  1. I think it's a mixed bag.... I asked them something on FB messenger..never replied. Called them, answered the phone. Put an order in that night and items came within 2 days. Probably worth chasing them up on the order mate.
  2. Drakelow Tunnels is no more (First & Only The Outpost) - Landowner has leased whole site to another party..no more Airsoft there anymore, effective immediately. :(

    Bugger..

Nice thought but some of the sites that are rented out by landowners are worth more as building land as in the case of combat south a few months ago and the landowners are seeing mega money being offered by developers.☹

  3. For a split second, I thought it was a mini-gun. hahaha
  4. A little bit of reading material for when one sits upon his throne...(Shitter) **Edit, in hindsight..maybe not such a good idea as I will no doubt end up building impression kits now...bugger

    G&P DBAL A²

Good piece of kit. I own one myself. Made of metal and takes a knock. You can zero it properly and dials won't adjust to knocks. I use this with my NODS. Quality laser...
  6. That looks awesome... Luke does some great work.. Got my G&G, BOLT & ICS back just before Xmas, gamed with all 3 just before lockdown and all were very impressive. Here's the paintjob he did on my G&G... Was TAN, then I painted green, he touched it up a bit more. Also my recent purchase... Some Hayley Strategic QD Mlok mounts & push button swivels. (When you have £££ worth of gun & optics...can I really trust a £6.99 Mlok mount from Amazon??) **Fero Concepts, not Haley..my bad..was tired!....
  7. I was on the fence about a Milspec vs the Billet (Standard MTW) and the only thing that put me off was the single fire only and some posts i've seen saying people having reliability issues with the Reaper. So standard MTW it is.. Just waiting for lockdown to end so I can get my dive tank filled and off to Thurlaston Range for some serious testing...and then a game. Fitted the magic pin and it's perfect...zero wobble and solid as a rock. Took me a min to figure out how to remove the front takedown pin...(Small spring holding it in) Btw..using the handpump is intresting... Once up to 2000psi it's quite a workout getting it to 3000psi. I've also got a KAC style supressor and even with the standard foam inside it,it's very quiet.
  8. My MTW came with a tiny bit of wobble between the upper & lower reciever...was not overlay impressed with this, but the gun itself is great. Have tested it now and shoots fine...need a range to properly test. (Oh I fitted the Ratech magic pin today and works a treat..upper/lower now solid as a rock. Looking forward to seeing future posts on your MTW build Leadly.
  9. New suppressor to go with my MTW. GK Tactical Knights Armament...
  10. Well got mine today... Threw on a spare SopMod stock as the one supplied rattles to much. Attached some Mlok bits and threw on a old tracer unit. (New suppressor coming next week) Also need to attach the Wolverine Filtered grip line as well...but seems easy to do. (Bought x2 by accident..oh well) I do have a tiny bit of wobble with the upper/lower...but I heard a magic pin will sort this out. Just can't get over how light it is...
  11. Hypnosis...that's a sweet looking setup. I'd keep the rail, looks pretty dang good. Oh..i've just bought a MTW as well..and a few other things... MTW Carbine + Phoenix Hop + spare feed tube & retention clip (In case I break them when maybe changing the rubber/bucking) Shark 48cl tank with Storm regulator Wolverine Filtered grip with Amped wide bore 42" line. 6 Mags 7ltr Scuba tank with fill line. Quite expensive...but hopefully worth it. Was thinking about the Forged Milspec, but put off by the single fire only option with it.
  12. Well was just about to spend over £1k today on a HPA setup with High Pressure Airsoft..but their website isn't working and they are not responding to messages or phone calls...oh well, least I ain't in a rush now seeing as we can't play for next 2 months...

HPA club is pronounced "eee-leeeeet" club

First rule of HPA club - look down on AEG peasants

Second rule of HPA club - laugh at gas peasant inconsistencies

I will be looking to part ways with some of my AEG's now I think..but keeping my recoils..as they is too much fun.

  13. Congrats...I'm just waiting to make sure my Bonus is in my paypacket and I'm pulling the trigger as well..
  14. Great...just wanted to see where my items were from China, paid extra £20 for air shipping seeing as import via shipping are mega delayed due to ongoing issues with docks..So wondered where my stuff is..checked online and everything that was "instock" is acutally "out of stock"...well shit me.   Have requested cancel & refund.  Lets hope the Chinese give me the refund.  Ordered from AirsoftTiger111HK.com  (Ordered some bits for my TM SopMod & gas mags for my WE Ak project & another tracer/suppressor.)

Unfortunately mate you’ve just described the biggest complaint EVERYONE has about buying from HK  , there unreliability when it comes to stock status .

i like most others I’d wager have many many times been in exactly the same position as your in over the years but unfortunately it’s the nature of the beast , if you don’t want to pay stupid prices or you want hard to find parts or items then it is what it is .😢

Yep, I guess their internet person was slacking on keeping their website up to date.  At least they updated my order, but only after I checked... :)

Well will have to source from UK retailers and pay quite a substantial markup in price I guess..that's if I really want to get the same items now.  I can wait, not needed urgently..  Maybe Jan sales might reveal some winners?

  15. Bullgear Mk46 boxmag has finally cleared customs from Russia. Yay!

  16. Car failed MOT, so new HPA on hold whilst I get cracked Alloy sorted. :(

Not eligible for BMW to do a runout test?  The 19s on mine are notorious for cracking.  It's so bad Watchdog did a feature on it.  I'm sure there was a class action lawsuit in the US but over here BMW pretty much tell you to get fucked.

I got aftermarket alloys on mine...when I got the car it had 20" AC SCHNITZERS on it, but were already cracked and had them re-welded, then cracks on welds again..so replaced them with new 20" rims which cost me a grand, but the 20" Schnitzers are 5k. (Guess the 1st owner wanted them)  Only went down 20" again as all the rubber was still newish and didn't wanna spend a further £700 on new tyres.

Will see next week what the specialist says... It's only the front & rear o/s alloys that are damaged. (Bloody potholes)

Next car will be a 4x4 of some sorts I think....sod having fast motor's with big wheels..to damn expensive.  :)

Yeah.  I can see 20s absolutely giving you trouble with our crap roads.

  17. This advert is COMPLETED!

    • For sale
    • Used

Here is my spare G&P Daniel Defence Omega X 12" rail which I have for sale. CNC machined and very light weight. Have used it only once in a scrim (See photo of it in the wild) Also included is a repo Magpul front grip and enough spacers for the barrel nut for fine tuning fitting to rifles. (I've included a small Alan key for the tiny Alan bolts you need for alignment, takes a bit of fiddling to get it right, but once done it's solid) Reason i'm selling it is because I bought this and also ordered the URGI rail from ZParts...and the G&P Daniel Defence rail is just not need. Price includes postage.

  19. Well today I used one of few remaining leave days. So was intent on having a great time, which it was...right up to about 1hr into the afternoon game. Hit a spikey tree stump, my left knee went one way and the rest of me went the other way...hit the floor like a sack of shit. Marshall was gonna call the game, but I told him not to....didn't want to ruin the flow of the game as we were winning. After about 20mins of trying to see if it would be ok, I decided to continue playing, but only by hobbling everywhere...determined not to waste the day. Just got home and I have a massive lump (The size of a tennis ball) on the side of my kneecap...a little worried as the swelling is enormous. Will see what it's like tomorrow. It was a great day, weather was beautiful and gameplay and sportsmanship was pretty good. Even got given a AK74 GBBR with x3 leaky gas mags as a gift from a mate, who I helped out getting him a few rifs.
  20. Helikon training mini-rig from Bullseye Country Sport. Gotta love Woodland gear....and should be nice & light. (4 Mags, 4 Pistol mags and lots of space in both pouches for skittles)
  21. Thanks for the link, just bought one as well...always room for more bang on the battle belt.
  22. M249/Mk46 users.. FYI.  Just bought a boxmag from BULLGEAR, which is their upgraded one with metal internals.  I was holding off as it shows you have to wire the mag into the mechbox..but if you drop them a message on FB, they will send you the "new" version with a battery inside it. :) (My 4th shitty plastic chienese piece of expensive crap box mag died on Sunday..no more messing around)  £138 inc shipping for the Bullgear box mag. (And A&K plastic box mags retail for £99.99..lol)

  23. Ok, x3 guns with Luke @ Negative Airsoft.  I'm starting to think about HPA, as I'm getting fed up with broken AEG's.  Might sell the lot (Apart from my TM Recoil) and go for a Wolverine MTW...

@proffrinkwhich is why I prefer using Marui recoils... The haptic feedback from the recoil is just fun... and when the bolt stop goes during a bb-fight you just shout fcuk loudly slap in a mag and hit the bolt stop and there you go....

I will consider a MWS too, but am waiting for the Mk18 to be released whenever that will be.....

I have been thinking long and hard about HPA. Its the only platform I have not tried and there no guns I want, so I think my next airsoft investment will be a HPA system and get into that side of it. I see more and more HPA users on sites, it is certainly a growing trend and I think it could end up the norm at some point.

I would be keen to try some tapped mags and a tippman before I truely went down any other route but could happily convert my current guns over.

Although if i ever run a hicappa with a tapped M4 hicap you all have persmission to NEVER talk to me again.

  24. Any good recommendations on where to buy 0.3 Bio BB's from chaps?  Just found out next weekend event is BIO only. :(  Looking at all the usual online retailers..just wanted to find out who best to buy from?

Normally I'd peg for O&T as well but only paid attention to these guys pricing last night https://www.ammodrop.co.uk/ammo/bio-bbs very well priced and open blasters are "the" ASG bb's to get.
