  1. That's on Tuesday 20th, hoping to get to that if it goes ahead.
  2. I'm confused a little, are you saying you've already taken 2 teeth off the sector gear? sp100 should be getting your around 360fps with 0.2g on a normal build
  3. If running an asg infinity 30k motor, I'd stick with a set of Rocket or stock 18:1 and 7.4v, better efficiency that way. 20 is plenty. As @Adolf Hamster states you're going to have to go with a higher spring and short stroke if you want to use 11.1v effectively.
  4. Nah it's not normal, even with poly teeth, Guessing you are running 18:1 gears, what spring and motor? My advice is switch to a 7.4v battery.
  5. @Ragingrental needle files! lol you poor sod.....treat yourself to a Dremel set or similar. I've seen some pretty decent looking sets on Aliexpress in fact, they get pretty decent reviews.
  6. @Rogerborg I've felt absolutely amazing on a low carb diet. I've tried full on Keto, sub 20g and it's super hard, but the sweet spot for me is low carb, around 50g a day. My 25 year battle with irritable bowl pretty much gone and my energy and concentration greatly improved. Not for everyone of course.
  7. Have you got a pic of one buddy, I've not come across this, they are blue and have slightly different moldings I've found. I did however notice that the new hop chamber that are in E&C's look very much like the ones in Specna's.
  8. What's the inner barrel length and cylinder type? If you're firing at 320fps with a Guarder sp100 then you've got some air leak somewhere. You should be hitting around 360fps (of course depends slightly on the inner barrel / volume etc) What FPS did it leave the shop with?
  9. Looks good, I'll be there....Very interested in the Tuesday Nights – Shotguns and Pistols Only
  10. Ideally you'll need something called an AR vise, it's used to clamp the receiver in place. If KWA do use glue then a blow-torch to heat the barrel nut (not Delta ring) will help.
  11. @Caravan_Kid welcome dude, it's an amazing sport. just got back from the Brecon Beacons last week, how far are you from Dragon Valley? Are they still going?
  12. Have you an idea of the actual rental cost for the potential place you've found? What type of contract? Will you get locked in, what happens if another lockdown etc
  13. thanks man. ZCI is stuck in FedEx customs clearance at Stanstead since Sat for some reason.
  14. I've been quite surprised by the AOLS, the longer barrels are phenomenally dirty inside though so need a real thorough cleaning. They are lighter than the ZCI barrels, performance so far in the 10 or so I've tested is identical. I've run a snake cam down one and again comparable to ZCI. Quite pleased with them as a backup product to ZCI, however not sure they are being made anymore.
  15. Buy a M110 spring, fit it then chrono to work out starting fps. maybe run 1000 bb's / cycles through it, leave compressed in the aeg over night. then chrono. at this point you can either try taking a coil off or you can short-stroke 1 tooth. another option check to see what if the spring guide and piston head have a thrust bearing installed, if one is missing you can perhaps install one with the M100 or remove one of them with a M110, that might make a small difference. Either way 325 fps is perfectly respectable, sometimes it's better to leave as is As @Rogerborg says Airsoft isn't an exact science, spring designs differs in how they are rated, add to that all the other variables involved etc.
  16. you sir have a compression leak either in the hop chamber / rubber or in the gearbox. chamber problems are easier to work on but gearbox issues you'll have to open her up. have a youtube search on "aeg compression tests". as roger says could just be something as simple as replacing or lubing orings
  17. those double o-ring piston heads are just another thing to go wrong and don't give any real performance issue. Same with having a thrust bearing on the piston head and on the spring guide. My guess SA are trying to improve reliability and that's what you want on a £140 gun, returns eat into profit so badly with AEG's
  18. the E&C V2 Trigger Switches are pretty decent, they generally work on most shells. I've not come across one in which they didn't work but you have very odd problem here. brand new AEG's don't really have this issue. if the shell is getting pinched then you might be able to fix with a small washer on the screw by the trigger block
  19. Battery is in the PEQ? Was there any particular reason for not running a stick battery on top? The print quality looks decent enough, what kind of options are there in the 3D printing world to get better quality? I've seen some of the resin 3D printers and the quality is very good but heard the plastic isn't as strong? @Samurai I think I would prefer a version without the stock, maybe worth doing version with and version without.
  20. @Alimcd oh no lol ...springs do go through some real abuse. ZCI does seem to be one of the better after-market springs. The new Gearparts springs so far doing well. Japanese military grade steel seems to do the job.
  21. standard hk post seems to be the slowest, just have to sit back and wait
  22. Ordered a rif and other parts from HK, arrived in a week with standard e-express, no problems. Seems all of the smaller stores haven't yet signed up to the HMRC scheme, consequently my bits all arrived with no charges.
  23. better to use the website buddy as it's much cheaper on there. instead of the sorbo pads go for a £2 set of AOE washers, much easier to fit. as i said you may not need to fit them, there's a lot of debate at the moment etc.
