  1. Don't tell me to calm down or I'll Agrajag you right in your petunias.
  2. Good question. I swear I have seen them, but [handwaving intensifies] I can't recall offhand which site(s) do this. Does anyone have a better memory?
  3. You'll also want to check if your local sites have pedantic[*] requirements for DMRs, i.e. a toy pretending to 7.62mm be rather than a toy pretending to be 5.56mm. [*] And incorrect.
  4. True, but Silverback's USP is marketing things that don't need to be uPgRaDeD or fixed. Do you know if the one you tried had the gears modified? It's quite possible that they've already sorted it, they do have form.
  5. Yup, the section you want is: https://airsoft-forums.uk/classifieds/category/17-guns-wanted/ There's a spam filter in place so you'll likely need to have a bit of a chat first before getting access to it.
  6. Volts, yes. Some setups will be driven too hard with 11.1V - I tend to get double-shooting on semi without an active brake mosfet (other experiences are available). Capacity and amps, no, go for it. The battery will only supply what the motor is trying to draw. If it can't supply that much, then it'll heat up sharpish, and you really don't want that.
  7. Could be. 1.3Ah x 25C = 32.5A. That's 360W at 11.1V, or 240W at 7.4V. I mean, motors do get toasty from waste heat, but I'd hope that at least 10% of that 360W (= 360 J/s) is making it out of the muzzle. Worth a try though, more Ah and C is always better Ah and C. I'm running 1.4Ah x 30C as fast as my mags can keep up. You just made up that wordle.

The law in this area is an ass, three types of mule, and eleventeen varietals of pony-and-trap. We really need a comprehensive consolidation and consistency-check of all firearms and firearms related legislation, although that's very unlikely to play out in our favour.
  9. Genuinely well done, I get a sweaty cleft from just walking 26 yards let alone running 26 miles. 👍
  10. Yup, virtue signalling that they hate guns so much that they don't want anything to do with them, beyond making a living from glorifying their use.
  11. And don't let naysayers say nay. We're just playing dress up and hide-and-seek with expensive spud-guns. Sure, the organisation will almost certainly be the usual comically contradictory clusterfrag, but just go out and play the way that you want to play and you'll have a blast.
  12. Top tip: remember to take some acetone nail varnish remover to unstick yourself from the "not" XR hippies.
  13. So, like ten quid, mister? This is a solid example of how if you're the only person who actually makes something, you can name you own price. It's not one I'd pay, but I suspect someone will - although I agree that this probably isn't the forum to find that person.
  14. I'm impressed that the seller appears to have actually bought one of those God awful mesh masks that tend to get inflicted on rentals. It's like they wanted to play in Hard Mode.
  15. I'm going to bend over backwards, and even do a few cartwheels, to assume that the postard is listing what they think is the equivalent new value for an equitable swap, which is what they're asking for. I do agree that the sale price for a used and abused £55 gun, £50 of ostensibly working mags, and a spares-or-repairs freebie is more like £70 than £140.
  16. Maybe those bits of camo tape were hand woven by blind Tibetan monks. You don't know!
  17. Are you actually seeing a problem? A lesson that I've not really learned, but should have by now, is that if it ain't broke[*] then don't try and fix it. [*] Or sometimes even if it is broke but still works sub-optimally but consistently.
  18. It could have been, but I suspect it was more down to people who really don't like guns making a film that includes a lot of guns (eventually). Some of the scenes towards the end get a bit bizarre, when they remember to CGI in ejecting shellazines almost exactly half of the time, even within the same shot. The props are clearly cycling though, so I suspect this may be an on-topic film for airsoft.
  19. Voiceover: "A suppressed H&K USP forty-five". Still worth a watch, despite that moment of...
