the G4 stuff is mixed between USA and the cheaper European made (NSPA ) so again the labelling is going to slightly differ .

The labelling can differ depending on the batch , age , and unit / commercial outlet. for example, three of mine - L-R G3 , AC , C

So the chrono has arrived and I tested both the M105 and M100 springs in the UTR45. M100 - 346fps @ 1.12 joules M105 - 366fps @ 1.25 joules Looks like the M100 is the one for me!

He looks at you concerned and asks you if it's too painful. Your eyes are filled with tears but you shake your head and nod for him to go on. After a few moments, you feel something bursting within you and he pulls it out of you, you lay panting, glad to have it over. Nozzle length isn't dictated by barrel length, but by the hop design. Sounds like you have a Hop Unit to Nozzle incompatibility which is very typical for bitza builds. Get an adjustable length nozzle and start working out what the ideal length is through trial and error.

hop fully on isn't a great way to test, many a pew can have low fps to the point of even being incapable of firing with a full hop applied. the main thing is that with the hop set to an appropriate in-game level, that the fps is reasonable, fully on or fully off then things get weird. if you want a ballpark measurement, without needing a range to set properly, then ~0.5mm of protrusion into the barrel will be at least in the same postcode.

O M G !!! if I may borrow the current vernacular , the CO2 mag was an absolute scream to use. Played 4 games today , 3 of them with the 249 and the 2 88g bulbs lasted the three games . I gassed out with about 5 minutes to go in the last one. Wasn't holding back either, much longer bursts then when I use the green gas mag. I recon I went through about 1500 rounds in total. If i use the co2 regularly I'll need more BB mags as I did run out in one game due to longer bursts and playing an offensive game. Otherwise , the range on the thing continues to amaze me , and the sound ! They'll ban 'em eventually 'cos they are too much fun !

So here it is, still in need of cable management and the grip needs to be installed but feeling good none the less. I aim to make this one a DMR, in as much as one can do in airsoft, and so will be doing my best to source the parts that you guys have recommended. I'll shoot it a bit first for fun and then start the upgrades as soon as possible. Next step will be paint followed by some killflashes and a fair amount of tape for the shiny bits.
