  1. i have just received a "Tactical Flashlight Q5 LED Light Bulb Foregrip Rail Aluminum Outdoor Heavy Duty" its weighty, not heavy, and nice and bright ... just wish the on/off button was a pressure pad not a clicky on/off/strobe button. also received the CR2 batteries and charger from amazon .. that was very interesting, managed to get guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery ... for free (no i am not a prime customer)
  2. today my "WE pistol release valve type A"'s arrived from milspec... instantly 200% better then the KJW ones in the KJW mags. i now get around the same number of shots out of them as the original mag in my WE barry burton i also received a TrustFire P05 600Lumen CREE XPG-R5 LED Tactical Gun Light Pistol Handgun Torch which is nice .. except it takes a CR2 battery ... and i have none of them Edit :- just went to my local airsoft retailer to look at a TM MEU ... walked out with a dynatex BFG, SMG sized hard case (for my pistols), and a can of green gas
  3. 1)over hop 2)use heavier BB's maybe change to a new hop rubber, but i don't think there will be much wrong with yours if its not that old
  4. wooo hoo just received my 3off KJW M9 mags (from taiwangun) unfortunately for me, the KJW use a higher flow (or maybe there just weaker sprung) gas valves then my WE barry burton uses/needs ... resulting in only just getting 30rds per mag out off them have ordered valve tool and 3off valves from milspec
  5. Do you have a spare mag to try?
  6. Had/have similar issue with my cm16. I have checked my air seal, and it's perfect. Only thing I can think is its the nozzle to hop seal that's the issue.
  7. is it feeding a bb out of the mag though? or is the bb getting jammed?
  8. dose it actually load the next BB? is it loading the next bb and not re cocking its self? is the slide going all the way home? what gas are you using? (sorry for all the questions just trying to fine more info)
  9. i do hope that he will keep the "identify your rifle" page in one format or another, loads of info there too
  10. have a read here >>> http://www.airsoft-forums.co.uk/index.php/topic/17294-ians-guide-to-noobism-on-a-tight-budget/

please dont tempt me lol i am saving for a tippmann atm, and having just lost 6% of my shift rate, it may take a while ... i am crap at saving anyway lol

  12. i wanted to run ball bearing, but you are restricted to bushings, as the 6mm bearing that i ran failed spectacularly after 1 game (all 6mm bearing from what i read after are pants) the spur ended up eating its way into the actual box, and damaged both sector and bevel gears but you live and learn i originally bought my mp5k wayy back in 1998 ... when i found it again in 2013 it still kicked out 200'ish fps
  13. Just got :- G&G L85 wiring set - for my spare army gearbox 5off MK3 Maroon's .... i have a cunning plan (will post up in the DIY thread soon™)
  14. to be brutally honest ... no, but let me explane why ... 1)the fps is low (around 200fps mark iirc), and even with m120 springs and a great air seal i have failed to see above 250fps ... this i could forgive 2)lack of stock ... i need a stock ... this gun doesn't have one 3)the 6mm bush/bearing gearbox, this severely limits upgrade potential on the plus side, its well made, and the hop is great
  15. TM mp5k's are plastic bodied (i have one)
  16. no probs mate i have just ordered a new G&G trigger for that gearbox and a M90 spring to get my L85 below 314FPS (on 0.25's) as the M95 it has keeps peeking over it
  17. look at it this way, if plastic teeth shred ... its a new piston ... metal teeth on the other hand, it may be a new sector too there is 2 schools of thought, some say a metal tooth piston is a must, i look on it as a fail point of something dose go wrong. that said a metal tooth piston will work just fine
  18. yep used airsoft-club myself a few times in the past (about a year ago now). i have never had any issues
  19. sure dose, though what is up with the current piston? the removed teeth are to correct for AOE
  20. yeah that is a piston spacer. looks like your has been upgraded to AEG spec ... this is a good thing mine is 2 piece, the black and metal separate
  21. interesting regarding the lack of spacer. This is the army gearbox i have (its a G&G clone)
  22. welcome aboard and welcome to the dark side ... we have cake! if you could stretch you budget just a little bit more (around the £130 mark) you could get a new G&G CM16 raider. They are great guns, don't be tempted by the long ones, the short ones have the same range and are easier to move with etc other guns worthy of mention is the G&G firehawk, super short, just as accurate, and they make one hell of a noise! i have a raider L that is now a standard raider (too long for CQB in my view), and i have a firehawk
  23. dose it have a piston head spacer? any chance of a pic of the box???
  24. to be honest its all a matter of judgement and how you view/use your gun. a trigger could be considered a "consumable item" (i consider it a consumable item, much like break pads on a car), thus if you use your gun 100% of the time every weekend 20c is high'ish, yet if you only play/use your gun once a month, 20c is low. there is no boundary etc hope you understand what i mean
