  1. This is the ad, it did make me chuckle, especially the last bit. i suppose I’m giving him what he wants now. Although it’s here cos he mentioned it not cos it’s overpriced etc Heres my A&K Winchester 1892. These normally have more leaks than the Mccanns alibis. This does not. Its seals are tighter than the locks on Joseph Fritzls basement. I've also refinished the metalwork, though not the actual mechanism, and taken the stock orange varnish off. The same shade Katie price is currently using I believe. I've gone over it with the finest wood oil that I could find in the back of the garage. Given the stock a few knocks, been beaten up more than Jonny Depp. Its does actually shoot quite well if you use it like a martini Henry, and live out your Zulu war fantasies. In reality this probably means it's good for shooting the opposition if they're armed with nought but a pointy stick. And then you'll lose the second game. It'll look good on the wall of your mancave, which is the middle class word for mastabatorium. Or even pride of place in the living room, take the pictures of the kids down, what have they ever done for you, right? I'm open to offers, if it doesnt go it'll just sit on the project pile, though I'm going to use it as a single shot breech loader if I still have it next weekends western game. Swaps for revolvers are a possibility. Please have a defence. Shooting the neighbour's cats, no matter how many times they shit on the lawn is frowned upon and not a defence apparently. BlOoDy UkArA pOlIcE. First to see may not buy. £100. Cheaper than a denix at that, can talk offers from there. Collection preferred. Oh, and just incase. Hello Mack's.

  3. I got one, they are great for the money. Certainly more than suitable for airsoft. I just got another ASG Scorpion Evo bag, some webbing, a velcro panel and some buckles as I plan on converting the new one to carry my Mp7. I am going to attach straps and buckles to the sides of both bags and create a shoulder carry strap so I can clip two bags together and take both my evo and mp7 to games more easily. Might be a total waste of time but will report back
  4. Where did you get the handguard and stock from if you dont mind sharing? I have been saying this for a while, I still have ahalf a box of blasters in the garage. As soon as I am through them I am making the switch. Problem is I only use semi auto and I pick my shots so a bottle can last me ages.
  5. My head has been turning lately by guns I would normally totally disregard, must be a midlife crisis haha. Cant wait for the update. At lest your not sneaking toes in the pic like @Groot filthy man!
  6. @Davegolf I dislike G36s a LOT but that is purdy!!
  7. I used to use that technique when playing Time Crisis in the arcades, it does work. But funnily enough I havent tried it at airsoft, I guess as I pick my targets and dont spam the trigger.
  8. Not really, the seller is in the wrong here not the buyer. I have no interest in the military and wouldn't know the difference between that helmet and a mk1, so if I was in the market and liked the look of it I wouldn't have a problem buying it.
  9. I can’t be bothered to link but someone on one of the Airsoft discord’s was trying to flog used FNX mags for £45 each 🤷🏻‍♂️
  10. But it DOES come with 30p as per the picture
  11. With sites opening back up and the fact I havent played in ages I am tempted to try new sites. I am quite excited to get out and play in different places

Do it. I was very sheltered in my gaming sites as well then a friend insisted we try a new place and it was a great decision, sometimes a change of scenery is the best thing you can do.

I am careful enough to distance and take measures, plus I feel most sirsoft sites would be safer than the local parks and supermarkets which near me are like cattle markets. If I felt it was too much of a risk I wouldnt go/stay.

I miss being outdoors and cannot climb, or kayak so I need my fix.

  12. @Shobbs17 interesting face pro, how do you see out of it?
  13. @L3wisD your not the only one Had one as my first gun too, had its issues but I dont think I will ever sell it. And im not really a nostalgic person. Its great when you get some epic kills with such a simple gun too.
  14. I use a chest rig and belt set up personally. But I like to keep things as simple and low profile as possible. But its all down to personal choice, you will get varying responses from different people and hopefully explaining why we use these set ups, however you need to find what works for YOU. Airsoft is a personal games, the only thing you need to have is eye pro, and even then there are more choices than you can shake a stick at. This is why experienced players tend to have enough spare kit to fill the boot of a car as we buy stuff we think we need or want to realise its not quite right and get another option, and repeat and repeat etc I have tried a large chest rig with loads of room for gear, a plate carrier and a belt only set up and after 3/4 years finally found what I think is the best set up for how I play and what I use. Which is the Viper vx buckle up rig https://ukmcpro.co.uk/products/viper-vx-buckle-up-utility-rig It takes 6 smg mags and 2 pistol mags (but is modular for any set up) sits square in the middle of my chest and doesnt catch on scrub, trees or my sling. Cheap too (my plate carrier cost me over £100 and was used once ) I dont like the feel of a plate carrier, I find it restricting, also I was tempted to fill it with unnecessary pouches and kit. Like you I tend not to carry uneeded gear. I for one do not see the point in carrying gear which you dont use just for a look as you end up with extra stuff you need to lug around, might get caught on bushes etc and costs money. But thats just me. To be fair any set up could look good in your eyes, I would have a look next time your on site and see something someone else is using and ask questions about it. Military 1st is a great website, they have plenty of chest rig options avilable, good service too. Have a browse. Get a camo which works for your loadout, looking at what yoiu have a multicam, tan or olive rig would work and be multifunctional too.
  15. Thanks for the headsup, a mate needs the bolt and we both need mags
  16. I would say no, but in all honesty I have not used the mp9 in a game. Only shot it indoors (and my old one on a site before a game as it was too hot to use). I think the Tm mp7 is possibly the the most fun I have had in airsoft. And it feels right to use and hold, but then I am a smg whore I would say it’s just a smaller mp7. Has a good kick and makes you smile when you hit something looks cool though and you don’t see many of them around. Worth picking up if you see a deal though I would say. But find one with the cqb bolt, a few mags and the silencer if you want it as they all seem perpetually out of stock. I wouldn’t be put off by a big bundle either as I think the parts would sell pretty well individually
  17. It really should. I am interested in HPA and you have left me hanging
  18. Me too tbh, even though I have one. I need another mag and that silencer
  19. Just copy and paste the url... Agreed, at 70% of retail this should be around the 300 mark. Likely put a higher ask to expect people to negotiate him down. Still about £30 too much for that though really. Is a tidy looking gun though. I paid £320 all in for one with 3 mags and the same parts, mine also had the cqb bolt installed, seller doesnt mention in this if it has it, it says 340fps so maybe it has but if it doesnt then its likely to be higher, its also a hard to find part and costs £50.
