic :(. I'll have to ask them about TM compatibility I guess. Edit - Sent a support ticket...

I put the tube back on and this time the spring was fine. 304 - 316 FPS with 0.23g bbs and M115 spring. Update: 310 FPS average. 0.91J

Sam is the only tech I know of who will work on them. To be honest though, it is probably better to just buy a new one.

Update 1: The lubing worked great. The results for the air seal are now very consistent. Its now a solid 0.770J. With a variantion of each shot of 6+- FPS. I replaced the spring to the more powerful spring and this took me to a whopping 320 FPS with 0.961J however problem is that the spring bends mid shots. Any idea on how to solve this? Its clear I need a better spring now. Should I just go for a spring below the one I have now? Actually, reading back now. I might opt to improve the air seal more and work on that. Update 2: Lubed up the piston. Found out through another video that piston is actually losing a decent amount of air. Going to buy a new piston set. I can hear air escaping through this when I do a seal test. It also moves way too much around to maintain good seal even with the lubricant.

Forget QD points if you don't plan on moving the sling over. Two simple paracord loops will allow you to anchor it wherever you like

Video isn’t great but: Essentially you cut the mask straps and then thread it through and tighten it up with the side straps, from what I can tell

I also agree with all the above. If the visor is like the one pictured below I highly recommend getting some glasses or goggles to go underneath as there's some very big gaps where a bb could easily get through. Infact I'd be surprised if a site did let anyone play with just that for eye protection. The only other thing I reccomended is a pair of gloves. Hits to the fingers and knuckles bloody hurt and even a thin pair of gloves will take the edge off

Did you chrono on 0.28s at home? Some guns do lose an awful lot of energy by switching to heavier BBs
