  1. CQB now has it's Holographic and 'flip up' rear sight. Front ssight to go on when I get the new Gas Block. This is the gun my son uses. It's one of the pair of ex-rental CA M15s I got for £12.50 when Gun- Ho closed down. All the other stuff in the picture is the gear he got for his birthday yesterday. </a>

CYMA M14 MOD 1 EBR. Bought this nearly a month ago now, been throwing stuff at it for the external look and have now got it to a point where I am happy with it. Internally, I'm not touching it, because it was surprisingly accurate at range when I was testing it before purchase. Getting skirmished for the first time tomorrow, then 2 weeks time it's coming to Northern Star with me

  4. Madbulls are friggin dodgy. Chrono'd my gun at the local shop and it kept spitting out 234.9FPS over and over again. Took it to bellurgan park today and got a solid 278-280 and then it started spitting out 240 again. Meanwhile with a mate's Xcortech X3200 it was giving me a consistant 290FPS. Xcortechs seem to give the most accurate readings. Avoid madbull ones.

  5. I just got a Xcortech 3200 from Hlemetworld for ~£49 + postage (was buying a few other bits as well). If you're willing to wait, ebairsoft are selling them for ~£48 (depending on conversion rate of the time) postage free from HK. BTW reading reviews when I was working out which to go for - the Madbull has a reputation for reading low

No to rain on your parade mate, but you're gonna want to take another look at the upper part of that handguard. It's pretty evident from that picture it's quite a way from being fitted on properly. If you can post up a shot of the area where it meets the upper receiver (preferably from an angle looking down at the top of the rifle) we should be able to get that sorted. There's a couple of different copies of the KAC RAS and depending on how yours attaches will depend on the fix. But from that picture it almost gives the impression the entire unit might be on backwards, either that, your fastening bracket is in the wrong place, or the barrel nut/corresponding channel in the rail is way off spec.

Would just like to say Pete's packaging when shipping stuff is absolutely top notch, definitely worth considering for parts

Go all Green Mountain Rangers and rappel down an elevator shaft at your local. Or, use them to fix trip wires to thicker trees maybe for pyro or thunder B trip wire mines.

    Ed, Let's play a game

Eureka Props Nerd: "We'll need about twelve hundred bucks to build the gun for this epp..." Eureka Production Designer: "Screw that! We don't got that in the goddamn budget if'n we gotta make that asshole float... pack some euro-trash in a goddamn bag an' see what sticks together. Nobody will know and they can fix the shots in goddamn post!"

  12. Now usually, I like weapons that look different and interesting (apart from nerf guns). But this just makes me want to cry :'(

Sweet baby Jesus. Does that even work? I'd have thought you'd just end up zooming in on the back of the ACOG instead of enhancing the zoom of it.
