  1. haha Doesn't matter anyway I was just being stupid... (there's like a layer of vinyl film over it and you stick it down then remove)
  2. TK order arrived Went for the Large size hoodie as recommended (by Haley Strategic) Slightly baggy on the arms (for me anyway) maybe would have been a better fit in Medium but I'm not dissapointed. Sticker pack is annoying though as all the white space is part of the sticker :| so I will have to cut them out more myself?
  3. Wow Haley hoodie came already, and UKT order due to be delivered between 10-11 even tho only ordered like saturday :0 didn't think their service could get any better

Yeah that's probably why, my last two orders have been big so probably depends on that

  4. 1) The PTS PMAGs are good quality, but no real advantage compared to others. You could pay £30 for two PMAGs but you could get a pack of eight MAG (the brand) magazines for £40. 2) Answered 3) Gas, you can leave it. CO2 no way (learnt the hard way with a couple £40 Palco USPs) 4) Depends on the manufacturer! WE are notoriously unreliable and known as one of their worst pistols. TM on the other hand are excellent as usual, plastic slide means gas efficency is far superior (and of course performance is excellent too because it's a Tokyo Marui) I have heard a lot of times other 1911s can't even shoot off a whole magazine. IMO TM 1911s / Hi-Capas = only ones you should buy. 5) Not good practice to be leaving a gun loaded! Real or not.
  5. Oh nice one, actually checked their new releases just last night so must have just missed it.
  6. Awesome Did you get it in the UK? Cos the only place I've seen it is on eHobby Asia.
  7. "When you add this launch option, the game works. /dxadapter=0"
  8. I guess he musn't be too bothered if he left a long time ago and hasn't came back for it or anything. If it was a present she bought then it's still technically hers? Was this before 2007 by any chance? Because since then the VCR Act means you need proof you're an airsofter otherwise you need your gun in a bright colour (basically)
  9. Painted my M24 Simple olive + some net thing for snakeskin type effect (you can't really see it here) Looks awesome, so much better than the black Should be able to take some better photos on Wednesday Will be buying a scope and camo tape for it soon
  10. Yeah the grenades you can buy for about £2 each. Not much re-sale value individually, also I think you're not allowed to post them (for obvious reasons really) The two manufacturers I can think of who make 249s are A&K (~£280 new) and Classic Army (~£400 new)
  11. I'd recommend this: http://www.patrolbase.co.uk/gas-and-lubrication/abbey-predator-gun-gas-144a.htm#.VMUzmv6sWPs Green gas is a bit more powerful which can be bad for a gun with a plastic slide. I've heard plenty of people run them fine using green but I would use the Abbey 144a to be safe (especially during summer) For the same reason I would not use a CO2 magazine in a TM. Way too powerful.
  12. Helikon Combat Shirt (MC) Helikon Balaclava (Olive) £40 from Land Warrior
  13. Doesn't it usually take a while for the transaction to show? Happens with bank all the time anyway
  14. And here's mine! + trying out new stuff / latest loadout These Sabre leg rigs are great (Aside from overly long paracord which I have cut down now -2nd photo- took 2 mins)
  15. If it's the carbine length 14.5" barrel then you want the 363mm inner barrel. 509mm is ~20" (that's M16 / AK length) so unless you have a long arse suppressor you want to stick on there, I would suggest the former. The QUALITY is the most important thing when it comes to inner barrels. Length is not really as important. 6.01s are generally avoided too because they'll require more cleaning (compared to a 6.03+) Speaking of which keeping your gun maintained will improve performance and consider using quality BBs will help too (Blasters are fine, BB Bastards -there's another brand also I can't remember- are supposed to be excellent, and 0.25 or above rather than 0.20s) You could get better than Madbull but it would be PDI / Prometheus which are much more expensive. Madbull are cheaper and widely available so I'd say it's a good upgrade choice.
  16. Enjoy mate haven't been to a proper outdoor skirmish in so long myself (about 2-3 years) :\ Have done indoor since then though but I don't like it as much Really hope I can get new job I've applied for which means I could buy all the airsoft stuff I want yet I have to work Sundays which will mean it's even more limited when I can even do it
  17. I'm not even sure what a VSR 11 is...was gonna say Well but had a look and they're HFC apparently. I've only ever seen HFC stuff on "bb gun" websites and a few on Airsoft World so I can assume it's not a great brand, probably won't be compatible with a TM cylinder tbh.
  18. Bellends. Will make sure not to buy from em
  19. CKinnerley's done a video on them I'm sure. Or he would have mentioned them in his Sabre leg rig review anyway. Think I'll be getting myself a DCS in OD sometime as well, or A-TACS FG. Not sure yet.
  20. Warrior Assault Systems. Also four Blackhawk STRIKE mag shingles which were apparently from Afghan (damaged and dusty enough) Work brilliantly though except I don't have any other tan gear, just can't bring myself to get rid of them.
  21. You need one of these: http://airsoftzone.co.uk/pistol-silencer-adaptor-we?filter_name=adapter Then a CCW 14m threaded suppressor, preferably short (like 80-100mm) Common problem however is the slide can't come all the way back because the end of the muzzle device (for example I have a clone KX3 on mine) will hit the guide rod. I don't know if this will cause a Failure to Feed but it's not good anyway. There's two ways to fix this: 1) 1" or 2" Barrel Extension - Made by Madbull or A.P.S. (there's only a 1" version for APS as far as I know) 2) O-Rings, I bought a box off eBay with hundreds in but found two that I needed. I also ordered a Madbull 1" extension off eHobby Asia but they told me it was out of stock. Not sure whether the 2" is or not. Problem with the second option is that once the adaptor piece is on there it will start to feel tight enough but twist it that way just once and it's loose again. Not the easiest thing to explain but basically it was hard to adjust right for me and can feel slightly wobbly. Obviously doesn't help how well the they attach when the threads are covered by o-rings. Hope this helps. Also probably isn't the best idea to run your pistol with a silencer all the time as I've heard it will put a lot of strain on the nozzle and cause them to break easily. OR YOU CAN ACTUALLY BUY A WE SILENCER / BARREL EXTENSION KIT http://www.milspecsolutions.co.uk/we-pistol-silencer-and-barrel-extension-kit.html
