  1. So, finally got round to taking a photo with the 552 on. Feedback welcomed sorry for the long grass Will be posting in the DIY how I (and my dad of course) made the protector, but overall works well, and saves me £30
  2. wow, just created a 552 cover w/ my dad using a motorcycle visor. Actually quite good, pretty pleased and chuffed with my dad for helping, hes very good at that sort of thing. Pics to follow :)

  3. nearly missed that, thank god I didn't... what about something like this? only like £15 my apologies in size of image btw
  4. Red wolf is the place to go, if they aren't in stock then send them an email, I'm sure they could order them in. Alternatively Google salient arms tm g17 slide and some Chinese or wherever should come up if I remember correctly, however I'm on my slow phone so I can't check atm. I believe you will get charged at customs however
  5. everyone should buy one of these, the price is about right as well

I'd rather have a minigun for the same price, which actually has a functional purpose.

That is just a gun mount.

yeah true, in one of the AI mags they had one, that looked pretty beast and could be controlled by a remote control 2 miles max away or something, had box mag w/ gun and also could shoot pyros and grenades, sadly not for sale

  6. Lol, struggling to find some? Not sure if I believe that one. Try MAG midcaps, or classic army
  7. in the middle of a huge clothes selling spree, 5/10 listed, need £30 for a beltec bb shield lol

Or you could get some of those 3M goggles ian has and cut them to fit the scope lens.

I know thinking about wtf. So I going to cut out a motorcycle helmet visor

  8. So I bought a 552 clone, and a holosight which cost £5 (for the cover). I just tested it and it shattered, obviously not shooting with the clone behind, however I need a BB shield that will do the job, but needs to be small enough to fit on two gaps of 20 mm rail. anyone know any? thanks btw
  9. Well, generally the G&G is a great gun, candle has had a lot of problems with his, however a lot of people say it is good. Some or good some are bad, pick of the draw I guess. Guessing you mean AEG scar? If so, people seem to recommend the VFC or TM recoil over the WE, and yes they might be more expensive but are much better apparently. The G&G scar is also really good, talk to captain dumbass about his. One problems is the fps is a bit hot (something like 400 lol) but techs can sort that out if you don't feel like it, but thats about £100 more expensive then. Get mags first, good eye protection, a tac vest of some description, good gear, nice boots and then look at a gbb pistol. They are great fun to use, and Tm seems to be the king in this sector however WE aren't bad so I'm told. personally I would get everything sorted (bearing in mind battery and charger will be like £50 if you are buying a good one and then £60 for a spare, or maybe 70) Pistols aren't essential in woodland, in cqb they are nice but then again, you can live without. They are very fun to use, but also harder in a way, and also to maintain. Make sure you don't go cheap on them. I bought a HFC glock off a mate, who only used it a few times and it is absolute mayhem, doesn't work half the time and is more hassle than it's worth for me, in fact I am going to sell it off to another mate lol. so yeah TL;DR probably best to buy gear first and maybe save up for G&G, VFC or TM recoil scar.
  10. Yea dye do quite a colourful range, will set you back a bit though.
  11. sorry, my bad. No idea really, bit of a stupid thing to do.
  12. May I ask how the quality of the mesh is? I am looking to buy some goggles from him, but obviously I need them to be safe. Is he very good like people say and has anyone ever had problems with them before?
  13. I heard the galaxy mp5 is actually alright, cheap and cheerful, but don't hold me to it. Someone on arnies airsoft mentioned something about them lasting ages and with quite good performance, especially the price ( I think )
  14. if it was in the summer holidays, ground zero is about 1hr 30 mins from my Grandmas, which is about 2 hrs 30 mins from me. However I would be prepared to go there for it
  15. is red wolf uk or USA based? Customs and all

I've never ordered from them before (will be doing when I get a CM16) but I know they're an excellent company. Prices can be expensive on some things but really good on others & they have a lot of exclusive / unique stock too.

  16. need to have a look at what zero punctuation is seems to be pretty funny
  17. yep, the american's seem to think that because it is metal it is better, although most of them use TM's now. KWA seem to be pretty rare over here, whereas in 'MERICA TM's aren't that common (according to some of the USA forums). TM's are more gas efficient, more accurate, and I do remember M_P saying that even though the KWA is metal, it feels more like a toy, but ask him for details.
  18. congratulations man. I'm sure you will be better in no time, and will be able to expand that pink gun collection of yours thats great news!
  19. I don't, it's just if I want something really badly, I am prepared to liquidate things I own, and save up for a long period of time.
  20. tell her its that or a £2k PTW
  21. is that flyye? If so tell me how it is, looking into them and they seem to have decent reviews... did you buy it off of airsoft zone?
  22. so my mate recently went down the sniping route, and he has been talking about this. he got the vsr 10 from TM, then spent £70 on a new cylinder + another £70 for new trigger housing, now shoots 500 fps. Also had to buy bucking and casing or something for hop up, £30. Numerous other parts, £80 scope, scope mounts and rails etc. Next thing you know is hes looking at £600 pretty much. N.B he bought a lot more I didn't list, will have to ask him if you need the full list... Very nice though
  23. I planning on building one at some point, and I reckon it depends on what site you go to. UW limpsfield seems to be very much longer engagements, compared to other sites so I think a DMR would fit in
