This is my first firing of a gbbr (bought it by accident 😂)

And the TM AKM doesnt even kick that hard compared to a GHK or VFC.....

I tried a NGRS and was contemplating it but thought may as well dive into GBBR! Excited for the weather to warm up a bit and get to a skirmish

Will add I have forgot how horrible that standard m4 grip is 🤢

The NGRSs are actually really good.

 

I have a mix of NGRSs and GBBRs, best of both worlds, temperature's not a concern, etc.

 

Also, you can never have too many. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've bought from them a few times and they've been so good to deal with. I sent an e-mail about ticking the wrong box on the order and they said it was fine, no mention about pricing or anything.

 

Very happy now. It's been swapped to front wired and put a folding stock on it. Tomorrow i'll fit the new barrel and hop rubber.

 

7 new guns have arrived this week, so Sunday's game is gonna  have many choices!

This rather nice 1911 from 18Airsoft. It's an E&C, nice trades, seems to work well - and only £52 (plus a minimum of about £20 for postage I seem to remember). Grips are Ivory effect G10 from Aliexpress for about £8 posted - only a small amount of dremmeling required to their undersides to achieve a perfect fit.

I tried sneaking in a cheap little double bell 92FS into my massive 18airsoft order but it ramped the delivery cost up the moment I popped it in - still, mine also came today which was an awesome suprise, and I might've won the customs lottery because it just arrived with zero fanfare or added fees

Speaking of SEA imports. I bought this MPX-K (King Arms OEM) on sale from RedWolfAirsoft and as per usual with EMS deliveries from those places, I had no fees nor VAT etc. The interior delivery was done by Royal Mail.

Just a simple foregrip, I got fed up nicking the tan one off my L85A3, some green gas came in the same package (just in case the weather's mild enough to use my GBBR's).

Bought myself a new holster for when I’m not running a battle belt. Picked up an IMI one for £20 at UK Tactical. 
 

Was delivered pretty quick, my Glock 19 Gen 3 fits perfectly with good retention - but the Glock 17 Gen 5 doesn’t. 
 

It seems the ambi slide release is catching on the inside of the holster, so I’ll have to dremel it down slightly.

New [to me] WE Mark XIX in black. Wanted chrome but could only find it in L6 flavour, which while nice wasn't what I was going for. This came as a bargain, and barring a few usual WEagle-isms [the mag baseplate retention is broken, as is common] it makes the rest of my pistol collection feel Skegness toy-store springer in comparision. Awesome piece. Plus, holy shit! It's so fucking massive! I mean, duh - but holy shit!

If anybody knows how to get a set of Hogue grips to the UK I'm all ears, most sites don't want to bother with importing so if there's anybody somebody could point me to I'm all ears, as the WE grips are pretty well known to be quite crap

Looking was a terrible mistake. Will focus on building this one up first before considering a fancy one in the future
