On that point, I have a lipo "alarm", essentially a little chip with a buzzer on it that will sound if the battery gets to the point it needs changing, hopefully before it does itself any harm, & itplug in to the batteries charging lead so easy to switch between gats

Fuck that indeed, no amount of excuses from his end would convince me he can be trusted ๐ฟ

Most of, if not all ?, of my guns are older generation kit, before mosfets became a "thing", & I run them all on 7.4 lipo's without any issues, did have an 11.1 but stopped using it as it spun everything waay to quickly for my liking.

Do you have a link to where it's on sale ?, or a model name ?

Hey mate, so your looking for sites to try out ? As has been pointed out, opinions are like arseholes, everyone's got one, & what one player considers to be a positive, others may be indifferent to, for example some players get hard at the mention of flushing toilets lol. so give us some more information: Firstly, where are you located & how far are you prepared to travel ? What features do YOU want to see/try ?

Looking for the next step up in AEGs. Beginner to Intermediate

As the others members above have pointed out: 1. Your M904e is an excellent bit of kit that does all you ask of it. 2. Deep down, all airsoft guns are the same, they fling bb's, some marginally better than others but throwing cash at them doesn't always guarantee improvement. I agree you should have a backup gun, & yes it makes sense that it should have magazine compatibility with your 904, especially if your loadout limits the size of mags you can carry. the obvious plus to this is if one plays up mid game, it's a two minute job to leg it to the safezone to grab the spare, no fuss or time lost ๐. Your 904 is a stubby gun, why not consider one of the longer variants, 907h for example, set it up as a dmr, pretty it up with magnified sights etc, gives you another style of play on a platform that your familiar with, it's what I'd do, especially if my LCE restricted what mags I could carry. alternatively, if that's not the case, get what you like the look of (subject to positive reviews), me, I'm a sucker for the longer battle rifles, m14/G3/SLR, whatever floats your boat ๐ค PS @Rogerborg I'm nicking that picture, awesome, the truth will set them free lol ๐ -
Simple answer is yes, now get out & play (responsibly ๐)

I'll be honest it wasn't execution style lol, I've got a large & pretty well shielded garden so wasn't too worried about a 5 minute game , & told my lad he could have a rifle & full mag (lo-cap lol ๐) & I'll just have a little pistol, needless to say his big gun & my wee pistol filled him with uncontrollable bravado๐ & I took cover behind the conifers at the end while he cockily charged down the garden blasting at me & hitting the trunks, then when I heard him dry fire I jumped out & chased him back up the garden, shot him a couple of times in the butt as he ran, I (& the wife) was pmsl ๐คฃ, thankfully playing meant he was suitably adrenalised so he barely felt it & wasn't concerned for when it happened at the proper skirmish.
-
I agree, but one thing we did to prepare the boys was a bit of back garden play, in order that they knew what to expect when hit, once you get that out of the way it's just about drumming in the importance of eyepro & fair play.

My son was 10, & a teammates son was 8, played their first game on the same day with permission of the site owners, the only condition was the kids had to stick with either dad at all times, which they did & to be fair the pair of them were legends that day, played well & fair, no tantrums or issues (unlike some twice their age๐) & are still both playing approximately 14 years on ๐

I get your concerns re epilepsy, tbh I've never heard of one being triggered in game, but not have I heard anyone ask if it's gonna be an issue to use one ?, Personally I'd probably buy one with a strobe option, even if it's not gonna be used much, better to have & not need than need & not have lol. As for brands, even the cheaper clones etc, led chips have advanced massively, even the cheap kit tends to be good enough for Airsoft use & ranges.
-
Many manufacturer will exaggerate the output of their products, but to be honest anything 300-600 lumens with a tightly focused beam is usually more than adequate, & if you want to exploit a possible tactical advantage, look for something with a switchable strobe mode.
-
There's the thing, I'm not a customer, nor am I likely to be, I rarely use anything other than iron sights, it's airsoft, the ranges involved generally negate the need for anything else, so most of the time people want to make things look purty. ps. Going back to the first post, it seems the sellers pretty unprofessional to say the least, resorting to name calling (???) & tit for tat reporting. bit childish, if your a business seller you should be prepared for questions regarding your merchandise, & be prepared to prove 100% the quality of said merchandise without stropping. not unlike your insistence that these thread be taken down or your "telling" lol ๐
-
Lol, I'm no fanboi, but I do appreciate if someone, literally anyone, brings to my attention the possibility that people may get ripped off, I'm interested. whereas you've had a month on probably the busiest forum around, but this thread was the only one worth participating in............hmmmm๐ค Also, if the sights in question are completely legit.........where have they gone๐ค Still more questions than answers ๐
-
So a very knowledgeable forum member starts a thread questioning whether an eBay seller is selling possible fakes (bearing in mind that eBay is a notorious outlet for fake or stolen "stuff"), or at the very least, genuine but moody factory qc rejects, three days later BIGShow becomes a member on here, posts nothing for over a month, but when he eventually does make a post, it's to jump to the defence of the moody eBay seller. No, definitely nothing suspicious going on here๐
-
Might help if you posted a link to the rifle in question, especially as you've stated it's 4.5mm, an air rifle, & this forum is primarily focused on 6mm Airsoft equipment ๐ค

No you haven't, without pictures of the item in question it didn't happen ๐ (I'm just pissed, I've not got a fucking clue wtf an ares amoeba mutant amm7 is, so now I gotta google it, & it better not be another m4 variant with a daft name ?๐)
