So you can't buy the bipod / scope mounts individually? To be honest you could probably find the same bipod and rings and they'd be cheaper than on AirsoftWorld Should be 25 or 30mm to fit around the tube (but you can measure your scope to see) and Picatinny of course rather than Dovetail mounts I know Military1st should sell a pair for a tenner, but looking on eBay etc might be able to get em cheaper because airsoft retailers are gonna be more expensive than other places Could always get a Picatinny-Dovetail adaptor too and use existing mounts? I guess that'd be another option. If it were me I'd order the rifle itself from somewhere like TaiwanGun or Gunfire as they be around 100 euros / 70-80 quid or so, or at least they were last time I checked. I know it's ordering from Poland and takes a week but personally would do it for the saving Unfortunately TaiwanGun is charging ~ £10-£15 shipping now whereas postage used to be free once you'd spent around 60 GunFire should be free IIRC.

It's the idea that a PC cover your vital organs / ribs area, but not all are designed like that and I think on most people they should ride a bit lower. Best PC IMO will be the Warrior AS DCS, can't get anything better for the price.

Welcome to the forums mate Was gonna say the same myself, good to see you got yourself a nice gun cos too many people make the mistake of buying some shit stuff at first. My dad uses Bolle PILOT (also called PILOPSI) goggles over his glasses. If yours have big frames then I'm not sure they'll fit though. The PILOT goggles do look pretty stupid as well in my opinion, but at least they work for him cos I've heard many people have this problem. There are a few guides on here that can help with the remaining few items you might want to get. Ian has a Guide to Noobism, amongst other suggestions are good boots which would be a good idea if you don't have some already.

What's the point? Under barrel mounted shotguns / grenade launchers are useful because it means standalone weapons don't have to be carried around or more squad members could have one rather than an individual bearing an extra weapon. They have a tactical use like breaching, in terms of airsoft both scatter a load of BBs so you can hit a load of people or keep them suppressed. A pistol on the other hand is supposed to a sidearm, a backup weapon, they're easier to use in close quarters and so on. Putting it on a long gun would make it much less effective.

The number is the velocity it should achieve with that spring. So as an example, an M90 = 90 m/s or ~300 FPS. Taking other factors into account (air seal etc) the actual FPS you're getting will vary. Just saying you really need to use heavier BBs than 0.20s in a DMR. (But need to chrono with .20s)

I know there's one brand which is better because there is more room inside, but I'm not sure if it's G&P, VFC or King Arms. You could probably buy a similar battery to the one included with the G&P from Component-Shop for around a tenner, and is your gun even wired to Deans connectors? So it isn't really worth £35 IMO. I would rather invest in LiPos and a LiPo charger so you can get batteries which will fit in your buffer tube if I were you. Much better than NiMhs. If you want a laser designator AN/PEQ-15 thing then I doubt there will be much of a difference in quality, or at least not enough to warrant the price difference. Tbh I haven't had one myself so don't take my advice too seriously but hope this helps.

Blue Force Gear are good but due to the fact they're an elastic material it's hard to get the mags back in. So a dump pouch is pretty essential and a bummer if you don't like running one or just don't have one then that's another expense. Generally it seems all MP5 pouches are pretty expensive except for one or two I've seen such as Bulle.

Good choice for a first gun. You might have already seen how much we recommend them. But yeah G&Gs are great for the money. As Baz said, loads of places that sell them so take your pick really. Zero One would probably be my go-to recommendation but I wouldn't use their two-tone service (It's free, but shite apparently, which would explain why) On the other hand you do get a free skirmish voucher when you buy from them which I think is great - it's like £20-£25 off that you're saving. Wouldn't say you really need a pistol straight away, only just bought one myself after technically being an airsofter for like...3 years (I say technically because I haven't been to a proper woodland skirmish in a really long time) Think about which pistols you like and try to get a feel for em (e.g. ask to handle one at next skirmish or local airsoft store) Then make sure you're happy with the manufacturer. For example WE 1911s / Hi-Capas are the worst you can buy, The XDM is known to have lots of problems etc (Gen 4 Glocks are good) Whereas on the other hand. the TM versions are awesome.

Accessory Name - EU Series (AKA G-Series) Paddle Holster Pros: Based off IMI design. Quality is also comparable and IMO very close to genuine IMI. Time will tell to see how long they last, but I imagine very long as there is little to go wrong with a holster as far as I know. Retention is very good. Cons: On the G-Series, my WE G17 slide is pushed back when inserted. Once removed the gun is cocked as if a round has been chambered although the slide isn't moved enough for this to have happened. Not much of a problem as this is not happening all the time and slide returns to normal position when drawn from the holster. Material used feels 'rubbery' compared to the construction of the F226 holster, however still feels sturdy but is not noticeable unless you're purposefully feeling it to determine quality. Price: £17.99+ Bought from Patrol Base Accessory Name - WE F226 Paddle Holster Same as above. No cons! Depending on your model of F226 there could be compatability issues, but WE F226E2 (railed version) fits fine. Feels / looks closer to genuine IMI (compared to an OD USP holster) Price: Also £17.99 Accessory Name - WE F226 Series Magazine Holster Based on IMI double magazine holster. As above, feels good quality. Magazines are held securely and won't fall out (shook vigorously 2-3 times and did not fail) Can't compare to genuine IMI but priced competetively at £14 compared to IMI / Fobus' £20. ___________________________________________________________________________ WE EU-Series holster gets an 8/10 from me for the construction and slight slide issue. May not be a problem with other models. All others receive 9/10 as they are close to IMI standards from my observations.

Stuff doesn't get delivered broken afaik, but their service and so on is bad. They also lie about features / construction of some guns. For example saying they have metal gearboxes when they don't. But I wouldn't expect them to help out if the gun breaks unlike proper airsoft retailers.
