  1. Yup all G&G Combat Machines are good. Internally they'll all be the same. The difference in barrel length between say 14.5" and 10.5" won't make much difference (more dependant on quality) just so you know. There's also the option of waiting for a UKARA defence therefore you don't need two-tone (apparently Z1's painting service isn't very good) you could also buy from the EU (Polish retailers GunFire and TaiwanGun are popular) and you could buy some guns much cheaper (except they don't sell Combat Machines AFAIK, so yeah, but JG G36 would be only like 80-90)
  2. Hmmm interesting. Would be a choice between this and the TRMR for me. But, I've seen reviews on neither (well obviously if these have just been announced / released)
  3. If you're looking into BFGs I dunno what everyone else thinks but the TRMR seems to be the best out there. No spoon or pin to get lost and uses 12 gauge primers which are inexpensive. A high initial price but works out cheaper than buying individual one-use pyros in the long run. On a lower budget (because £80 is obvs a lot to spend on just a grenade) there's the Hakkotsu Thunder-B. They're £25 off AirsoftWorld. Welcome to the forums by the way mate it's really helpful to be a member on here noob or not and a great community
  4. Aww yeah college closed

  5. I think any upgrade with a pistol will be easy. You need to start by thinking if you really need upgrades and if so what needs to be upgraded though. I'm buying a TM MEU (and M&P) next year (when I'm 18) and thought about upgrades but as already said they just don't need it (range / accuracy / gas efficency already very good)
  6. You'd think so but I have noticed it yet. At Halo Mill I won't be running around much so it can't flap around loads if that's what you mean.
  7. Better pics of the M24. Looks a lot darker in person though.
  8. CQB Loadout As much as I like the helmet too it's just a bit too small. Might still use it but prefer the cap. Would be cool to try a watch cap / beanie too. Here I have surplus Peltor ear defenders (will replace with Z-Tactical Bowman when I get radios) Kombat UK cap, Helikon Olive balaclava, ASG Strike Systems Goggles (might also buy Revision Desert Locusts / Wolf Spiders or Smith Optics OTWs) TMC cordura lower face mask. Haley Strategic Dragonfly hoodie, jeans, WAS Sabre + WE NUPROL paddle holster for G17 Bulle UTP dump pouch in last two pics
  9. haha Doesn't matter anyway I was just being stupid... (there's like a layer of vinyl film over it and you stick it down then remove)
  10. TK order arrived Went for the Large size hoodie as recommended (by Haley Strategic) Slightly baggy on the arms (for me anyway) maybe would have been a better fit in Medium but I'm not dissapointed. Sticker pack is annoying though as all the white space is part of the sticker :| so I will have to cut them out more myself?
  11. Wow Haley hoodie came already, and UKT order due to be delivered between 10-11 even tho only ordered like saturday :0 didn't think their service could get any better

  12. 1) The PTS PMAGs are good quality, but no real advantage compared to others. You could pay £30 for two PMAGs but you could get a pack of eight MAG (the brand) magazines for £40. 2) Answered 3) Gas, you can leave it. CO2 no way (learnt the hard way with a couple £40 Palco USPs) 4) Depends on the manufacturer! WE are notoriously unreliable and known as one of their worst pistols. TM on the other hand are excellent as usual, plastic slide means gas efficency is far superior (and of course performance is excellent too because it's a Tokyo Marui) I have heard a lot of times other 1911s can't even shoot off a whole magazine. IMO TM 1911s / Hi-Capas = only ones you should buy. 5) Not good practice to be leaving a gun loaded! Real or not.
  13. Oh nice one, actually checked their new releases just last night so must have just missed it.
  14. Awesome Did you get it in the UK? Cos the only place I've seen it is on eHobby Asia.
  15. "When you add this launch option, the game works. /dxadapter=0"
  16. I guess he musn't be too bothered if he left a long time ago and hasn't came back for it or anything. If it was a present she bought then it's still technically hers? Was this before 2007 by any chance? Because since then the VCR Act means you need proof you're an airsofter otherwise you need your gun in a bright colour (basically)
  17. Painted my M24 Simple olive + some net thing for snakeskin type effect (you can't really see it here) Looks awesome, so much better than the black Should be able to take some better photos on Wednesday Will be buying a scope and camo tape for it soon
  18. Yeah the grenades you can buy for about £2 each. Not much re-sale value individually, also I think you're not allowed to post them (for obvious reasons really) The two manufacturers I can think of who make 249s are A&K (~£280 new) and Classic Army (~£400 new)
  19. I'd recommend this: http://www.patrolbase.co.uk/gas-and-lubrication/abbey-predator-gun-gas-144a.htm#.VMUzmv6sWPs Green gas is a bit more powerful which can be bad for a gun with a plastic slide. I've heard plenty of people run them fine using green but I would use the Abbey 144a to be safe (especially during summer) For the same reason I would not use a CO2 magazine in a TM. Way too powerful.
  20. Warrior Assault Systems Sabre Rig in Multicam
  21. Helikon Combat Shirt (MC) Helikon Balaclava (Olive) £40 from Land Warrior
  22. Doesn't it usually take a while for the transaction to show? Happens with bank all the time anyway
  23. And here's mine! + trying out new stuff / latest loadout These Sabre leg rigs are great (Aside from overly long paracord which I have cut down now -2nd photo- took 2 mins)
