a solid cylinder with three smaller cylinders bored into it. The solid cylinder fits inside the RIS(not further than 2 cm behind the threads), the first bore is wide enough for the outer barrel, the 2nd is threaded (or contains metal threads glued in) and the third is to take the BB.

My head hurts. :)

Something like this?

with the brand new UG1Y design adapter you need worry no more!:lol::lol:

This would work well on an MB10, I just picked one up and I think a russian optic would look pretty sweet.

Someone else asked me on the Facebook group about making one as well

Looks like I may have to sell them too lol

One thing you will have todo is check the rail gaps as the model is done for a TM vsr rail gap of 78mm.

I'll take some more pics in abit to show scope offset etc

i have made 3 changes from this original prototype

1) set the tightening/securing bolts at 78mm pitch (TM VSR rail), and adjusted the backend to suit

2) set the rail to on the top to be as close to nato spec as my printer will allow

3) added a gusset on the under side to add strength and reduce flex (need to print this to evaluate it)

Besides, that's just the visual/eye candy, the real workings will be much cooler
