You'll want a non ported cylinder on an SVD, as the barrel is so long, you need as much air as you can get. Have you done anything to it internally? What battery and ammo are you using? What style magazines are you using, and does it happen with all of them? Is the bucking in good condition, or worn?

Usually, the wires will both sit at the rear of the grip behind the motor. Whichever wire comes out the front-most hole in the gearbox will bend to sit flat underneath the motor (parallel with the base) and then loop upwards the the rest of the grip. It doesn't matter which way round the motor sits, so long as the wires connect to the correct terminal. (In case you're short on length for one wire).

Am I missing something? Is there a (significantly) more expensive version it could be mixed up with, or is this guy just engaged in utter clownery?

Have they installed it incorrectly? The wires should both be on the same side of the motor and then the wires loop around the top to fit. I've seen people sometimes wire it so that there's a wire on both sides of the motor, which will trap it tight.

These are 7.62 style, not 5.56.

If you need a pouch for large green gas bottles, then the Viper P90 mag pouches fit them in. Depending on the age of the pouch they might struggle with the slightly larger Red gas cans (Nuprol), with the newer ones being able to fit them.

Are you carrying the small bottles of gas or full size ones?

Good choice. Got one of those in my T10, and I'm liking it very much. Big improvement over the original AA red unit, or the Tridos ones I've used before.

I'm guessing this is Ares? If so, it's an error with the EFCS. I don't know of anyway to fix it besides buying a new one unfortunately.

The wood looks too light to be the Snow Wolf imo, that's much darker than the one shown.

It looks like the S&T PPSH at first glance.

They're fun little things, but don't expect anything fantastic out of the box. Hop is very weak, and struggles to lift anything over a 0.25. You can shim the arm to increase it, but then it's trial and error to find what works for your weight. I had it over-hopping 0.3s, so it's possible but takes time to sort. I bought the PDI extended barrel to give a little boost in power, as shown below. You can also get the 15 round mags too.

I've just acquired a DE UTR.45 in an assortment of stuff, and whilst it's otherwise sound, unfortunately the stock catch is broken. Are replacement parts available at all, either the original or, as I've seen, different versions of stocks?

You're not going to be (or need to be) running an 11.1 battery in an AEP. They likely won't handle it very well.
