      I'm feeling it too...  and I don't even have any of my guns with me to work on or tinker with. Apparently the new Thor movie 'Extraction' on Netflix is quite good, might give that a watch.

    Are you meaning the hole in the hop unit isnt aligning with the hole in the frame? Or that you can't get the slide far enough back to put the slide catch back in?

      I was basing myself on the end cap, which could be way thicker than the actual wall.

      ahh well, was a fun idea. the makarov seemed like an ideal candidate what with the way the barrel is setup, but i don't like the look of those tracer units as-is. too stubby.

      You could get a shell milled though, same diametre as the tracer but much longer so you can stuff it with foam.

      win-win-win-lose, you get the look you want, you get the tracer and you get some level of sound suppression too, but obviously your wallet will suffer more :P

    it'd definitely an unusual system for policing the classifieds, can't say I've ever seen any other forum do something like this. but it does seem to do the job, and i can see the logic insofar as it means dispensing with things like post count limits for the classifieds.

      I played it last year when Ubisoft gave everyone a free copy following the Notre Dame fire.  I enjoyed AC: Black Flag much more.

      I cant put my finger on why i dont like it, it just doesnt get me.

       

      Black flag was awesome, didnt even need the assasin stuff to be good when you can just be a pirate.

       

      That said i'm maybe just odd, i enjoyed the hell out of ac3 and a lot of folk hated that for some reason.

      I've played both Unity and Black Flag extensively and yeah the latter is definitely my favourite between them. Although I tend to get bored of a game when you have to do the same type of mission time after time. Obviously a different series but I think Far Cry 4 may be my favourite game of all time.

    agreed, surely with the mount that must weigh as much as the rest of the pistol does. plenty of decent mini red dots on the market these days.

    Glad it all seems to have worked out nicely. I must admit im not a fan of the silent piston head thing, tried one a while back (think it was an shs) and couldnt tell the difference, except in fps due to the shocking compression, maybe just got a bad one.

    ahh, i misread that, thought the pin was holding the inner barrel in lol. would a standard hop arm fit? kinda hard to tell the scale.

    maybe even just a better made regular style then if you can't fit a rotary.

    how tight is the region around the hop? might be possible to convert something a bit better to sit in there if all that's different is the feed tube length.

    except this isn't the FB marketplace, we're a community and as unusual as this thread is it's a surprisingly effective means of keeping pricing in the sales at reasonable levels. and if not it's at least a nice dose of banter. nobody's forcing you to change your listed price, or sell the gun for less than you think it's worth, but it would be sensible to consider that you might not be getting many bites if this is the reaction your pricing generates. the reality is you can buy better guns on the market for much less than what you've advertised yours at.

    the boredom is definately starting to become a thing, contemplating trying to minimise gear noise on the aksu, it's not like i don't have quiet guns either.....

      yeah, the aim wouldn't be complete silence, just to make it sound less like a sewing machine.

       

      i suppose HS gears with HT motor would be the best option, no need/desire to increase the ROF or trigger response.

       

      i probably shouldn't do it, it's a great gun just a bit whiney.

      Quietest gun I ever heard was a tippman omega. I could not hear the guy next to me firing, to the point I told him I didnt think his gun was working :D

    the ml macaron's are my go-to for a good rifle rubber these days. if you set it up right it'll lift whatever weight you want to feed it right up to .48's.
