yup - somewhere there it seems..... is spring still on hop-up - is it "springy" pushing back to nozzle with gun completely EMPTY on fire does barrel "bounce" or move slightly when fired (absorbing & sealing nozzle into hop) DON'T LOOK STRAIGHT AT BARREL BUT SLIGHTLY OFF - just incase a bb is stuck in there (eye protection doing this) or flash hider or bent barrel restricting the innder barrel/hop "move & sealing" against hop-up/nozzle (one flash hider I fitted once was too tight on inner barrel and was binding a bit on inner barrel also check nozzle/tappet plate is moving and plenty of tension on it how about - use the other CM top receiver & barrel and see if still way way under if you done all you say then sounds like a nozzle/hop crap seal I think even the paper test over mag hole don't always provide conclusive results if it is sealing but not quite 100% deffo try another receiver/hop&barrel if poss to narrow it down a bit and save stripping down gearbox again very easy to steam in and change this n that but often the ol' process of elimination is a wise thing to consider (says the guy whose been there loads of times and will still keep arriving there no doubt)

depends where you take up your position but think bipod on this long mofo would be a wise investment (along with gym membership - kidding, cocking handle can help especially with gloves on etc....)

I "think" it has to park in semi - no gears showing on sector gear when reassembling 2 parts BUT best google it coz my manual/gun is packed away and can't be ar$ed to dig it out (the manual & dvd & god knows what else) http://www.icsbb.com/web_e/html/05_multimedia/download.aspx best see if you can grab manual for ya model - better safe than sorry according to the pdf of my M4A1 - no gears showing on sector gear as I thought

yup suppose MP7 has got advantages as a sniper's secondary but it is not a pistol and if you are gonna chuck in MP7 into the mix then I reckon a Galaxy MP5K or G5K may as well be included (or higher end cyma/jg models too but where do you start & stop just for a sidearm) The compact G5K would be my choice if including small sub-machine guns into a pistol question (not the G5M coz is a pi$$er for fitting battery)

What with your collection of AK's & my quest to own any M4 under say £150.... think we would have serious explaining to do if we got a visit..... Yeah - yeah of course sir, now you can explain it all down the station whilst we ask for yet another van to collect the rest of your so called collection of toy guns -
it was my recent 416 order - bloomin' weird they was asking for confirmation just checked and they seemed to do that for another order back mid Jan, for 2 x 122 cyma pistols on offer - didn't notice that email requesting confirm But placed another small parts order a few days later - the two orders were merged and then sent out as one order with no further request for confirmation ???? never noticed this confirm crap before - had a quick look back and couldn't see this request in 2014 but might be another check they recently started to do to some orders maybe why Qlimax order got cancelled ???? who knows but might need to watch ya inbox chaps just in case

Sort of airsoft related..... Various heatshrink tubing for wiring/fets larger wattage soldering iron for doing deans £3 mini scales - drug dealer kind as old kitchen scales was dying (20+ yrs old) no not for dealing but for weighing pistons - this one does gms in 0.1g increments (30gms vs a 15gms complete piston can make quite a difference to avoid PE at high speed) plus suppose it would take the guesswork out of: are these .20's or 0.25g bb's etc..... -
Check your spam/junk inbox and any other bits of your emails.... one order I did recently seemed to stall, on further checks I noticed they was asking me to confirm order wtf - never had that before but as soon as I clicked on confirmation it shipped next day this email was in my usual inbox with a button to confirm order underneath it was this little note: (Not confirming the order may cause delay in its completing or its rejection) dunno if this happened to you as to why they cancelled order but just letting ya know (maybe random checks/confirmation to prevent fraud or something) still don't recall having to do this before ???

Only AEP I would suggest is CYMA 030 Glock. Patrol base do it rebadged as ASG for about £55 (See about 2-tone ???) Most others are quite heavy if you got it holstered to leg Chest mounted is ok but on ya leg the 122 & 123 weigh a bit. The 123 is way over sized btw .... HFC 104 has actually quite a bit of metal to it For the money I really don't think you can go wrong If it does go tits up you have option to bin it at that price Buy a £80 pistol and - well you gotta get it fixed But at what price ??? Really is up to you what ya buy though Me I can say that the HFC SRC STTi GG104 or 105 is great value and easy to get started in 2 tone only top is blue btw Or try to get a CYMA 030 or ASG rebrand is best out of aep's for maybe £60ish as ya not ukara Still over twice price of Green Gas GC104's Or for price of CYMA glock you could get 2 x GC104's n some gas..... Akimbo pistols !!!!!!!! Soz now ya more confused slight tidy up of this post - poxy fone for the record 104 & 105 are nigh on the same - 105 has a small under barrel rail GG stands for Green Gas GC stands for CO2 version they are the same size of mags, you can buy a CO2 GC105 like moi (too hot) then get the GG104 mags and pop them in either 104 or 105 pistol - viola (or a GG104 and pop in a CO2 mag if ya want extra oomph target shooting)

cheap metal D-Boys 416 just arrived today.... http://gunfire.pl/product-eng-1152194525-BI-8001-carbine-replica.html discount ends now to get it for 160 Euro or about £125 using DEAL (deal or DEAL seems to have ended - was very tempted to buy another but gone mad already) way too hot 405fps but will tweak it down check AOE fet etc.... (they do offer free spring downgrade they say, but I will open her up & break it no doubt) Hop-up is supposed to be not brilliant but no biggy - yet seemed reasonable but only fired about 30 or so shots mag is crap too but dytac's work fine, stock yeah not best crane - unsure might change it or use better G&G crane (stubby won't look right but then is easier, have a Firehawk or Magpull clone type but tube battery limits bat size) Yeah it needs a few tweaks but then all no big major issues - well I like it for the price but is nigh on identical looking to a WE 416 @ LWA at half the price delivered (no TradeMarks on either one but I ain't that rich to buy a VFC etc... - better than a Cyma 508 though) Son wanted WE - (yeah well I'm still looking for that 3-some with mum's fit m8 I mutter) but that ain't gonna happen so shut up & make do ffs, life's a bitch -
Most G&G's are 330-ish so your gun is quite likely to pass the chrono I would think (most likely fine for most places unless it has been tweaked) UKARA - being on a database of 18+ big kids still playing with toys or Realistic Immitation Firearms (database that is used for RIF sales) a u18 can have a RIF if it is "gifted" - more stuff to row about You already have a "defense" as you have been playing - even if your UKARA entry is not completed just yet (But being on UKARA does make everything a lot easier & smoother) As been mentioned - use ya G&G ffs, but don't be a dick, get a case/bag etc... for it and a sprinkle of common sense when transporting it & general safety using it (don't get on public transport with it on show - just avoid raising concerns and use a bit of sense) As for turning up with a IF or RIF - I've lent my son's m8's both RIF & IF's signed disclaimer and they are good to go act responsibly and you will be fine

Well at a risk of getting flamed......... http://www.onlybbguns.co.uk/hg-104-m92f-beretta-hfc-hg-104-m92-gas-pistol.html?filter_name=HFC&page=3#.VM8tVixv7DI RC10 code should get you 10% off = £27 delivered for a 21/22 round Green Gas pistol (non-blowback - c'mon at that price I think xmas has long gone) that is what I would buy or rather have bought, can get extra mags for it (though to be truthfully honest - at that price for gun and what a mag in UK would cost you may as well pick up another pistol @ £27 - is what I did, can get them overseas but P&P is extra) doubt if you will get a better half decent performing pistol for that price in UK (2-tone so no ukara needed) Pistol is not an absolute must but then £27 looks good - not too heavy, though it ain't plastic (jeez some EAP's weigh a lot more than this GG pistol) but up to you what you get btw it is same gun as: https://bbguns4less.co.uk/products/SRC-GG-104B-Beretta-92-Replica-Gas-powered-Airsoft-pistol.html HFC - SRC - STTi, same meat different gravy difference is OnlyBBGuns will deliver it for £27 - BBG4Less want £30 + del (best I can offer at that place is "crazyeyes" 7% discount code) You don't "have" to go nutz on a custom DMR, a G&G M4 or Cyma AK will get you to a proper skirmishable level £130 G&G, £30 GG pistol and you can start to seriously hold your own out there (unless you suck at it like moi) But it is up to you what stuff you get, but after spending LOADS on cheaper stuff and seriously regretting it that is the stuff I would suggest you get, which should work very well and not give pi$$ poor performance To each their own as they say

250 on .12's, that is probably under 200 on .20's around the 200fps on .2's are the electric pistols - EAP not brilliant but that is about the power of them but they fire in all weathers (if battery is charged and also have nice 30+ mags + auto) EAP's start about £55-£75 and way lower fps than AEG or Gas pistols Green Gas - hit "aprox" 300 - 350 on .2's - most peeps/sites like this type stays usually within site limits, some cheap to some expensive blowback mofo models can use propane gas instead of Green Gas - seals in gun can fail or not work in colder weather Cheap GG pistols start about £30 non-blowback to £150+ for ultra high end or limited edition blowback models CO2 - hit 350 to 450+, much more powerful - too powerful to use at sites and tricky to tame down but can be tamed down a bit to creep under 330/350 mark - a little bit more reliable than GGas but still can fail in very cold weather - like all gas guns the seal can/do fail. prices are about same as Green Gas £30 non-blowback to way over £100+ Gas pistols are more common or popular, range of Green Gas models is bigger than CO2 coz GGas are most widely used I guess Springer pistols - ergh not really used much, only had a crappy kids pistol that I could spit bb's further well it broke quickly - mainly coz I threw it (yeah that didn't help but made me feel a bit better) you can get by with a low power springer but think most use a GGas one with say an aprox 20 shot mag rather than a 1 shot backup springer pistol, recock then shoot again (but still any secondary could save your a$$)

it can happen to nigh on all guns at a "dead zone"...... what happens is releasing from auto - the cam on sector gear "can" rarely stop in this position the cam has moved into position to push cut-off lever - the bit that yanks or pops the switch up (once popped up away from trigger tip the switch flies back and disengages the on single shot) What can and probably happened is if that cam is still forcing cut-off lever up or not fully returned then the switch can't re-latch onto the trigger correctly FFS - dont force the trigger if you feel resistance - you can break it !!! This "dead zone" should only really happen going from auto to semi it should be just fine on semi all time if it does happen then the only real way is one burst on auto - repark it past the dead zone (or cycle finishes just past the cam) it might happen a tiny tiny bit more as you may have an AB mosfet in there which stops the motor very very quickly by reversing polarity - so it "may" not roll on past that cam position as a non-AB fet (but as long as it don't and it shouldn't do this crap on semi it is not areal problem) L85's with pre-cocking can suffer from this quite a bit even on semi but is another matter from the precocking and sector gear's cam/pre cocking a little too late imho learn to release trigger at correct point - might be just letting go of trigger at random points or just prior to it firing the motor then stops in this "dead zone" rather than the switch parking it properly under semi might be doing this a little more if battery is starting to deplete - try a fresh battery if it starts happening again (fresh battery should help it get past the dead zone maybe) Whoa - now ya more confused - soz, in a nutshell it shouldn't be a big problem - just learn when to release trigger on auto or if it parks incorrectly you have to cycle auto - semi again don't ever force it - it is a poxy dated old school trigger design but generally is a good robust cheap one I'm afraid 99% that is the issue as it is a common one....... could be a switch contact under selector plate but it sounds like the dead zone to me if all works going auto - semi again if it seemed to happen in afternoon on the same battery then pretty sure a fresh battery could help too
-
nah - like to think if anything was "found" it would be handed into a marshall I've lent mags/batteries to peeps like we all have even offered my spare gun like others have (probably would even loan a bfg to a team mate (18+) if required to split in two units) but I'd be pi$$ed if somebody helped themselves if the players can't have a little bit of integrity & honesty... no point playing coz they certainly wouldn't take their bloomin' hits gotta have some respect for other players - and their stuff
-
well I presume you are not gonna try to re-use them - not wise a "curtain" could help in the catcher - like the ones to stop dead golf balls in simulators or a pillow in that box but sooner or later the cardboard box will be shredded to f*ck but in any case the cardboard box - bb's will just pop out the other side
-
welcome aboard just don't ask any silly ukara/vcra questions (had a riot in here about 30 mins ago, blood was everywhere) KIDDING - welcome a good read is Ians guide if you need to get started - even if you have been playing for a while http://www.airsoft-forums.co.uk/index.php/topic/12854-new-player-guides-info/

End of the day most sites don't give a $hit what you do with a 2-tone gun "it's your gun do whatever you like with it" was reply when I asked about spraying some bits (site don't care though the law "may") All down to interpretation - no you can't "modify" it which is altering the original appearance (not scope, but in effect can't paint & turn an IF into a RIF) In fact as I understand it even if you are on the ukara database that does not give you the right to transform an IF into a RIF - it is still technically not allowed... UKARA gives you a defense or reason to own a RIF but that does not mean you are gonna be ok if you was a w@nker and displaying a RIF (or IF) out in public In reality the owner needs to be aware there is some slight possible risk painting an IF UKARA is one form of defense (plus it enables you to buy RIF) being a regular airsoft player is the same - even if u18 if RIF/IF was "gifted" All of this is a form of defense or reason to own a RIF However - if questioned by police or worse hauled up in front of judge then it won't mean much if owner was being a d*ckhead - ukara or not - IF or RIF The whole ukara + vcra is not completely clear as glass, though you may be ok but then you may not if the law (police/judge) wanted to be awkward about it Though except for Daily Mail most people don't know or care much - it's a toy isn't it ??? bloomin' ukara/vcra always causes problems/rows/debates I've probably got it all completely wrong yet again but if so then I have misunderstood once again really think some smart ar$e lawyer/solicitor should rewrite it all in plain english for us thicko's but that would probably cost mega bucks So for the moment we shall continue with our own personal understanding or interpretation (main thing is not to be a dickhead with your IF or RIF or IF painted to RIF)

good ol' shs - at least I know what heads to order (and what not to bother getting) Out of interest - was a shs m90 spring fitted along with some other bits eg: tbb + fet and happy with fps etc.....

SRC Gundam is deffo a 2-tone in my book even though it is a 5 tone or something The "general" idea is it is to be easily identified as an IF from first glance (that is basically my interepretation for what it is worth and I'm going with that) In other words if somebody glanced over at an IF - most people would inform police it appears to be fake rather than the 12yr old killed a couple of months ago Snake is too subtle - that could still raise alarm bells of a response team JBBG is quite obvious it is a toy or IF - plus its crap btw Somewhere there are "possible" options to still ease people's first glancing concerns and still look a little less of a JBBG newbie but think we may all have a slight difference of opinion on this exactly Safe bet is something along the lines of JBBG but maybe a little more subtle but yet again the colour or shade could be a matter of opinion too It is down to seller / retailer what they deem to fit that criteria and can defend if challenged paint or dipping is fine in my book - some dipping could be better than a lame ar$e tacky paint job it is the effect really not method used I suppose..... NH Shooter is correct as it is up to him what he sees fit despite what others may think it is his ar$e not anybody else's - so I think that really defines it as the seller's ar$e is on the line despite whatever anybody else says is ok or not
-
the snake skin is a little too subtle as I said (no way would I say 51%) dipping - well that depends on coverage/pattern/colour & god knows what (yes dipping or painting - same meat different gravy but depends on final result) at time of sale it is supposed to meet the 51% guideline but with wear n tear if it starts to fade/remove then is it not the owner's liability to ensure it still meets those requirements ??? (or should the retailer have done a better job) whole issue is a bollock-ache sometimes but we have to go with flow yup I was right - bloomin' ukara/vcra and anything like this....
-
yup deffo gonna ensure any fet I put in is "Gate" ready but tbh - once the trigger contacts are done then that is it really I mean send up a dedicated supply/return or 2 thin leads to trigger & back to fet and motor leads with own dedicated 16 awg rather than longer positive lead to switch & motor at trigger contact like the quick existing wire option yeah that is a bit confusing like most crap I type but I kind of understand it (jeez my posts are more confusing than Merf programming - and that is saying something) will now go for dedicated 2-wire trigger fet is basically what I was meaning
-
Blimey - been looking at Gate Merf 3.2 burst/rof/voltage programming & options got well lost trying to follow all the bells n whistle options - jeez tempted to get that mofo from bullseye country sport about £45 del if use a 10% discount code (or buy something else and get 10% on mulitple items) clever stuff if ya like all them options, if ya have a little room for that bad a$$ module & easy to change but for now will stick with basic fet but will ensure I prepare the wire/connectors ready for easy fitting to these Gate's if ever I wanna go to next level (provided I can get my head around advanced programming options of the mofo)

depends where site is located - Bradford, Birmingham etc..... soz to avoid upsetting anyone if playing in other inner city areas and the newbie loadout of hoodies, jeans falling down ya ar$e etc.... the more seasoned players might find them in the "oiky chav look" easy targets to pick off........ then the pro's find out them oiky players have ripped out all the car stereo's quicker than the pro's could change a mag see - I upset everybody loadouts - very personal thing but jeans n jacket does me... (I'm $hit at it so a cool looking loadout won't make my aim no more accurate - though it might help me not get picked off so easy)
