mines the same, but i was told they scan them every 3 days, so i guess we should at somepoint today get another 'import scan'

is there a point where we can en-masse go to stanford le hope and get our parcels? i mean if they cant do the last leg of delivery...

As I face the prospect of weeks of 'import scan' every 3 days while it sits in London, I'd suggest avoiding looking at their twitter or other social media accounts. It doesn't paint a good picture, its somewhat demoralising. I'm just going to watch my Paypal charge back timer, just in case (180 days I think?). If people start pulling the money back from retailers due to UPS's incompetance then surely thats going to have an effect as to who they choose to deliver for them? Also, I paid UPS's imports on Paypal, so I'll claim that too, that might make them squirm a little too.

So rang again as my tracking stilll claims yesterday. guy on the phone is saying it should be on its way to the local depot (northampton by tomorrow). but if nothing happens after 3 days, then i can initiate a 'lost package' investigation or some crap. So my earlier smooth sailing on the order is starting to feel tenuous

No updates. Still says yesterday on eta. Dont know why. But the lack of accuracy in the updates are really annoying me

as of 4pm today the parcel is officially late. no update of the tracker. the Defcon airsoft package has at least arrived

Caved and rang them. One guy read out fridays status saying more documents required and put ne on hold to make enquiries. Then a woman i could barely hear picked up. Stated its cleared customs but still in london. Though is adamant that its coming by end of day today. Time will tell

So the tracker says my thing as being updated at 5 this morning. Though detailed view has not changed since the last posted screenshot. Still apparently due this afternoon.

I would not hold my breath on delivery until it is in the Northampton depot, which is where everything ups has ever delivered me gets dispatched from. though im hoping being down to having cleared customs as being a good sign at least? With Ukara expiring on the 27th, im assuming that hurdle has now at least been passed? *touch wood* hoping i can get my mp5 and mp443 soon (and for defcon airsoft to actually send me that m14, its been a week since ordering from them, got no delivery notification or anything, its just down as completed on their website)

so mine now has the status Original documents required (Immigration documents, Visa etc) / Your package was released by the clearing agency. so is that 'its cleared and all is well' or is that 'we need more info' is Schrödinger's delivery service now it seems

yeah, mine stayed in germany for 5 hours. at 8 this morning its down as having left the facility, dont know where to yet. its exciting. in a sad way xD

Seeing mine pingpong around on the tracker i wondered what the milage of my parcel was. (yes, boredom has reached that far) My order was placed on the 1st march. UPS collected it on the 4th. It was moved to two depots in poland by the 5th (Wolka and Dobra). On the 6th, by the scans, it moved between Dobra and Stanford 3 times in one day, returning to dobra on the 8th where it will stay until the early hours this morning (11th). Where, to switch it up a bit, my package is now in Germany, Herne-Boernig. I had by RIF declaration from received and sent on the 8th and was billed the import fees etc on the 9th (£99 in import etc on a £370 parcel). The total distance traveled: 7455km ignoring all the smaller inbetween trips. How does my series of events compare to you guys?

must have been that time, yesterday was the 'its not a real gun' declaration and woke up to an email asking for import fee payment. Total spent £378.69 Import fees total £99.36 additional: the parcel does seem to be pinging between Uk and Poland...
