No licensed markings so I assume this isn't an old Marui or an Umarex. Either way, the seller's pricing is... divorced from reality unless it literally has 2 "gas tanks" that could be worth something.

No. The mag it comes with looks slightly different to a regular M4 mags but it'll take M4 magazines too.
