No you're not. Qlimax has not said anywhere that he retracts what he has posted as far as I can see.
The people in charge of the BAC have put out some bullshit post to attempt to cover up what has happened and that's it, they admitted they did not check and that's the end of it.
Can't hurt to try, give the HTC one m8 a look- I got one on launch and it's pretty much faultless (unless you intend on taking a lot of photos with it, but then i'd suggest a proper camera anyway )
That's pretty much how I feel about BF3, i've had it on xbox since launch and it's a good game but it definitely feels like you need to put in a very large amount of time to get good at it, too much to be worth it for me. Good game though, no denying it.
I think the TM 417 is more likely to be late next year at the earliest. It took them like three years to do the hk45 and m&p when they had models. They don't even have a picture of their 417 yet, just a Photoshopped image of a real one.
VFC 417s are very hit and miss internally. The TM recoils are great, if you can afford one without suffering do so. You will end up dissapointed if you try one having not bought one.
Shouldn't break, I've got a socom m4 that's been fine for over a year, and a scar that's the same (bar a battery connector I accidentally snapped off and can't be bothered to fix), and the 416s have updates over those to be even more reliable.
The only question is whether you really want a 417 over 416 or not. If you don't mind hugely go for the TM.
Yes, to be honest you're much, much better off choosing an alternative from a UK based retailer, probably cheaper to buy, and most importantly, the retailer support and warranty. Evike arent regarded that highly.
Green devils are very good as JC says, and darker than normal too which is a benefit.
As said bios still take a while to degrade but better off than normal still.
