DO NOT TRICKLE CHARGE LiPo BATTERIES. You will fuck them up. If you have a 1300mAh LiPo battery for example you should charge it at 1.3A. Most LiPo batteries will state 1C charge rate although some can be fast charged at 5C (I have a 2600mAh one that can fast charge at 5C - just not so happy with charging it at 13A! )

This makes more of a difference than many people realise. Also - looking at the places you play at I'd go with the M90 spring.

I'm going to go out on a limb here (I'm sure others can confirm or correct me) but from this and other pics of him and his team mates I'd say that's an M4A1 with SOPMOD block 1 parts fitted NOT a MK18. Either way, as you say all the parts are available from the interwebz and the rifle in he uses in the film (which I'm guessing is what the OP was actually asking about) is a MK12 SPR.
