Ian_Gere got a reaction from sp00n in Gun picture thread
This weekend gone was the first time in a long time that I have had the energy to do anything, but my g/f came over so i didn't get round to powering up my sight. I'm planning to use a hot glue gun to cover the contacts of the AAA holder once I've soldered the wires in place - that's gotta be a lot better than bits of LX tape at preventing short circuits...

Madbull do some 0.12g BB's - they're £5 in RWA's UK site holiday sale. I've mooted the idea of using coloured BB's to indicate that you're in your last few before, but nobody thought much of the idea. I still think it's worth checking out because I, for one, find it difficult to keep track of where i am in a mag once things get exciting. But yeah, 0.12g BB's would overhop like mad and, since the idea is to remind you to change mags immediately, you might think that's not necessarily a bad thing, but then again, you'd be about to be dry firing, which would make you change mags immediately, so actually all you'd have had is 10 less BB's that you could fire at targets...
The idea would only work sensibly with BB's of the same weight as your normal ones.

Do not use silicon in the barrel, silicon is virtually impossible to clean, even IPA will not remove it properly. Using silicon oil in your barrel will do nothing but attract and retain excess dirt.

I use Isopropyl wipes, the ones I have are just the right size when cut along the fold in them to squeeze into the barrel. I picked up something like 300 for £5 on ebay a while back.

I ended up ordering some of Giena Tactics' standard Field Trousers and a UBACS but in Izlom rather than SS Leto/Summer cos they gave me the option to pay for them only once they have been made, ie just before posting, rather than fully upfront, plus the 20% Xmas discount: seemed rude not to...

Now that she's got her eyepro...
...so she's allowed out of the safe zone,
Maiya just needs a jump harness to attach her to my webbing and she'll be ready to rock!

Forcecore A104-C at £149.62 (including spring downgrade) from Gunfire.pl

Was tempted by the Cyma CM.031B at £58~ but ended up buying this instead. A solid investment by all accounts
Update: Also purchased a stick battery for £13~ from component shop as I seem to have lost my other one.

ICS Galil GRM with ICS C-mag (plus adaptor), kind of wanted a LSW style rifle to lay down some heavy firepower.
