  1. From his webpage where there is a collection of responses to question on his instagram account: Nice to see that not ALL serving/ex soldiers think we're a bunch of walting dicks. (I do realise we have several ex and or serving members here and no disrespect to any of you, just that this was a nice quote from a very high profile person in the SF community).
  2. You'll need to book a bit sharpish then. Bank Holiday weekends are ALWAYS busy there. They only have 20 walk on (non booked) spaces on a Sunday and they WILL sell out fast (plus you'll need to be there at 7 to start queuing if you're not booked in).
  3. He'd hit you granted, whether or not he'd do a lot of damage is another matter. Don't know about you but most of me is a little tougher than a balloon. Plus bearing in mind he's using a high tolerance weapon with high performance ammunition designed for shooting at extreme ranges and he is an exceptionally good shooter and he still missed with the first shot. There's a huge difference between maximum range and maximum effective range... Anyway as for the topic, it's a silly rule. Silly, silly, silly.
  4. Bought it. Someone on ebay if I remember rightly. I just searched for inigo montoya patch.
  5. Name and shame the site. That rule is bollocks.
  6. If it's just the shell you need then ebairsoft do the same can without the tracer gubbins for a lot less. They also do it without the logo stuff. Have a google for Sig MCX. The one in the picture you refer to is an early prototype. All the others have integral suppressors like the Honey Badger. Like here (link from the previous page) http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2014/04/foghorn/first-impressions-sig-sauers-mpx-smg/
  7. Aesthetics are aesthetics though regardless of the function of the weapon. To me they look pretty similar on account of the form following function principle. I do prefer the stock on the Honey Badger but it's only like that because at its heart its still an AR receiver with the old style gas system.
  8. Those tracers are utter crap.
  9. seemed appropriate!
  10. Gutted, RIP Robin Williams.

Robin Williams, one of NGE's biggest fans now gone.....

  11. Better gun though.
  12. I think we all know one like that. Worst I've seen was Captain Teamkill at the Malls.
  13. Yep, real gun. http://blogs.militarytimes.com/gearscout/2011/10/15/aacs-mpw-honey-badger-dont-care/ Being rapidly usurped by the new SIG MCX though... http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2013/10/foghorn/sig-sauers-mcx-killed-honey-badger/
  14. So do I mate! Cracking gun it is. The tracer makes it quite long and the EGLM makes it quite heavy but it's so much fun!
  15. No, it started life as a standard M4A1. I bought it from a mate 10 years later and started mutating shortly after. Pretty much the only original parts are the gearbox shell, buffer tube, trigger and front sight!
  16. Not many people doing Multiglam black at the moment though. Same with ATACS LE and Kryptek Typhon. That said the TruSpec stuff is pretty good. Just depends on how much you want it and what your budget is I guess...
  17. Last time I do your homework for you.
  18. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/261339832433?limghlpsr=true&hlpv=2&ops=true&viphx=1&hlpht=true&lpid=108&device=c&adtype=pla&crdt=0&ff3=1&ff11=ICEP3.0.0&ff12=67&ff13=80&ff14=108&ff19=0 Sounds like your google needs fixing....
  19. Yeah, it was indeed a custom build. Shame it's never gone into production. I'd give my right nut for one of those!
  20. Reloaded a 40mm yesterday and forgot to re-gas it. Only found out when faced with a bunch of enemy and had the "click.............."
  21. Not the most practical and yes, cycling it dumps your grenade on the floor but OHM MY GOD I WANT IT!!!!!
  22. Ha! I think I'll be going back to Magnums actually. They've always fitted me quite nicely. The offending items are Meindl Desert Fox boots. Light, comfy with a gel insole but just not the right shape for my feet.
  23. Already tried them, the problem is that the boots are too tight across the widest part of my foot. I have enormously wide feet
  24. Have you tried Google? All the cool kids are doing it now, it's quite the rage you know.
  25. Knackered. Otherwise I wasn't doing it right! More recently my feet are particularly sore leading me to believe the search for decent boots will be continuing. It does usually leave me ready to just book another day straight off or buy yet more bits that I really, really need! But I ALWAYS take too much stuff with me - exhibit A Two multi gun bags (three rifles, pistol and grenade launcher), enormous bag of stuff and a coolbag full of water/monster/goodies. All for a day at the Malls.
