    Seeing as I'm playing Thursday night, it'd be rude not to buy something new! •Olive Green UBACS •Fast mag holders (2x 556 2x Pistol) •Black carrier (bought a while ago) Not pictured: •Red dot protector •Warrior Universal Pistol Holster (to replace the pistol going into the 556 pouch it's in now) •Small molle sling clip (got it on the bottom of my carrier for when I switch to pistol, I can clip the front sling loop into it and stop the rifle swinging around like a donkeys Wotsit)

      @L3wisD I think that's what we will do. I've booked our team out until at least March (Gaol) we will go back to the mall but if it's as bad as last time it will be our last time

      Thats a shame.can be frustrating there but it plenty big enough for me to head in a different direction and maneuver around issues.

    Thinking of spending my PPI money on a Tippmann.. found a site doing the CQB with free tank and line for £424.

     

    Any tips from Tippmann owners?

      That's a banging deal

      I love my Tippman but upgrades are basically necessary 

      things to look for include:

      TDC Mods 

      Hop rubber (Madbull red's are popular)

      Inner barrel

      Also picking up a tournament lock is a good idea 

      From here you can start thinking about heavy bolts etc

      The Tippman owners group on Facebook is the best place to find Tippman knowledge 

       

      All that can be brought for around £40 and installed easily, Id highly recommend a Tippman, they are so much fun

      I'm 99% sure you wont regret it, Tippmans warranty and customer service are amazing, you can rest easy knowing that any problem you have will be taken care of

    Has anyone ever owned the A&K sawn off M870?

     

    I want one to use at the mall, but shooting well over 400fps means I can't.

    Just wondering how easy it is to get to the spring inside.

      Yes I have one and it's pretty easy to open up. The spring is strong so be careful when it comes to splitting the casing after you've slid it out of the housing. Also be mindful of the internal pins that hold the trigger assembly - it's a simple assembly but can fall to bits if you go in quickly. You need to remove the pump grip, outer barrel, fake cartridge feed tube, drop out the trigger guard & safety, pop the pins on the side of the housing and remove the rear grip. It'll be obvious when it's in front of you.

       

      There's very few parts internally. About a 10 minute job once you get how it works. BTW it's easy to strip the pump grip screws, I just tapped a larger pair in to make it sturdier.

       

      I'd be interested which spring you decide yo use as mine is still running at around 450fps. :)

    Got my weapon out for the first time in weeks last night (oo-er!) And couldn't resist a few snaps. I know it looks like everyone else's M4, but I bloody love it I could never go back to a RIS rail now. Keymod for life I think. It's so much tidier, sleeker and the keymod accessories are so much more solid once they're on.

    You can all take a deep breath now.. the purchase of the year arrived yesterday My Keymod sling mount But it's too fat for my sling! Booo-urns! It's only an angels pube too fat, I reckon a minute with a metal file on the sling will shave just a fraction of a mm off to get it in there. Bloody love this sling, don't want to replace it.

    Perhaps the most boring purchase of my Airsoft playing career, but also one I've been meaning to get for ages! A keymod sling mount. Plus I had £7 of credit to use at Zero One, so it only cost me around £7 after P&P. Why not!

    Specna? You'll love it. Haven'tbeen able to fault mine. It once shot wonky, but that's because my tracer unit was thrown off by the thrust washer on the outer barrel. Quality shooters them.

    Those are superb , I use them every game day and they never let me down. Three wipes usually lasts me three months if you reseal them properly. You'll be set for years!!
