  1. I used to get some blaster 0.36s from s nearby retailer. They did bottles of 3000 for a very reasonable £23, but stopped not too long ago unfortunately. Finding a sweet spot is a bit of a ballache. I've got a Cyma SVD and from trial & error I've found the following: If I use anything more than 0.36s I find the hop needed to lift them drops my power down significantly. Anything less than 0.36 and the power is too high for my regular site (425fps on a 0.20 9r 1.68fps). Struggled to find a bucking that works decently too, the only one that's really worked okay so far is the old style maple leaf autobot in 60º. *Edit: the large bags of BLS ammo from skirmshop seems to be a decent price. Used the 0.45s in my bolt actions without any problems, and had good results. Visually they've been pretty much identical to Geoff's 0.45s https://www.skirmshop.co.uk/bls-036-bbs-1kg.html
  2. For what you've said? Honestly zero. I don't see the point in spending money solely for something like that you'll be using at home. The Money could go towards something useful like guns, accessories or clothing and get 100x the value.
  3. Any night vision for £200 or less isn't really going to be worth having imo.
  4. What ammo do you use? That'd be a better starting point than changing anything internally. Use good quality, mid-weight ammo like 0.28 - 0.32 (if you're not already), where suitable before changing anything.
  5. Decided to get one of these, out of curiosity. 😅
  6. Look for a video on YouTube covering it. As I covered in your other thread, you'll unfortunately still need to do about 80-90% of a full strip down to be able to access the spring alone.
  7. It's doable but fiddly. You'll need to remove the stock, magwell, motor and most of the front. You can lift up the gearbox *just* enough to be able to remove the spring &spring guide. It's still about 80% of a full stripdown though. Battery I'll get you in a bit at lunch. *Edit: These are the batteries I used to use for my shorty, but I gave up and just used a PEQ box for ease of use in the end. https://www.componentshop.co.uk/7-4v-1000mah-20c-continuous-discharge-airsoft-lipo-battery.html
  8. I'd recommend one of the Odin or clone type loaders, and then head on over to https://www.airtac.me/ And see if they make an adapter to suit your needs. I picked up one for my G&G SMC9 mags which I wasn't expecting to be a thing! I had one of the electric types about 20 years ago, and they're not great tbh from what I remember, the feed nozzle was weak and broke easily.
  9. I managed to find one for mine that was a little lower than the normal AK type. Unfortunately I can't remember where I got it from or what it was. I have a feeling it was from skirmshop, but looking on there they don't seem to have it anymore. It looks to be this type, but where you can get one from I don't know, I'm afraid. https://m.alibaba.com/product/60595790961/Quick-Detach-AK47-AK74-Side-Rail.html

  11. Ammo is the first thing to look at. I think you've identified the problem yourself. Only use decent ammo, it's too expensive to use cheap ammo.
  12. It stands for 'Top Dead Centre' I.e. rather than the usual hop lever moving forwards and backwards to adjust the hop, you mod the rifle so that you press the hop down directly from above. It helps with consistency and more. When it comes to vsr clones, I'd go with the cyma 701. It's a little better quality than the well, and standard 428mm length barrel rather than the Well's 500-something. But personally, I'd go for an action army T11. Same design, vsr compatible, but better build quality still, a more modern, funkier look, and comes with a 90 degree trigger as standard, so it'll be more durable when you put a higher powered spring in. Plus, it's only a bit more expensive than a clone VSR, at around £160 or so (at last check). Couple of mine below for reference.
  13. Try outdoor & tactical. https://www.outdoorandtactical.co.uk/product-category/accessories-parts/sniper-upgrade-parts/l96-upgrade-parts Admittedly, they're not the most easy model to get parts for nowadays, as they were never as popular as the VSR or the Maruzen style L96s. Imo, I would leave it and go for something else. A cheap VSR clone will be cheaper and easier to upgrade & source parts for.
  14. Hi! Where are you located?
  15. That one's for an M92. You need one designed for glocks. https://airsoftdirect.uk.com/we-17-18-50-round-extended-magazine/

  18. Are they not the old pre-NS2 TMP magazines? I've got one upstairs somewhere, I'll check later but it could be the old Style.
  19. Am I the only one seeing the obvious here? If the main reason you're wanting to buy 2nd hand is because of the lower price, why not just buy a second hand two-tone? Everyone wins that way.
  20. They would have to play themselves if they wanted to purchase it or you will have to wait until you're 18, there's no way around it I'm afraid.
  21. It's going to differ from all sorts of variables, so there's no X=y when it comes to springs unfortunately, there's only telling what it'll do in your specific set up. I would try an M140 or M130 to start with and go from there. As mentioned above, buy a chrono so you can test it at home, and also chrono on whatever weight ammo you're going to be using and base the power output on that, you'll likely find that due to joule creep, you'll get a higher power out of those, and your power on 0.20s will be lower.
  22. I'd ask them. If it's anything like most ones running this rule, the site has always provided them. They likely won't be actual bandages, but syrips of white cloth you have to tie onto the injured player.
