    So ZCI hop up and new barrel upped the fps of my m16 to 356 on 0.2, 312 on 0.25 and 296 on 0.28....   How can i drop it down by 10fps?  only thing i can think of is sawing off 1cm of barrel?

      no no, The stock g&p 509mm innerbarrel has the same fps on 0.2 as the 340mm zci inner barrel i have for an m4.  the 356fps is from the 509mm zci inner barrel i was wanting to swap the stock one for

    Yesterday was a reminder of why i have sank so much money into this game.  Was an awesome day, pulled off some sneaky plays and came away buzzing, still was this morning.

    I did think the same, but the chrome one costs more than the black desert eagle, firesupport out of stock £179 over the black £149. But that's new... Can't imagine the chrome would survive the red coming off though.

    I have a couple of theta ones. Seem usable outdoors for me... Wouldn't take them indoors as low light is an issue for them. They also turn off, but as opposed to a fault, I think it a battery saving measure they have, which is annoying as you aren't going to be constantly poking the optic during game days.

    Leaking 40 Mike fill valve.  cleaning: no fix, soaking in silicone oil: no fix...  its leaking on the low pressure maintinence gas too... any advice?

      it appears to be coming out the centre of the valve and not round the outside where the O-ring is

    advice for bleeding gas mags of maintenance gas ready for game days?  I assume firing the gas out would coat the barrel with oil and pressing the button on the mag may damage the seal?

    So as previously posted, Aliepress thanos'd 90% of their airsoft based offerings. which included a handguard i was eyeing up.     So from this, your scar L was second hand and also been upgraded by someone. so you don't know what their 'stock' performance is. Whomever opened the gearbox and started chasing fps let all the TM pixie dust out.... My scar H ngrs fires absolutely fine, as does my mk18 ngrs. Both absolutely stock (even with stock connectors and proprietary batteries). The lower FPS has never made me feel at a disadvantage... They often match or exceeding others on the field. Both being a woodland site player. Very much a fun intermediate between AEG performance and some GBB like operations

    FORUM MODERATORS: Can sale items marked as completed have the 'message seller' button removed, or after a while be deleted.  I have had repeated emails asking if a shotgun I sold 2 years ago is still available.  2 in the last couple of months...

      Agreed - I sold some Peltors ages ago and still get messages about them. I try now to edit the listing with SOLD in font size 72 before marking it as complete - at least when I remember to do so.

    Has aliexpress just recently just removed 90% of their airsoft products? seems they dont have anywhere near as much now as they did 6 months ago

      I noticed it with handguards.

      A while ago there was plenty of choice for decent repro handguards, now there's like 2 or 3 and they're crap as well.

       

      Gears, motors, pistons and compression parts are still widely available though.

      Funnily enough it was handguards I was looking at.  Then backed up by my wishlist on there now being 95% unavailable. 

       

      It is a shame though, I'd say it will help my bank, but the alternatives are all more expensive

      I consider myself lucky that I bought them while they were still available, saved me some pretty penny because looking at them prices right now, on EU retailers, I would have spent at least 2.5 times what I actually spent. Fucking DD MFR XS repros being sold for €150 while I paid 50 posted + €2 in customs fees for mine.

    But only one is going to leave a horrible smell on you, your clothes and on anything you brought with you (dont worry, I feel the same over cigarettes, though weed seems to be much stronger smelling for longer distances). Maybe edibles would help, to spare those around you? And while im ranting on drug use, why do vapers feel the need to blow so much vape out in crowded areas as to make a fog machine blush? No one thinks its cool, would bet over half of those around just thing you're an ass.

    weird derailment in here. I went NAF last year, they were chonoing guns and tagging them with cableties to show that they had been tested and passed. If i remember right they were colour coded for fps so visually marshals can see if its sub 350fps, 420fps for DMR of 500fps for sniper. Not that its infallible for people bringing their own to pass without check, but at least an attempt was made. As for the weed comment, not for me. Our old neighbours used to do it every evening and it stank out our house, definately do not miss them now they have gone (by the loud day time arguments im pretty sure they were only together because she got pregnant). All people i have come accross that use it regular seem to be the most paranoid, conspiracy theorist bunch that spew the largest amount of BS that i have ever come across.

    I'm kinda surprised they don't do a V2 that is sized correctly. Would sell well, plus people who already have them but are fussed over the 10% may buy again. Be a bugger to have to buy new mags as I guess they would be undersized too.

    I'm going with a group, joined Others for similar reasons stated above. It's a good laugh, especially if you play around the fringes and don't get in the bottlenecks. Just don't take it too serious... I.e. delta Also, the food is good. Cannot recommend the Greek place enough. The food options are probably 40% why I wanna go again. Beyond hanging out, it's definately the main reason why the missus is happy to go even though they don't play.

      Tis annoying as I got a nice slim stock and the fuse case is prohibitively large for my smallest lipo.  I guess safest this post removal would be to MOSFET it, but I'm trying to do this on the cheap.  If it does pop though, I have plenty of spare pews, not that I want to set it up to fail

      20+ yrs playing binned the fuses out of pretty much every gun I’ve ever had(primarily for the exact same reason you want too) never had a problem with any of them . I’m a great believer in the train of thought that 95% of all faults that occur with airsoft kit wether AEG’s gas pistols or what ever is always down to user error and NOT the kit failing in its purpose . There not as strong as real guns so if you abuse them in any way shape or form it’s gonna end in tears . Savy ? ?
