  1. Afternoon all. Loving the posts. Brilliant topic. 🤑 Anyone watching the fight tomorrow? hold on bud. Just getting my worlds smallest violin out. There we go feel better?
  2. We are much to old for Social media! We are from a ink and quill generation. Sorry bud. Very good though.
  3. Who would? That is pretty obvious right? Am i the only one who thinks its crazy that you would actually play the game intoxicated! All i know is that after a long day skirmishing i would rather relax with a jib in the evening than get drunk with crusties at the bar! Cheers ! 🥴
  4. This is a bit harsh as my boring old grandad RIP was smoking all the way up to his 90th and he loved being around open free thinking minded people. Not everyone gets boring as they get old ! i certainly haven't 😎
  5. I will third that. baofengs uv5r, Great price very reliable. Not to difficult to set up. They do take a Kenwood fittings so easy to set up a PTT. In regards of a long wire with the PTT this is not something i have seen but would of thought should be easy enough to find. The general rule in the UK for power is anything over 0.5w power requires a licence baofengs generally start a 5/8 watts.
  6. Oh Rogerborg it must suck getting old, i will leave one at the bar for you. You really need it. 🥱
  7. I do love a NAF debate😁. So many emotions 🤭 For everyone who is attending Player packs are available to download from the NAF website (all 9 pages worth😱)
  8. Genius, on that basis i will need to train up my daughter. lol
  9. It really is a personal choice. If you are looking for a serious mil-sim event then this wouldn't be for you. If you are looking to socialise and engage with players from around the world with a shared interest in Airsoft then without a doubt the best place to do this. Remember its a festival not a skirmish weekend so my advice would be to look at it like that. Myself and my team do a lot of mil-sim and serious skirmishes throughout the year. So we use NAF as a chance to kick back relax and we generally spend more time at the bar then we do out in the field. But it really is a personal choice.
  10. I get/understand the Negative feedback from NAF as it is certainly a reoccurring theme. To be fair we don't go for a serious Skirmish we do that every other week at various sites around the South. Its an Airsoft Festival and that's the mentality we try to adapt for it. So good times, Brotherhood, Meeting new people, occasional drinking game and untold amount of Red Meat. But i fully understand the frustration of Bottlenecks and occasional carnage idiots.
  11. Good to hear we are also Delta! HeroShark we will keep an eye out for you!
  12. NAF 22 is now only a stone throw away. We are very excited about this year the numbers are incredible (3000+). I know the gameplay can be a bit nutty but come on 3000 players for a weekend of tearing up the battlefield. What better way to spend a weekend then with likeminded individuals in a field surrounded by weapons, Alcohol and FOOD. Sounds a little like heaven to me but everyone to themselves. Myself and co-captain will be representing our squad over the weekend (Heavy Herb Hitters) keep an eye out for our flag or patches! We love to socialise and play so please approach us for a drink or smoke over the weekend. If you are wanting to attend this year but you are struggling to get a team together or you are a solo player looking for a safe space to enjoy your weekend please don't hesitate in dropping me a mail we would be honoured to have you with us. Team Delta Is anybody else attending? If so what teams are you on? How do you rate the venue?
