  1. A great little gun, so much fun to fire as well what with the fire rate and the small foot print emphasising the recoil. Maintenance It is a bit of a pain to strip right down as you have to remove the fire selector and the bolt release which feel at both an inevitable de-threading - I just clean the barrel after every game, pop the stock off and take out the BCG and give it a rub down and lube up. I don’t think you need to strip it right down to get anywhere else unless you have an issue with the hop or something. Upgrades Performs great stock, but I did drop in a crazyjet barrel and autobot bucking, gives me a reliable hit over 60m I’d say with .3s. I heard the nozzle is destined to fail but I haven’t had any issues. I run Abbey Predator Ultra (red can) in the summer (gives me around 340fps) Hope that helps

I was looking to pick one up last night and could only find them on tactical-kit.co.uk - everywhere else seemed to be out of stock.

Thanks! I’ll keep an eye out for any more vids and hopefully see one in the field. In the meantime I hope you keep enjoying your new purchase, she’s a beaut!

Thanks for the info and all your vids you've been posting on FB. I still have a question about the range - people often say it can hit @ 60m, but from when I have seen videos, including your own, there does seem to be a fair bit of arching going on to achieve that. Obviously it's hard to get a really good read on it from videos at different angles and often at the point of impact rather than down the barrel, but is this the case and how does it compare to a stock TM NGRS range wise?

Yeah of course but it’d be nice to have the flexibility to keep it at 450fps, hence the purchase! Even more irritating, I’ve had it in and out so much with all the problems the thread seems to have worn (or maybe I over tightened) so now I can’t remove the guide from the top of the BCG 🤬

Has anybody else found the angry gun MPA nozzle troublesome? Every time I take it to a game my gun goes down... first it was the grub screw, then it was the sealing buffer (have swapped to stock now) and today the nozzle seemed to be getting stuck in the bucking. It meant full auto just caused the mags to gas out and semi was sometimes fine, other times it wouldn’t fire (although it would bang). Winding me up. My MWS was flawless before this and ironically my WE MP5 and G36 are yet to fail on me so my MWS has gone from my baby to this troublesome irritant.

Awesome, thanks for this! FYI I’m not in the it’s crap bucket, I’m firmly in the I have absolutely no idea bucket - hence asking for validation of the comments about it having shitty range. From what I’m seeing it seems great and I’m sold on the user experience, I just want to know I can fire 50m without having to arc my shots (hate people doing that in airsoft)

Where've you seen it getting slated? Finally watched this (realised the subs don't work on iPad) and it looks awesome. Yeah I can see the bb-drop you guys are talking about but he didn't seem to adjust the hop at any point so it might just be that. Also RedWolf have posted a review, again, hugely positive but it really get much into shooting performance:

Sigh. And there I was thinking maybe there was an AEG worth my time and money. Will keep following this to see what turns out to be the case but my disappointment... she is intense right now

Auto translate, whilst selectable doesn’t give me any subs. And specifically I was hoping for info on the gearbox.

So I've seen a fe videos of this coming out in the last few days, all in Japanese. Has anybody managed to derive any info from them?

I was running my MWS until my issues then swapped to my MP7 and HK45 which performed as beautifully as ever. I’m yet to see evidence of this “gas guns don’t work in winter” filth peoole bang on about! Even had the MP7 on full auto!

It was around 7 degrees today and I was running Vertex. With the Angry Gun MPA as open as I could whilst still feeling decent resistance on the grub screw I was getting around 285fps with .43s (that converts to around 400fps on .2) Annoyingly, I had a few issues today that are worth putting in here to help people. 1. This has been spoken about on here but the Angry gun MPA nozzle wasn’t returning quickly upon firing. This seems to cause double feeds, jams etc. And eventually all my mags to gas out on the first shot. Upon investigation, this was because of the sealing cup is it called? I haven’t swapped it out with the stock Marui one, but instead put a bit of silicone oil around it, as well as on my thumb and put that around the chamber it slides into. The result was it going from slowly returning (bad) to pinging back almost instantly (good). Not convinced you need to replace with the TM one, will see if it keeps working with the lube. 2. The Modify Tan bucking has broken. I’m actually kind of surprised by this as I’ve only taken it out to maybe half a dozen games, and given that I play single shot marksman role and often swap to another gun half way through, it can’t have had that many rounds through it. Will put another in and see how it goes (wish it wasn’t so hard to get the front off!).

Hilarious. You’re not the only one. I tried silent fill, and I tried the laylax fill valves etc then I just decided to use Abbey Vertex gas instead. It’s just not worth the hassle, these mags just don’t seem to like propane for some people.
