Some pics on the way, lower is pretty much done now, was somewhat of a hassle to fit the selector switch. Used the pin from an iron airsoft MWS ambi selector and grinded it to the same specs as the RS selector switch pin. Worked out great, some minor filing on the trigger guard was required to align the holes for the screws, nothing major though and not visible when mounted on the lower. Now its "just" the rethreading on the buffer tube thread left Some parts on the parts, the modifications on the selector pin and then the lower. Finally my MWS DMR build (semi locked high FPS), fielded for the first time this weekend and it sure did give the bolty snipers a run for their money xD

That is a lot of money when really you only need this..... PS I love the 18yr warning about this not a f**king toy

Going alone is fine. I go alone to a hell of a lot of games because of varying reasons but mostly as you say friends don't want to do the same thing or it just doesn't appeal. Stirling have a kit list on their website but kit is very game dependent, Some of it is very common sense others bits you may not of thought of. This is the basic list of what they suggest for the game I'm playing but obviously that would differ massively to a game at The Tree's. Kit List; Bergen/Backpack Sleeping Kit (Bag, Bivi, Mat, Basha) Wash Kit & Toiletries Food & Water (For 24+ hours) Brew Kit/Cooking Kit Uniform & Boots Eye Protection Combat Kit (Webbing/Vest) Weapons (Airsoft) Navigation Kit (Map, Compass) Torch & Lightsticks Toolkit & Batteries Heard Horror stories as of late for other events (not run by stirling) with people turning up to games with no cold weather/we weather gear and all going home 3 hours into the game (if that!!!)

Make/brand: GMG-42/ G&G Any accessories included: 50rd dummy belt, real steel Yugo AA tripod and repo leather mg42 carrying sling. Pictures: yes see below. Looking to possible re-organise my collection and buy other weapons, so looking at moving on some weapons that don't get used much. Used but in good condition, full steel weight 10kg unloaded and has the quick change gearbox and quick-change barrel feature as seen on the real steel MG-42.

I asked at SHOT show, apparently they can't get enough gas capacity in to the current faux clips. There is also literally only room for those 7 BBs right now so I guess that area of the design is going to be getting more attention.

The new favourite, yes that is a glint of red in the gearbox. extended barrel runs into mock suppressor for 2/3 length and then it's no longer a mock but an integrated working suppressor complete with sound deadening foam oh yeah!!!!! Very quiet brain exploder 3D printed mount is spot on and means I can still fold the stock Now it really is a suppressed Russian short range sniper with the ability to easily run as a DMR
