5.11 Radio Pouch Coyote Tan For sizing reference: I used this for my Baofeng UV-5R but had to put about an inch or so of padding underneath the radio to make the volume dial easily accessible (so it sat over the top of the pouch). Let me know if you need any more info or pictures.

Absolutely! Can actually start thinking about moving out and then can have a whole dedicated airsoft room one day🤤

  3. @SurreySkirmisher25 DM me if you're still after the hard case. Have cancelled your offer in the meantime due to no further action from your side

  4. Just put some coyote tan stuff up for sale (plate carrier, coat and pouches) as well as a few other bits if anyone's interested! Now just to hope I don't appear in Mack's thread🤞😅

Pentagon K01002 Gen-V Jacket Level V Coyote Tan Size Small Bought at a short notice for a battle-sim that required a certain colour scheme but they didn't have my size so this had to do! Only worn that one time. Shame as it is a fantastic all-rounder for all sorts of weather types! Made up of 2 parts. Outer shell offers 8000mm waterproof and 5000mm breathable membrane. Inner fleece jacket is padded and extremely warm! (Above mentioned game went into the night in early November and was ridiculously cold in safe zone but went out wearing fleece as well as the outer shell and got so hot I had to take it out!) Outer jacket has 2 chest pockets, 2 hand warmer pockets, RF ID wrist pocket and has under arm zippers for ventilation. Stow-able hood in the collar and fleece neck warmer. Let me know if you need any more info or pictures.

It was a bit busy, I have to agree!😂

  7. This looks like it has incredible range... it does not.
  8. I have some sad news...

Spoke to an old friend of mine yesterday and we always used to love the look of airsoft but never actually went (I started going after falling out of contact with him). After a bit of catching up he mentioned that him and his brother and all their mates have since got into paintball... F  😥

Made sure to tell him it was the lesser sport.

He also mentioned about how much kit they had all bought during which he said something along the lines of "spent £1,500 on paintballs between us" and IIRC that got them around 17,500 balls... If ever we needed a better argument for airsoft 😂

I remember first time ever playing paintball cos it was the day of the poll tax riots lol, I also remember how flipping expensive it was, think I spent around £40 that day!  For a 15 year old that was a lot of money then.

I remember when I went paintballing. Didn't like that there were 3 games in the whole day and as soon as you got hit you were out until the next one. I spent about 10 minutes in the game area and the rest of the day just sitting waiting in the safezone.

      Albiscuit

same here Ash, also dropped about £100 on paintballs as I shot all the free ones in the first two minues of the first game.

spent so much money we had to bump the taxi to the station and hide in the toilets on the train on the way home as we spent all of our money on paintballs.

I was 16 and stupid in my defence

  9. FRV Tailoring shooters belt (got the deployment pack so also got a 1-point sling and a couple 'med sleeves' which is what the smoke grenade is in in the below pic + a yoke for the belt) BlueForceGear Ten-Speed double 5.56 pouch Other bits on the belt for anyone that's interested, from left to right, are a HSGI pogey pouch, WAS universal pistol holster (housing my ASG CZ P09) and a carabiner Also found my old air rifle so I took the scope off and placed* it on my Avalon... FRV 1-point sling is just about in that picture too *Isn't for mounting to picatinny so it's just balanced in the right position to see what it looks like😂 (pretty cool imo)
  10. I thought it'd work out something like that haha... cheers mate 👍
  11. So, in short... I'm very tempted by the MWS life after seeing an abundance of them yesterday, done a little bit of looking and as also stated in this thread there's little chance of finding them cheaper than £480ish in the UK. Seen them on Rainbow8 for 3580HKD (£370) before shipping and import etc. Does anyone have a rough idea whether that extra import cost will make it more/less/equally as expensive in the end? Is it worth the wait on shipping or should I just get one locally? There's no rush on buying one right now though as I'll either be saving the total cost or selling my AEG to fund it!
  12. Very well said! I can understand where they guys/girls/beings (it's 2019) are coming from when they advise about the dangers of running extra weight as some may not be aware of the damage it can do and I appreciate the fact they highlighted that although it could have been done a bit less sarcastically! I'm not really one to judge though as I can be very sarcastic when I want to be 😂 Just for the record too... I wanted to get some originally as being quite a slim build I struggled to get my PC to sit on me well as there was quite a bit of movement when trying to quickly get mags out or whatever in the heat of battle regardless of how tight I had it because I don't fill out all the areas and there's no solid backing in them from the factory so I couldn't get it fixed in one position. I was planning to get a lower weight, I think they advertise options between 1.6kg - 9.4kg or higher than that by request, but I now chose 4.5kg so I can kill two birds with one stone as it's not so heavy it'll prove too challenging on the field but it's heavy enough to use for the occasional extra challenge when training. This is true with any sort of text/email/post as you can't ever purvey your actual tone in which you intend for it to be received because people can't read your facial expression or tone of voice etc. and that always seems to give people the wrong idea about what I'm saying/typing!😂
  13. Had a go with them yesterday and they're great for getting the rig to sit on you properly! I also won a Haley D3CRH among other things so was pretty happy with the outcome to be fair!😜
  14. Will be at AP tomorrow and will have my Bibbs patch on my front and AFUK patch on my back so if you see me come say hi!😁

  15. hence the quotation marks, big man. lucky me won them in a raffle so should I have to ditch them I won't worry too much 👍
  16. I've applied for the Royal Marines so I'm using them for training and airsoft alike 😁 And @TheFull9 I'm aware of the possibility of damaging knees etc. so I won't be running about for the full day with them but thanks for the 'concern' masked in smarmy sarcasm 👍
  17. I had the option to put artwork on it and make it personalized so why not haha Why what? why training plates or why artwork?🤔
  18. 4.5kg (combined) training plates with The Divison inspired artwork
  19. 😍😍how much does one of those set you back if you don't mind me asking good sir😁
  20. Want to do a L119A2 build with my Avalon... But could save the money and do a MK18 build instead... However, I much prefer the look of the L119A2 and we're British after all! Decisions... decisions🤔

All I'll say at this point is... praise the powers to be for cheap hong kong prices (customs charges don't count as they're not the cost of the actual item)😂😂

  21. Got this off my pal, my first GBB so it was more just to have and get used to the workings of one... What do you guys reckon I paid for it/should have paid for it looking at the condition of it?

I knew nothing about the event but was away with work so wouldn’t have made it!!

Hopefully bag a few games in July there as I likely won’t get to play in August and September
