  1. Internally they're the same gun. Pick the one you like the look of. Cheapest route for battery and charger is NiMh http://www.zerooneairsoft.com/product_info.php?products_id=5790 and something along the lines of this: http://www.zerooneairsoft.com/product_info.php?products_id=2656 You could get a LiPo 7.4V battery for a similar price but the charger will cost more as you should really get a decent balance charger for them (which run around £35+). MAKE SURE YOU BUDGET A DECENT AMOUNT FOR EYE PROTECTION!!!!!
  2. You get what you pay for! That is a 1/72nd model so it's huge and FM make spectacular detail on their kits. There is a 1/144 scale Falcon too that is about £43 and far easier to justify.....
  3. Sawtooths have arrived! They are SOOOOO comfy! Well worth the money.
  4. Anyone that sells G&G should be able to order spare parts for you. Shame you've had such a degree of hassle but it seems to be atypical of the brand. My G&G is a great gun as are all the other G&Gs I've come across that my friends and other players have owned.
  5. Yeah, the mainstream SW stuff is awful now (not that my old AMT/ERTL ones are much better to be honest. Got my eye on one of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Millennium-Falcon-Japanese-Collectible-72-Scale/dp/B000B7CPN2/ref=sr_1_4?s=kids&ie=UTF8&qid=1410134068&sr=1-4&keywords=Fine+Molds Fine Molds make awesome stuff!

It could do quite easily of your air seal is good AND you fit a TBB. I know mine did.
  7. What was the last thing you did to it before it started to jam constantly?
  8. You'll need a job and a mortgage first! Of course - then you won't be able to afford to buy models for a while
  9. This is my spare room. Home to my PC, guns and airbrushing gear. Plus some of my models. Some.
  10. So yeah... here's a few of the ones awaiting build (plus a few that are finished)
  11. Ah the 90's! Which reminds me Leatherface - Not Superstitious:
  12. Thanks to Facebook, I'm now listening to this: and a bit of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGHPCuqjuWY
  13. I recommend he saves up some more money.
  14. *ahem* - {sound of well worn and scratched record starting to play} Get out and use it, decide whether or not the gun is limiting your performance or if you are the limiting factor and then AND ONLY then start looking into performance or aesthetic enhancing modifications. Buying stuff now could well turn out to be a waste of time, effort and money. {scratchy record noise - fade to black}
  15. You could get one of these to wear it with while you cook:
  16. Sorry but I find the whole "It's made by XXX so it'll be shit" argument to be about as constructive and useful as the average dog turd. Makes people sound about 12.
  17. You google-fu is weak old man! You're welcome.
  18. That's just the gun, I think you meant this: http://www.proairsoftsupplies.co.uk/acatalog/cm16_transparent_starter_pack.html
  19. A LiPo is a LiPo is a LiPo. Some people like to run alarms but as said before, due to the high drain, short burst nature it's not always a reliable way of monitoring the cells in an airsoft gun. Some MOSFETs will alarm when the cell voltage gets too low too (KK Burst Wizard for example).
  20. YAY! Pointy guitars FTW! Just for the record I also have two BC Rich Bich's, a Hohner G3T (Steinberger headless copy) and a Westfield Bowlback electro-acoustic. Actually - if you know anyone in the market for a Marshall valve combo I'm trying to get shot of mine (DSL401 - ungigged, bedroom use only).
  21. V or Explorer (I have an Explorer by the way - among others)
  22. Have you tried Beta Project mags?
