  1. Yep, fine for him to use, & own if you want to gift it to him, just make sure he's aware that he can't flash it around except on sites, & yes ukara is just a retailer scheme.
  2. Amen brother, I only use semi (although the vector you just sold me, its 2 shot burst is gonna get some use 😁), once played a woodland site that was running semi only that day, the layout of the site was pretty bland, nowt special, but well run & the semi rule was a breath of fresh air, prob one of the best days I'd had in years. That aside, the only site I've visited that maintained its stringent checking/marking of guns was the mall (under Luke?), unfortunately cheats will cheat, fact of life, so unless ALL sites step up their game, nothings gonna change 😕 And before anyone says its the players responsibility etc, BOLLOCKS, we all pay for a service, gameplay, use of facilities, & most of all client safety, are what we pay for & what organisers are morally & legally obliged to do their utmost to provide. No excuses, why is it some sites can do it consistently & others fail miserably, the only answer is lazyness & poor management.
  3. This ^^^^👍 Would you buy long trousers just to cut the legs off & turn them in to shorts ? 🤔
  4. https://forums.zeroin.co.uk/forum/classifieds/gear-kit/gear-kit-for-sale/3246617-black-viper-vx-plate-carrier is that's the one Pete ?
  5. Anybody would think you can't get most of this stuff in the uk ?🤔
  6. Don't worry mate, some people don't know the difference between a statement & a question, it's not like you asked "wot am bestest gnu" 😜. At a guess, when you fitted the new hop parts & reassembled, you prob drastically improved the air seal, which is obviously a good thing, easiest option is a new spring, especially if you've got a quick change box?
  7. I've got a breacher with a gas stock. Do I need another one, maybe for my son ? Hhmmmmm🤔
  8. I'd hazard a guess at around 130-150 ?
  9. Lol, he definitely wasn't det, to be fair he wouldn't let me play with it (ooh er😜) so il assume it was the price western, still pretty awesome, couldn't tell he was carrying even in a suit.
  10. Was in Egypt few years ago & had a bodyguard with us, a local cop, so I asked him what pistol he was carrying, he laughs & says "no pistol", opens his jacket & he had this exact rig on, cool as f#ck 😎
  11. Definitely not, he may not like working on them but that doesn't mean they're not cool as f#ck 😁
  12. I shall be eagerly watching this thread, mine also packed up, sounds like piston stripped but couldn't be arsed to sort it yet, be good to know what's in store for me lol 🤬
  13. Lol, obviously, if that's his missus👽..........🤢
  14. Didn't this site only open earlier this year ? If so that sucks😬
  15. Who's the scary bint, could that be his partner in crime, Chrissie Glennie ?
  16. A man sees a sign outside a house - 'Talking Dog For Sale.' He rings the bell, the owner appears and tells him the dog can be viewed in the back garden. The man sees a very nice looking Labrador Retriever sitting there. "Do you really talk?" he asks the dog. "Yes," the Labrador replies. After recovering from the shock of hearing the dog talk, the man asks, "So, tell me your story." The Labrador looks up and says, "Well, I discovered that I could talk when I was pretty young. I wanted to help the government, so I joined the SAS. "In no time at all they had me jetting from country to country, sitting in rooms with spies and world leaders, because no one imagined that a dog would be eavesdropping. "I was one of their most valuable spies for eight years. But the jetting around really tired me out, and I knew I wasn't getting any younger so I decided to settle down. I signed up for a job at Heathrow to do some undercover security work, wandering near suspicious characters and listening in. I uncovered some incredible dealings and was awarded several medals. I got married, had a few puppies, and now I've just retired." The man is amazed. He goes back into the house and asks the owner how much he wants for the dog. "Ten quid," the owner says. "£10!!? But this dog is absolutely amazing! Why on earth are you selling him so cheaply?" "Because he's a lying bastard. He's never been out of the garden."
  17. Jesus, no offense, but even for a scotsman you bring a whole new meaning to the saying "tight as a gnats chuff" 🤣, yeah you do have to add some pouches to the mle but that doesn't have to be expensive, in the scheme of things it's actually a very sturdy good quality bit of kit for a bargain price, & will outlast a lot of the so called "gucci" more expensive items that players use. As for the belt order you've mentioned, that was actually marketed originally as a sniper set up, hence the fixed horizontal mag pouches on the rear, I've got one & while it's the typical bulle high quality, it has limitations in its use, which includes its very small amount of additional molle for customising your load out. The other thing is you've described yourself as "old & a bit chunky", or something like that, well as a fellow geriatric chunky monkey I can confirm the mle is not only a fairly lightweight base, it's also very adjustable & does a great job in hiding middle age spread lol. Way better than many of these micro style rigs that many players are using, they look horrific on anybody that weighs more than about 12 stone 😬
  18. Get yourself a bulle mle, cheap, stable & enough molle for most setups but your back & upper part of your front isn't wrapped in sweat inducing nylon/cordura. As for the holster, get a serpa or imi, or one of the half decent knock offs for your chosen pistol, with a molle fitment, no more wobble, fast draw & pretty much guaranteed not to lose mags mid game, something very common with material holsters or sticking them in pouches. & yep, mle's & holsters do come up on the forums or ebay s/h at very good prices.
  19. There's a search function at the top of the page, or you could just check the suitable classified section, this took me less than 30 seconds to find 😏
  20. If you go for an Aug, be aware of the finicky two stage trigger, not everyone gets on with it, BUT all is not lost, I think one manufacturer has made one with a traditional fire selector, can't remember who though?, @Druid799 might have one(he's got everything else 😜), failing that @Iceniis our resident Aug expert, he'll know 👍
  21. A kinda "help your uncle Jack off a horse" moment lol🤣
  22. Dude, before rushing in & posting your stuff in the wrong area, take 5 minutes to acquaint yourself with the forum, AND THEN post your ad in the correct classified thread, this forum is so much more than just somewhere to sell stuff 😏
