    I think that piece you're on about is the cylinder head air nozzle, they're different lengths on different guns AFAIK, so it isn't that.

      Power stroke more-helps preserve the release/catch. Replacing it should not be too much of a hassle,though I've yet to gut one but in general that part is easy enough to replace on pistols

      I think it's happened because I had a couple batteries in the case and they got stuck inside the mag well :| Noticed a rod has snapped which means it doesn't go back when cocked straight away (strangely touch the barrel and it does but not the safest thing to do) Hope it's this rod piece which is something I can replace but I knew the release lever itself would be easy to find.

    Ares usually kinda shite but the Amoebas are supposed to be alright. Personally think they're really ugly and look nothing like the real AAC Honey Badger - but whatever floats your boat.

    Yeah I was gonna say use Abbey 134a gas (the lower powered stuff) but it seems most people use green gas in theirs. The newer models are definitely more robust and I think Marui have made them so they can withstand more powerful gases. Just really applies to their older guns.

    Not too sure but I think they're lower powered. I've heard the EU / US version is more durable too. Wouldn't recommend you buy it though VFC make shite GBBRs apparently.

    Stick an M100 in there. Some sites might allow 351-352 but I doubt they'd allow 355.

    I'd say it doesn't need any upgrading but others may know better. At least I wouldn't bother with the hop rubber, TM hop unit / rubber are already excellent stock. Just read your post again and realised you've already bought the stuff. Welcome to the forum by the way

    You'll see a lot of us won't recommend sniping for a beginner. There are lots of people who do and love it but generally people find it isn't what they expected. It would be better to start off with a good AEG in my opinion, because you usually have to spend a lot on snipers to get them to perform well too.

    Some will use gas or CO2 (for example the Hakkotsu Thunder B, 12g CO2 in the bottom) Personally I would recommend the TRMR also - although I haven't actually used one they use inexpensive shotgun primers. There's no gas / CO2, you don't need to replace the shell every time, no spoon or pin to get lost either. There's a new one coming out soon but can't remember the name right now.

    The Mk12 SPR in the film has a Hogue grip so it's gonna have to be a GBBR unless you can mod one to fit a motor somehow... Don't know about different models of scope so can't help you there but I have a feeling it'll be a Leupold. Standard looking crane stock. Knight's Armament RIS? A fairly standard / generic looking suppressor to me, so you could probably get away with any cheap standard ones or anything with the wrong trades on since it's getting painted.

      LWA's WE 416 @ £240 non gbbr also didn't have trademarks where as VFC's do

      I'm happy with my cheapy £125 D-Boys and son can just dream or whistle now

    According to one of UK Tactical's testimonials another guy from NI asked them if they could do postage any cheaper and they shipped it using Royal Mail. Worth a shot? Not sure if they'll offer it to everyone though or they would've included it as one of the standard delivery methods.

    Should I invest in Platatac gear? Can't decide because I want Tax Dax IIs in Kryptek Highlander and they are gonna be hard to find, only a limited run?...but it's a lot of money. £80 shipped w/out tax etc

      Well that's even better then :D I guess I have to buy em now. And yeah I thought it must be good already on sale and good enough for Haley Strategic. They can't be that far off Crye quality either? yet easily £100 cheaper (at least) Tbh was waiting for your reply cos I knew you had a pair. Also the £80 includes a 3 pack of blue force gear pull tabs to try out

      lol, well if you wanna chat about it then just PM me on here or facebook or something, I don't read the status' here that often :P I recorded table-top reviews on some CP G3s and the Tac Dax on the same day a while back, very similar quality. Crye's a tiny bit better fitting and more comfortable feeling with a bit more work in some minor areas, but where it counts there's very very little difference.

    I'm not too sure what you're trying to say? You've bought a Dovetail one or something accidentally but need Picatinny? You can get em off AirsoftPeak for $6 anyway if you can wait for one. Sorry I'm on tablet at the moment so can't change the colour right now.
