Honestly I've played with milsim groups and when you have anything over 30 people the only way to manage them effectively is through some use of a rank structure - doesn't have to follow anything from real life, but many do because it's easy to understand. It's just impossible for everyone to have fun if it's super casual with that many people when teamwork is just such a vital part of the game.
 
It's those communities that think the rank means something outside of a game where things get significantly OTT. This site looks like it may be one of those. Also, Enjin is terribad.

The next one on the block is either a Trumpeter BF109, or one of the Airfix club BF109's. I have both kits already it's just a case of inspecting the plastics and deciding on how much detail I want to paint.

I would go with a Scrooge loadout, but then i'd have to play it as too tight fisted to fire any BB's...

This is my airsoft loadout

You don't need the gym get yourself down to a park in your combats and spend 30mins doing sprints crawling and the likes of what moves you would perform at airsoft.

Everyone needs to like this for your dedication to airsoft

some of mine:

Tamiya 1/6 scale series. First figure I've done and I'm quite happy with it. Disappointed in the air fix paint that came in another kit, the humbrol stuff I bought looks much better ( observe the difference in the green on the magazine pouches compared to the canteen covers)

That reminds me of being an army cadet when some old dears (was going on a local engagement) and I heard one say 'they've sent in the army' I was only 13 
a few years later at my sister's wedding but I was 16 by this time, again in my cadet number 1's, a very attractive young lady came on to me thinking I was a proper soldier, so I went along with it and nature more than took over
