Some nice finishes but it's a USA website, I think I'd like to see what reputable UK firms can offer, after all I'm not likely to ship stuff stateside 🤔

Most efficient storage for rifles in a Studio flat.
Tackle replied to Asomodai's topic in General Discussion
A lot of good suggestions here, but I can't help but think that until @Asomodaiactually has a place lined up, then it's all a bit moot ? I'm assuming he doesn't want it on show, as anything gun shaped could spook visitors, so if the bed option isn't feasible then I'd be thinking about a dedicated piece or pieces of furniture, think cabinets or large trunk style coffee table that could be adapted for pure storage ?, maybe even a kitchen island in place of a kitchen table ?. Once he's secured a place, assuming it's furnished, then he'll know how much space he has & what he needs to match with, within reason. Alternatively what about "off site" secure storage, lots of firms around offering various size options from literally cupboard size up to 40ft container & bigger, short term options are usually available & he may find he needs this option anyway for other possessions ? Prob not helped much but its just my interpretation of options 🤔 -
When given the chance, I'll always go for the arse lol, nothing kinky😘, but it often gets a good reaction, usually a small vertical jump🤣

To be honest, I occasionally buy the sun, but in my defence its because my elderly demented mum in law likes the TV mag, the rest goes in the budgie cage🐦 to be shat on. If only we could find a similar use for KM🤣

Agree, while I've had no issues myself, I have seen at least 2 players get front teeth smashed by bb's while playing, one of whom I knew personally & next time I saw him I think he mentioned £600 to get it put right. Double ouch😭

UK POST - AI500, Operation Flashpoint, 1st & 2nd October 2022
Tackle replied to Dalerj94's topic in Other Events and Meets
To be fair on the AI team, not only are they incapable of running events, they've got a longstanding reputation of being cheating feckers when they attend skirmishes themselves, which I've witnessed first hand, hardly inspires confidence in anything they get involved. 😏 & don't get me started on their inability to use a spellchecker 🤣 -
UK POST - AI500, Operation Flashpoint, 1st & 2nd October 2022

Literally having burned their bridges in the south (twice), the team at AI turn their sights towards the North in search of naive fresh meat 😏 -

A Comedian masquerading as a builder 😜

I'm a guessing it's just a generic "detective" look he's going for, applicable worldwide as almost every other country bar the UK Arms its plod. The whole photoshoot scenario sounds like a load of walting crap, no good will come of it lol

Are you joking ?, unless your on private land & not visible to members of the public etc, then it's a big fat NO.

Cos anything nice would probably get trashed ? 😏

Exactly, irrespective of the "technicalities" all it takes is one person to make a call "I'm scared, man with a gun" or words to that effect, & the police response would likely be overwhelming. Even if the "gunman" hasn't attempted to use the if/rif in the commission of a crime, if the attending plod feel its realistic enough to cause fear or distress, then they'll likely apply whatever charge they think fits & pass the buck to the cps. If they then push the matter, you gonna have to pray the beak is an airsoft fan, but don't hold your breath lol. We have these discussions every few months-ish, & the seasoned players always push the "JUST BE SENSIBLE" approach, but ultimately, if you play silly games, you will win silly prizes 😏

I've never seen more than a snippet of km's crap videos, personally I'd rather watch paint dry, but when you "hear" the crap he gets up to, which can't all be hearsay given the number of sites that have elbowed him, makes me think I'd struggle not to slap the shit out of him if I met him on the field. Obviously I'm not endorsing anyone to engage in violence, but it's small wonder he hasn't had a pasting due to his antics. People tend to talk about him with the same venom as they do a certain NI scammer. 🤔 Anyone seen my pitchfork? 😜

I'd never criticise anyone for taking safety seriously, to be fair even if it means you don't turn up on Monday morning for your "respectable" job with your chops covered in red marks & welts, then it's done its job. But changing fps limits for more "hardcore" games is ridiculous, it's hard enough to enforce what we've got so giving players carte blanche to increase fps could get out of hand. Anyway, whys it even being discussed, to do so would break the laws of the land, so it's obviously never gonna be an option, shit like this only gets more draconian, not relaxed ffs.

Dude, your coming across like an ignorant troll. Yep, opinions are like arse holes, we've all got one, but for many here, they're opinions are based on years of real world airsoft experience, not what they've seen on YouTube etc. Personally I think the fps limits are fine, cheaters are gonna cheat, unless you take them off their feet, hardly feasible lol

I make you right 🤣

But surely, irrespective of gdpr, if you or I sign up for Ukara (mine lapsed years ago, another story) , we're giving our consent for what I consider to be very small snippets of information to be confirmed, in order to prove a defense & get that elusive rif. As the saying goes, "the end justifies the means", & anyone that disagrees with it should probably not bother signing up, or if changes in laws affect its lawfulness (such as gdpr coming in years after ukara's inception), which I'm guessing is what your concerned with, then have your entry deleted. Job done ? While I'm sure your probably right that UKARA infringes gdpr (I'm definitely no expert), the majority of airsofters rely on it for rif sales in all forms, & would probably rather keep it in its current "grey" form than potentially lose it completely without an alternative ready to take its place.
