  1. M14 is very front heavy. Famas is way too old. Don't go bullpup because of the barrel length, so you have much more choices. AK is not an M4 and is a good choice. You can go full tactical or oldschool too.
  2. You don't need long barrel for accuracy.
  3. Not all v3s use short motors, but most of them and this one do. Sigs for example use medium motors.
  4. Everything is fine. That sound is because your bevel gear has 4 teeth that the anti reversal latch can catch into and when it starts to reverse, it can move a bit until it catches. If you want to get rid of it, there are bevel gears with 6 or more of those teeth.
  5. As far as I know it's not the player who is insured. The site is insured. If you get injured you still won't get anything. Correct me if I'm wrong.
  6. I wouldn't trust boots though. However there are many ways do disinfect them on google.
  7. No. Rubbing alcohol / isopropyl to clean the barrel. Silicone grease (not oil) to lube the cylinder. Some thick lithium grease for the gears. Soapy water to clean the rubber when they are out of the gun. Teflon based spray or dry silicone for GBB internals.
  8. Nope. It would be too embarrassing to all the others. JK
  9. Does it matter? Since you already bought them. The beta is a bit short for proper woodland accuracy. Apart from that, it's ok.
  10. Define klonk. Preferably with a video. The piston returning after releasing the trigger is a small "clack". If the anti-reversal latch is missing then it's a longer sound as the gears move the motor.
  11. 8? You can use those to strap things on it. Ponco, burlap, folding shovel maybe, things like that.
  12. It seems you do not have a deep enough understanding of the internals of the AS guns. The best is to bring it to an AS mechanic to fix it. You can easily make things worse or buy and try a lot of expensive parts before finding the problem.
  13. Only TM does that as far as I know. I read that the other end is crimped but I'm quite sure the cylinder head screws off normally.
  14. How is it threaded more than the factory one?
  15. Hair dryer? Just try to get all the water out any way you can before re-lubing.
  16. Wouldn't work on my local site. We are not allowed to run from a grenade. We take it like men. Screaming.
  17. The site is great, I've ordered quite a few times from them. They are moving warehouse that's why the price drop. Shipping for the stuff on that high discount is really high as mentioned before.
  18. I agree with Duck. Either something is high speed in it or the lipo is 3 cells or the rof measuring thing is off. Not that it matters. If it fires fine then it's great.
  19. If you have a compressor - not just air duster - then wash it in very soapy hot water first. Submerge it brush it, etc. Then remove the water with the compressor and then relube it.
  20. Receiver pins: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/king-arms-reinforced-receiver-pin-set-for-marui-g3-series.html http://www8.wgcshop.com/wgc2008/main/product_detail1.php?search_From=searchItem&item=KA-PIN-02&search=special&rs=g3%20pin&catid=&cat=&view_choice=a Front pin I think http://www8.wgcshop.com/wgc2008/main/product_detail1.php?search_From=searchItem&item=ELE-OT0412&search=special&rs=g3%20pin&catid=&cat=&view_choice=a But it's not worth spending on this. I would just get some black screws to replace them. I think they are 6mm.
  21. For example if the connectors are bad, it doesn't really matter if you put a lipo in it. There can be some bottlenecks in the system.

Then you're fine, it's their problem.

Ukara / VCRA is UK only. Hobbyking is china, so they probably don't know about it / don't care. Usually their shops state that it's your responsibility to deal with the customs of your country. Hope that the customs will want to ask you about your defence instead of just destroying your stuff.
