New HPA Toy! 

Wolverine Spartan. ARP 9 front rail, ARP 9 stock, Ex Rental receivers from Halo Mill. Stock G&G inner barrel and Hop unit.

 

Needs 120psi and max dwell time to reach 290fps on .25s so its gonna be really inefficient but whatever! New toy gonna be fun! 😂

Update on the Hi Capa... Now a Nano slide so no lovely trades, but more durable to me smacking it against something 😂😂😂

 

Will do a steel barrel,new magwell, and a gold guide plug in the new year i think.

But its for the best... This is the 4th polymer slide I have had since I bought the pistol! First 2 were sorta my fault, cracked them after sliding and not stopping because of bbs on the floor and crashing pistol first into brick walls 😂

First HPA gun for my collection, and it's even the American spec with the semi, burst, and full auto. (Instead of the UK semi locked version)

 

Think ill need to get a 68/4500 tank though with how often ill use it! 😂

I feel sad buying a £60 speed loader and then needing a £40 adaptor though.

 

I bought mine from AirsoftJunkies but its american and there was like $20 postage plus $12 handling lol.

So since I have an Odin sidewinder speedloader, and a newly acquired Scorpion Evo... I ran into a bb loading problem because well... scorpion evo mags dont fit an m4 magwell (shock, horror, i know)
so it only really made logical sense to spend a further load of cash on an Odin adapter for the evo mags, and hope it works well, instead of just buying a cheap plunger loader 😂

 

next up will be pouches for the mags I guess.

So... I actually ended up getting that p* refunded because a HPA Scorpion Evo (with tank and line) popped up and I just thought "well... I want that more than an M4" (which is true, only I couldn't afford a scorpion when I started airsoft)

So yeah... Change my last post to say I'm nursing the wound from an upgraded HPA Evo, and mag pouches 😂

One tank leaks but it's probably just an o ring... Not sure if the case is included or just for showing photos 😂😂

 

Also add on buying an extra 3 mags.

3D printing always has weakness in the layers. But too be brutally honest the layers on these holsters is really damn good so the chance of it breaking like that don't seem too high... Well unless you slide on your gear  lol

 

My holster sits just above my waist as its on my sniper rig. So im not likely to go snapping it through sliding and stuff anyway lol, so not too worried about it. But there is a load of flex in that backplate when you pull it, yet its sturdy enough to keep it all upright even when you have a lam, suppressor, and loaded mag in.

I used to be in a massive gaming community called The Art of Warfare

I was in the Escape From Tarkov division up until December last year. In fact if you played during the evenings you probably saw me going about with the TAW tag in front of my name.

Quit because it was too invasive to my real life with mandatory meetings, and daily playing and stuff... Anyway.

 

Last I heard they were gonna eventually link up all the maps to create one large map with a free roam style of play? Something like that at least.

I agree with Duff on the TDM style of gameplay... But then again, we used to do 5 man squads on the Factory map a lot. So it was basically like playing against AI...

Its great, and sure beats having to pull the mk23 half a metre upwards to clear the suppressor of a standard holster lol.  Taking a bit of getting used to in order to holster it again but it's just that much easier lol.

So somewhere along the line I left my railroad mindset of "2 x M4, 1 x sniper, 1 x pistol, and 1 x shotgun"
Ended up with
2 x M4 (with a 3rd one that needs fixing up, the CA LWRC cloest to the front)
1 x sniper
and 2 x pistol...

Airsoft is addictive to spend on when you live with a parent still lol.

Everyone says the MK23 is huge but in its core form, it's not so bad. Hi Capa's are only a bit smaller (although the MK23 is wider than the hi capa, which is weird to me since they are both double stacked mags)

 

But when you chuck the LAM and the suppressor on... Erm..

 

Suddenly it's huge lol. (LAM is unpainted because it's never been used, and doesn't fit in the kydex holster)

It really was lol, I have a little 2 door corsa (the sniper in its case takes up 90% of the width of the car, doesn't even fit in the boot lol) and the boot was just crammed full with gear.

I made one, took me ages to find the correct colour tones and arrangement to make it work, but at the end of the day you couldn't see me within 20 feet from you..

 

Oh I do agree, this will probably stand out really badly at Stormforce it's 100% more for "looking the part" lol. But with the distances Stormforce offers, you will either be easily visible, or way too far away to be seen lol. But I'll be the only ghillie wearing player anyway so I'll stand out for that reason alone lol

Just looked again and the leafy suit I got is much thinner, so that will be better for summer wear lol. Although probs will have to wear Camo beneath it as its like mesh between the leaves.
