      Hef Legend

      they are great guns :)

  3. It's WE (and unfortunately not the full auto capable one), never knew TM did a Barry Burton, they do seem quite rare the TM resident evil guns except the sentinel nine one lol
  4. i could do with 1 or 2 more my local site is CQB, so i regularly just go pistols only for a few games ... i probably could just go pistols only all day and have just as much fun
  5. it all depends what you want to do to be honest, but here are a few basics :- since its a G&G clone, the madbull Daniel Defense Rail will drop straight on. that will give you some nice rail space up front for a foregrip. Grip pods can be had off ebay for £10 ant supplies do various optic adapters, including a 19mm(iirc) rail to 20mm ris adapter, and an ACOG adapter (the sight rail on the gun is either 18 or 19mm on the G&G so i think the army one is the same) then for lighting there is the element LLM-01, looks great, eats batteries (get some rechargeable cr123's) hope that helps
  6. i ran my raider for years on zero one's battery (http://www.zerooneairsoft.com/product_info.php?products_id=6074) and i only had one off them any M4 mag will/should fit ... just don't get mags that are specific to one gun. i have G&G mags, d-boy mags ... and some other that i have no idea what make they are, but they work. any 20mm ris forgrip should fit, i have a grip pod on mine (basically a foregrip with a bipod that pops out of the bottom, good for standing your gun up etc), around the £10 mark on ebay hope this helps
  7. tippmann = joygasm

Lol I commented on that on Facebook lol was it the delux spares kit or the normal one?

Well I have ordered some flat hops delivery is way expensave from shapeways

  8. Its nice .... i only wish that the manual was in English
  9. The normal way with short stroking is to fit a bigger spring since the piston wont be traveling as far, thus you get the same FPS EDIT SD beat me to it lol
  10. i can see your point , but when the heaviest bb will only be round 0.5g, i cannot see it doing much damage. that said i can see the hop rubber could wear out ever so slightly faster as it has to do move work etc.
  11. so today i treated myself TM MEU tippmann #0001766 48ci tank Ninja line (some 0.2g bb's which came with the above ... but i use 0.25's) she is epic, amazing noise, RECOIL!!!! cannot wait to try her on the field (though i need to set up full auto at some point, and dial in the hop) ... just adding some rail covers and foregrip
  12. i recently priced up a complete firehawk top end to go on my CM16 raider ..... i bought a firehawk ... it was cheaper ... and such a good gun i am keeping it as is. to go from say the raider L to the normal raider, the bare minimum you need is the inner barrel, and the outer end piece.
  13. Barrel length dosn't effect range Range is dictated by the hop etc
  14. Lmao ... but no tomorrow i start work on the electronics and see if it will fit in the box
  15. worst mistake anyone can make is writing off a TM as its plastic ..... TM plastic is made of magical stuff
  16. i haven't said what its for yet lol sorry SD ... its not for that
  17. Finished the code on my Arduino *small sample* #include <Bounce.h> #define BTN_PIN 12 #define LED 13 Bounce btn_bounce = Bounce(BTN_PIN, 5); boolean sequence_activated = false; int time_before = 0; byte Flag=0; void setup() { pinMode(BTN_PIN, INPUT); pinMode(LED, OUTPUT); //Serial.begin(9600); } void loop() { // Update the debouncer btn_bounce.update(); // If the button is not pressed zero millis with time_before: if(btn_bounce.read() == LOW) { time_before = millis(); } // if the sequence has not happened before if(Flag==0) { // Current time - time before button press is equal or greater than 2 sec: if(millis() - time_before >= 2000) { This is by no means complete ... and is missing the end part (don't want to give all my surprises away)
  18. Don't forget weight, lugging round a metal gun all day can become tiring. I can say this, the plastic bodied are great, as long as your not swinging from it or standing on it etc
  19. Yes they will, how ever the KJW valve is weaker then the WE one, meaning they are not very gas efficient (29rds = out of gas!). I replaced the valves for WE ones, and they work perfectly now
  20. underneath its sexy exterior its a combat machine ... which is a very good thing, very very reliable guns, skirmish-able out of the box (if you already have batteries and BB's) please please only use good/premium quality 0.2g or heavier bb's (i use 0.25 blasters in my CM16) for best results. edit :- what SD said
