I’ve never heard of a place banning propane.. all green gas is propane and silicone oil. I’m not entirely sure what ‘blend’ power up gas is. It functions and smells just like green gas. I imagine it’s like Nuprol black, but I’ve never tried it. Gives about a 15fps boost and a much crisper cycle in this lousy weather. Even makes my Gas SR-25 run like a champ in the cold. A WE mp5k? I’ve got the pdw and love it. Heavy little thing though. That nub should be fine. Just make sure if it’s smaller than the window to center it well.1 point

Excellent! What gas are you running? I’ve just been testing some guarder power up gas and it’s even better than propane in this freezing weather.1 point

I’d fill it with gas before you put the spring and plate back on so you know there’s no leaks. That feed spring was a right fiddly bastard for me 😂1 point

I’ve done it with a 2mm Allen key before. You can put it in one of the two groves and twist.1 point

2 reasons.. it helps with FPS consistency to leave some of the tube. But most importantly... they’ve glued them in that badly, you’ll never get it out anyway 😂 trim it to 5-10mm above the brass valve inside Just put a screwdriver in one side. I found they weren’t particularly tight.1 point

@rocketdogbert extreme airsoft. I’m enquiring with a friend about getting one at cost price. @Immortal you don’t need a valve key to do the green gas mod, just an Allen key. I’d advice cutting the tubes and not removing them all together.1 point

I'm unsure. I do know that the we one definitely isn't right. The teeth are too thick. I filed mine down slightly and it worked1 point

Gunfire are having the dropzone sale. Large array of Well Sniper rifles for under 70 quid. https://gunfire.com/en/parameters/dropzone-17149.html I have picked up the MB09 myself for 54 quid. Take a look at some of the cheap AUGs as well!1 point

Just after Christmas I picked up a VFC H&K 416 A5 It's a gun I have always wanted especially in the RAL8000 paint scheme! I ordered it online from Fubar Bundy, it was a little more expensive than other retailers but it was the only placed that had one in stock. However I had a nice surprise as not long after I placed the order Steve phoned me up to explain that I had over paid as the price had been increased on the website (to cover costs) so a customer could buy it on finance, which they never did. He apologised, and promptly returned me the difference! Excellent customer service! 👍 Anyway... I took it along to it's first game, and my first one of the year. I'll be honest I was really disappointed! Don't get me wrong this is a lovely gun to look at, and the build quality is superb/solid but the only thing that really matters is the shooting performance, which left a little to be desired. Maybe I've been spoilt with my mildly upgraded Krytac LVOA-S which even before it's upgrades shot much better out the box. So although I found a gun that looked awesome, it didn't shoot awesome so I decided to go all out! I dropped it off at Dave's Custom Airsoft for a few tweaks... * Gate TITAN Complete Set V.2 Advanced * Tokyo Marui Samarium Cobalt Super High Torque Motor * ProWin CNC HopUp chamber * Prometheus Air Seal Chamber (purple) * Prometheus Hop Up Tensioner (Flat Type) * SHS M100 Tune Up Spring * SHS High Speed Gear Set (13:1) * SHS 14 Full Steel Teeth Piston With Aluminium Piston Head * 6.03mm, Stainless Steel Tight-Bore barrel Got it back yesterday, and it's a bloody monster! Cannot wait to get it out for some 'pew pew' Sorry for the long post but I just wanted to give a little review along with the purchase. I will do an update after it's first skirmish! Here's a couple of photos, and one with my trusty LVOA-S which sadly will be going up for sale shortly as I don't need two very similar AR platforms. Thanks for reading chaps.1 point

This is the last one I did. Typhoon 1B. Italeri kit I think. The next one on the block is either a Trumpeter BF109, or one of the Airfix club BF109's. I have both kits already it's just a case of inspecting the plastics and deciding on how much detail I want to paint.1 point
