  1. People always incorrectly assume ‘made in China’ = Chinese clone crap. Why can’t they build something of quality? Doesn’t bother me in the slightest tbh
  2. This is what I am worried about, I am certainly not booking a holiday for june 22nd or such. i know plenty of people who have already started looking for clubs, festivals and getting ready to go all out. I am not getting my hopes up just yet and will take it one step at a time.
  3. Some clairty shortly would be nice, but I appreciate it takes time for things to filter down. I am still waiting to hear what all of this means for my job and its sector. I am itching to get back outside though and airsoft is a large part of that for me, plus like many I have new toys to break in.
  4. Until we are allowed to play again it’s all just filler and treading water
  5. I suspect he has been lurking for a while, keeping a beady eye on us
  6. Even for a cheap gun not mentioning the shitty paint job / ex two tone is a dick move but maybe something you could get over, for something considered a grail gun and costing that much it certainly is deceitful. I find it even worse that for a game based on honesty people would be so snide when it comes to things like this
  7. Hells yeah!! I picked one up off of amazon funilly enough, was the cheapest around and in stock. IT came from HK but was a quick turnaround. I havent had a chance to use it yet though as I cannot shoot in my garden and I dont like to use them in the house (well the mrs doesnt like me using them in the house and with lockdown shes never out dammit!!)
  8. I saw a post he made a while back about being rough as fuck with Covid so hes probably not ghosting you just unable to answer.
  9. I always seemed to take the first shot at the mall in the gonads. I even considered a cricket box at one point
  10. Totally agree, proper CQB done right is more of a challenge compared to outdoors as it doesn't matter what your wearing, what your carrying its generally all down to how aggressive you play and how quick you are on the trigger. You wont get anywhere sat staring at a door, you need to get through it quickly with lots of well placed BBs unlike the hosefest at some outdoor sites where its all about ROF.
  11. It’s usually some muppet on your team behind you lighting you up making you obvious agree with a statement above, knowledge of the site far outweighs any camo in a cqb site. The best players at the mall were the ones who knew the site well.
  12. Agreed with all points, as someone who mainly played cqb and moved to woodland due to lack of dedicated cqb sites near me I can vouch for camo not being super effective in most sites, both cqb and woodland. However it does help somewhat outdoors if your trying to blend in not to be in all black. I play in a mixture of black and grey generally (cqb and woodland) and have seen plenty of camo options at the mall from squads of multiglams to snow camo. And defo agree protection is the main change I would make to a loadout, I cover up more at cqb and ensure I have more of a mask than what I wear outdoors
  13. OH SNAP... I didnt realise until I clicked the link it was a MK23. Now I know I can see it but didnt have a clue to start with. Good work
  14. I’m glad you did one, I’m unable as I can’t fire in the garden so would need to wait until I can get to a site to film one
  15. Found it brand new and a little cheaper than normal price so pulled the trigger excuse the pun. Thought why not. I don’t often use full auto and not that bothered about having to re-gas if needed. Only thing is it’s HEAVY. Almost needing a grip heavy but with the stock it’s not too bad. I have a sight in the garage I will put on and just need a sling mount for the stock and it’s good to go. I am still on the look out for a second black one I can run with the red furniture and an extended mag for cqb
  16. Oooooh yeah!! Going to order the fire selector kit next so I can capitalise on the full auto goodness!
  17. This is my solution, I have 2 batteries for each AEG usually. One is usually enough for me on a game day but a spare is never a bad thing. I wouldnt waste your time or energy trying to come up with a solution to build some sort of portable charger when an extra battery in your bag would suffice. Thats my opinion, I know some people like to tinker and your could probably make something up, I just dont see the need personally.
  18. That is one ugly gun, I love it!!
  19. Looks great, the torch/silencer look like they are one unit in the pic tho, it threw me for a moment
  20. Interesting topic and thoughts. i have a few AEGs and some gas guns (tm mp7 and mp9) and love both but I do feel an urge to expand into a HPA way of life but like you say there’s a fair bit of investment needed for me to do that. I get why going all in with a certain power makes more sense, at the moment I need to charge batteries and find gas for each game, a mini HPA rig would mean ANOTHER bag to take to a game and more to carry. Why are you swaying more towards GBB over HPA?
  21. I love mine, I just dont get to use it enough. Its gas not HPA though. Although I keep thinking to make a transition. I have not done anything other than cosmetic to mine. It doesnt need it, shoots great as is.
  22. Looks great, I will find some better foam in the future and tidy it up, it looks gash but functional for now.
  23. I think all sites should have naked, mini gun using, bum crack flare smoking midgets!
