  1. Well, you can just take the motor out of the motor cage and flip it around,or switch the connectors on it to get the proper polarity and spin direction. It's not soldered on,most motors use space connectors.
  2. Battery is probably the case. EG1000 motors are very torquey(For a ferrous motor,it's when they are used in frankentorque builds they get their full potential) And pull up to m120 with no hassle
  3. Lonex generally have some of the best internals out of higher end guns so the bang for buck factor would be better than say,VFC or G&P. I'm worried that lonex will go for the same TREMORS based design that Bolt went for- Bolt did make some glorious fuck ups in the drivetrain, true, but the design itself is known to be flawed, hence why KWA and TM are the more reliable recoil rifles. Still,it's nice to see recoil becoming a thing now. Makes guns heaps more fun to shoot. A lot of people a re crying 'muh gimmick' but if it's reliable and fun i welcome it.
  4. Custom built I'm afraid. The guy who made this also made an SKS,Remington bolt action pistol out of a VSR and lots of other things. Some talent. RenegadeCow,the builder was in Talks with Ares to make a production version but Ares tried to pull idea stealing shenanigans so he tried ICS but didn't get far with them.
  5. I often feel completely and utterly wrecked after games, especially if it's a 12/27 hr milsim. My legs give out and everything aches. The way it's supposed to be! On bringing things over,I have one gun bag which I keep in the car. Tent clips on the side of a small rucksack, which is a tiny little thing with only the essentials-socks,''field rations'', tools, spare gun parts and a change of clothes. Usually it's around 5kg of weight so I can hike around with it and still be relatively mobile. Thing I regret doing is bringing a glowstick to my first 27hr game. Fucker was a lemon, plastic was bubbly and it was obviously not structurally sound. On the jeep ride to the FOB at night I decided to break it open. Enter premature ejaculation. Covered myself and a few guys in that foul smelling shit the chinese pack into those things.
  6. Just to keep up the Polish spirit give Chuck Norris a Pair of Hussar Wings and a helmet!
  7. You're in NI right? If you ever feel like returning this lemon, you also have the option of buying it in a shop in the ROI. AirsoftEire in Dundalk have the Recoil scars for 470 pounds, pricey because of the gubmit taxing us to death, but you can have a feel of it and test it. Last time I was in store they had a box of Scar Heavies but that was before I left for ukraine in May.
  8. That's the recoil weight moving about in the upper receiver, one guy on reddit had the same trait on his SCAR L,didn't impact shooting or performance one bit. If you want to be 100% sure of an issue, call up Eagle6 airsoft, they're the spets on the recoil shock line and might offer a tip about a fix or something.
  9. I spent too much time on Japanese airsoft forums reading about the recoils
  10. Knowing TM though there would probably be a fair bit of compromise on externals, especially on combloc guns and guns generally fully steel.Their Recoil AKs were offender in that regard. Lots of recalls in Japan for durability issues, and the AK74M being discontinued and the AK104 too,for a limited time.
  11. >Ares >Even thinking about good internals
  12. Let me parrot what 90% of airsofters say when ares comes up with something interesting. ''Looks nice, shame it's Ares'' That's my opinion, basically!

Yeah,I caught two of them but one passed my radar. Last time I installed DT lite two or so years ago it only had two 'extra' steps, one with a toolbar and one with some other bollocks. Malwarebytes and CCleaner should purge that goobzo sh*t I have now.

  14. TM BBs are decent but not worth the cost. They do have a line of 'bearing' BBs which are made using the same process as ball bearings, since apparently Marui is a bearing OEM too. They come in .28 bio flavor, very nice quality and performance. Probably the best BBs I've used along with Maruzen .29 Super grand masters. Do note i use a bolt action so my ammo usage is much smaller than an AEG. Right now I;m using Blaster. 30s,quality is surprisingly good, especially since they;re some of the cheapest heavyweights I could find. Not a single air bubble in a sample of 10. Blaster Devils are a bit more 'high tier' but their .30s have more air bubbles in them. Devil .28s are fantastic however. To be honest most BBs are made by a three or four big OEM companies in China,Taiwan and Japan. Exception to ASG blasters since they are 'made in EU' which probably means some borderline third world eastern european country. Green Devils are getting raving reviews,I can;t get any of them since I get shafted on price compared to getting blasters locally, but might just suck it up and get a big bulk order.
  15. Mate, the 22TPA ZCIs you sell are miles better than the lonex ones. Lonex are grand, sure, but SHS and ZCI are the same in build quality but offer 16TPA and 22TPA respectively, way more efficient and bang for buck is better
  16. Your gun is a VFC,correct? First option to eliminate is the motor Does it heat up when it locks back? Does it seem to struggle? What is response like on a full charged battery before the lock back? After checking these decrease motor height. bit by bit. If that does not work then we can move on to the gears. If you want to be really thorough in eliminating the motor and isolating the problem to the gears then install a new stock motor and test. VFC's auto shimming gears love to fail and ruin gear meshing. Open up the GB,remove the air seal assembly but leave the gears and motor. Fire up the motor and see if it works well. It should all spin quickly with no grinding and the motor should not heat up or be stressed. If the gears are meshing badly, spinning really slowly and grinding then we can assume that they're miffed. You can save them by modding them to remove the auto shimming axle system. If the gears & motor are working fine, then eliminate the spring guide. Replace the spring with a new one and test the gun fully assembled,if it locks back then the spring guide is a suspect. Next is to replace the spring guide. Then test with the original spring and new spring. Try all of that, should fix the problem by the end or at least make it clear what's happening. Worst case scenario in my opinion is that the motor is bolloxed and must be replaced along with the spring guide and spring. Gears being un-auto shimmed should be done IMO to remove any possibility of them miffing the GB
  17. Is it one of those overpriced edick AIM sports MATRIX USA tactical Elite hyper turbo force ultra FPS super cuzztim chinese guns with f*ck all performance gains and an extra shafting to the wallet?
  18. Berget is basically the Wacken of airsoft. Those two are defiantly on my bucket list. I'd love to play at Border War in the Czech republic, defiantly heading off with the Bellurgan guys when I'm 18. For sites outside of the UK I'd like to play at one of the Tactical black cats sites in France. Look like a load of fun. Ballahack in the states also looks like a nice enough place.
  19. Thought of Sewing on some leather padding on my Bundesheer M65 Jacket,at the shoulders and elbow to replicate Sunrise suit from STALKER. But By doing that I would need to get rid of the shoulder straps which I adore since they are handy for heaving in webbing suspenders through. Besides,I've hardly given it any use,no need to ruin it. Otherwise I'd happily run around in an exoskeleton despite the weight But who said you need to have a mental loadout to be mental? I personally think running around in a KLMK onesie and shouting 'A NU CHEEKI BREEKI IV DAMKE' and various things like that is enough
  20. HBAR front ends are pretty hard to find but do pop up on shops like Dentrinity or Redwolf. Finding a used kit of a forum is also a good bet. If you want a good cheap tightbore,Madbull and ASG Ultimate(OEM by Lonex) are good bets. Found pretty much everywhere. ZCI also make steel barrels, which are known to have fantastic internal finishing and machining quality, which is compensated by straightness not being as good. The internal finish has been found to be better than Laylax in some cases. Can be found on ak2m4.co.uk, JG are not known for precision casting, but their hop up chambers are adequate. If you want a new chamber G&P make a good metal one. Good buckings- Lonex 70 degree buckings and G&G greens are good and available. Systema are decent but these two are cheaper and better. ZCI 22TPA high torque motor is fantastic for trigger response. It has better build quality than Chaoli or JG 22TPA motors. The magnets are very close to the armature, closer than you would normally find in a high torque. You can find it on ak2m4.co.uk,owner is sound and on this forum I believe. Prices are good and he stocks a lot of under rated parts like ZCI which are fantastic bang for buck. You can leave the rest of the gearbox alone. JG are know to make fantastic stock internals.Pistons are strong, piston heads seal amazingly, spring guides are great and shells are also beefy. Gears are also incredibly strong, some of the strongest you will find stock. If you further wish to improve trigger response, you can grab some SHS 13:1 gears, paired with a 22TPA motor these will give great response. Any gearbox work I would further recommend is correcting piston angle of engagement using sorbothane pads, increases the life of the piston drastically. Use some PTFE tape to seal up the cylinder head too. I'd re grease the gun since JG's grease is pretty awful in my experiences Of course, with a new motor you must correct the shimming. Make sure bevel to pinion meshing is spot on. Easy enough to do on V3 gearboxes.
  21. 80 or so quid or so sounds fair to me. In Japan the price of a new one is about 130-140 pounds. TM's casting is generally good so I would not worry about zinc pest on the metal parts or the plastic degrading and becoming brittle. the age does not mean much since the old AK47 AEG has not changed since it's release in 1994. Plenty of people have owned decade old TMs with no major issues.
  22. That's a bloody useless forum for advice then, the whole point is to post information available to everyone so whoever is searching that subject can stumble upon the forum post and have their problem solved. Instead they'll get: Swagnamite ,Posted today,9:11am ''Hey guys,I'm looking to build an L119 replica, but not sure main differences between an M4 and at a total loss at what brand parts are accurate and good quality to be worth the time and effort of the build'' HeinrichHimmer1943, Posted today, 10:11am ''PM me for details'' Swagnamite, Posted today, 10:12am ''k'' Then you are left with more trawling for shit on google, because all of the information you need was posted privately.

This example is UER,or ultra extended Rhop. AKA OP being a hilarious moron. ER hop by itself is R hop with an extended window for more contact and backspin.

  23. I've had confirmation from the guy I've PM'd. He's not sure about the MB03 directly since he's generally avoided it due to tolerance issues. Pdi bore up cylinder is required to fit Marui spec parts. Pdi's precision cylinder has to use PDi spec parts, and is a sloppy fit into the standard reciever. According to Xfire,PDi's precision cylinder is 22mm in diameter, while the boreup is 23mm in diameter. So the WELL is even smaller. If so then PDi non bore up parts would still be to large by 2mm to fit. Usually I'd recommend new cylinders entirely for WELL VSRs,just to have easier upgrade compatibility. You will need to remove material from the guide rings in the receiver for them to fit.
  24. PDi Non bore up parts should work. To keep better tolerances PDi make all of their upgrade parts matched to each other. Pdi cylinder internals are made to a slightly smaller diameter than Marui ones, while Pdi Bore up parts fit better into Marui cylinder dimensions. I'll PM a guy on AirsoftSniperForum who's been building custom VSRs with Pdi parts for the past decade to confirm.
