Your gun takes STANAG Mags so any TM compatible STANAG mags will fit be they low, mid or hi

They never gave a reason, what i posted above was literally all they replied with. I think its for two things a) liability issues and so that you use more silicone oil, they insist you use their brand but to be honest i think normal silicone oil would do.
-
Just got a reply direct from AI in literally an hour on a Friday evening: Definitely store it empty - best if it is lubed with some of the silicone oil includedThanksAI Ariel Goodall, Technical Support Airsoft Innovations Inc.

Hi all I recently purchased the Airsoft Innovations Cyclone Grenade (smaller brother of the Tornado Impact Grenade) and was wondering when i store it do i store with or without gas? I know with GBB pistols you need to store the mags gassed up to maintain pressure on the o-rings but is it the same for Gas grenades?
-
Personally i prefer to use G&G normal BBs in my G&G guns and others, i have used ASG blasters but mostly for testing purposes and now theres a new brand called Kurse thats come out and i have been using them but personally i still prefer the G&G stuff.

Zero One and their Consistently Dubious Business Pratices
Shizbazki replied to TheFull9's topic in Places to Buy
I have made about 5 orders from them over the past and TBH only had issues with just one order which was an item which was shown instock on the website but out of stock in reality, wasnt a major problem they just refunded me the cash. Mind you i have only bought 1 gun from them and that went smoothly, everything else from them has mostly been parts, mags and accessories. As for their forum i have made some decent buys on there and often they even have more classifieds on the Z1 forums than on here but again i hate the way they moderate it, any mention of any retailer or if theres anything they dont like the sound of then BAM! warning. Personally my go to Airsoft shop is Airsoft Zone in Romford. -
Hi I am a regular there and shop at Airsoft Zone. Dragons Lair has a Facebook community which you can find here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/129808267105240/ They have a website too but its rarely updated: http://www.dragonslairairsoft.co.uk/ Ray Cain (owner) of the site is very friendly and a jovial chap, his wife Jean is very friendly with everyone both regular and new comers, site marshals are generally the owners family and friends and they all enjoy a bit of fun TBH. Games are played on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month with occasional night games played too (look on their Facebook page to see when those crop up). Cost is £25 for a day if you have your own guns, otherwise rental package is £55 + £30 deposit, give everything bar the BBs back and the £30 is refunded to you. Airsoft Zone has a small stall set up at one side selling a small variety of the guns they have in the shop, BBs, smoke grenades and other stuff. They will be happy to accommodate your child (you dont say if its a girl or boy), they dont mind if they are playing with a two tone gun or full on black RIF, all they ask is that they wear a full face mask made of plastic or mesh, no cloth. There is no limit on rate of fire, number of magazines you carry or how many BBs you take with you, this is not Milsim, all they ask is that AEG are at 350FPS max, DMR Rifles locked to semi and at 450FPS Max and Bolt rifles at 500FPS Max, DMRs and bolt with a minimum engagement distance of 25m. All mags must be removed and guns shot at least once prior to entering the safe zone, they generally dont frown upon dry firing in the safe zone if you are testing you gun, i know some sites that go ape shit about dry firing even when you have the gun apart (as in lower receiver away from upper) Games vary in terms of Scenarios and objectives but generally are played out in a small woodland area which is large enough for play but small enough you can really get lost in, there are a few barriers here and there, a fort and a small village. The Safe Zone is well decked out, all benches and prep areas is under a roof, there is usually a tech on site to help with simple repairs, a small tuck shop, large amounts of parking and usually at lunch theres a bloke who does pulled pork buns, burgers and other things. As a first time site for either yourself and your child its a great place, it was where i went for my first Airsoft experience 2 years ago and look where that got me! over 8 guns later and two military operator outfits in black and Multicam with comms everything lol.

You mean like mine? I have a video review of my G&G TGM5 Retractable and a take down video I also point out a few things to be aware of of the G&G MP5 What i really want is this mod:
-
Couple here from me At Dragons Lair approached the fort which has a small sniper tower, knew there was at least 2 enemy people inside it, lit a BB grenade, just as i was about to throw it it shifted in my hand so that the burning fuse was right on my right fore finger knuckle, it burned right through my Mechanix gloves like butter and took some skin too, no permanent scarring through. Again at DLA, stacking it through the swamp so was covered in mud > Not wearing gloves first time i went airsofting OUCH.

Proffink give it about 300 shots or so and i think the regulator settles in, i found mine was a bit weird in that when i set it for 500FPS after about 10 or so shots without moving the regulator i was up to 560FPS, but as i say it has since settled down now.

Hi Your best bet is to go to ASPUK and use the identify your Rifle menu and see. http://www.airsoftsniperparts.com/identifyyourrifle.htm Luckly for you i have already done that when looking it up to help you. Cybergun AKA Swiss Arms SAR-10 is an exact clone of the TM VSR-10 so apparently it can http://www.airsoftworld.net/swiss-arms-firepower-sar10-co2-gas-vsr-black-mega-bundle.html By the looks of it your going to need a new Cylinder, Piston, Spring and Spring Guide and maybe a bolt too, also have a look at your trigger assembly too as it may be proprietary so that it can fire CO2, if thats the case i would recommend you get a VSR zero (or 90 degree, they are both the same) trigger.
-
Put this way buddy sub £300 is not going to get you a decent HPA set up. I am intending on making a DMR HPA setup and for the HPA stuff alone i have budgeted £700, for the whole thing i have saved up £1500 so i have reached my total required budget but gonna wait probably till the new year to get it.
-
Right the CO2 Mancraft kit works like a Gas or CO2 rifle does (see the ones made by G&G) except that instead of filling a gas reservoir in the mag you instead have a macro line that goes from the SDiK to the regulator, the regulator has a CO2 bulb inside of it which is basically your Gas reservoir. As it uses CO2 it does not suffer from cold weather like Green Gas does in pistols, you still have to cock it for each shot like you would a real rifle, you still use the TM Mags, stock, trigger assembly and cylinder. You get about 100 shots from 1 x 12g CO2 bulb and maybe thousands from a HPA bottle.
-
Doh i meant the other way around, wasn't thinking straight lol I see that Airsoft-Pro.cz do indeed have the Zero Trigger for about £55, certainly cheaper, I have a sneaky suspicion that ASPUK may be bulk buying these and then putting on a profit hike on the end of it, cos they are charging near £80 for one
-
For CO2 the simple answer is NO, you are confusing Green Gas (Propane or C3H8 or 3 Carbon Atoms and 8 Hydrogen Atoms) with CO2 (1 Carbon Atom and 2 Oxygen Atoms). The Mancraft kit is able to accept HPA (which i plan to move to once i get my P* stuff) and CO2. In terms of shooting a VSR-10 your options are: Mancraft kit and HPA or High Pressured Air, this is at the moment the best stuff going, normally stored in a separate tank between 3000 to 4500 PSI and through a series of regulators (normally two for airsoft) is stepped down to more manageable pressures, suffers NO cool down and is not affected by cold weather, it is therefore the MOST stable gas used by airsofters. Mancraft kit and CO2. CO2 is decent, it is under high pressure at about 800PSI in a small 12g bulb, it is not affected by the Cold, it only has one drawback in that rapid firing CO2 guns causes them to cool off, in other words the gun gets colder and so does the bulb forming condense water which immediately freezes to ice, at the rate of fire with the Mancraft kit you will never see this as you are simply not firing fast enough to cause it. VSR-10 Green Gas Cylinder - These are probably the worse things ever, it basically replaces the cylinder with a small gas chamber which you fill with Green Gas, Green Gas is basically Propane with additives such as silicone and perfume so doesn't smell like farts. It is affected by temperature and in an ideal world we would play airsoft in temperature controlled environments at 21C all the time for it to be used optimally. Old Bolt and Spring - nothing wrong with it as you pointed out, it is reliable as it uses basic mechanics to fire the gun and is not affected by cold, hot etc. HOWEVER if you have ever shot a real bolt action rifle before you will instantly notice 2 things about this rifle that is unrealistic, you seem to be after realism so: 1: The bolt pull or draw length, in real rifles such as the Lee Enfield SMLE and its variant, the bolt only needs to be pulled about 5cm or so (depending on calibre) to load each round, on the VSR-10 it is around 10 to 15cms. If you watch my video you see that my right hand never goes off screen, when using the VSR 10 stock you really need to pull that Mofo back to ensure it is correctly cocked. 2: In the Mancraft kit the bolt can be drawn using just two fingers as the spring inside the kit is quite weak (the spring is not used for firing the BB, merely it just helps maintain a seal inside the SDiK, on a fully upgraded VSR-10 with an M150 spring inside it your arm will suffer as will the palm of your hand, even with gloves on i was suffering the early signs of blistering when shooting the VSR-10 in battles using an M150 spring. It up to you what you want to do, you asked for advice and the overwhelming advice was go for the Mancraft SDiK kit which only costs £150 and you can get it in about a week or you can go to ASPUK and get all your bits for under £200 but might have to wait for that Zero Trigger. If you do decide to go stay spring (you'll regret it) i would strongly recommend you save up and get everything in one fell swoop, most important thing to get would be the Zero Trigger.

Hi buddy i see no one got back to you and i only just found your thread. You need to remove the bolt from the vector, open it and remove the rocket valve which looks exactly like this: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/ksc-rocket-valve-for-usp-gbb-pistol-part-no-217-1.html#.Vli31PnhBhE and its spring. From there you install the NPAS valve (silver thing) back the same way as the rocket valve does and use the NPAS spring. The tool is there for adjustment of the NPAS to up or lower the FPS. Personally i found the NPAS to be a bit lacking in its promise, the old rocket valve used to give me a consistent 370FPS and 450FPS with the silencer, the NPAS though seem to make it vary wildly for my liking. Nonetheless i plan to switch my vector back to the rocket valve when i can afford to get some CQB Russian HPA taps installed in all my mags when i go full HPA.

Hi As you have got a brand new and clean VSR-10 i would strongly recommend you go for Mancrafts SDiK kit rather than trying to upgrade it in its spring form. I bought a second hand VSR-10 that had some ASPUK bits and pieces in it with a M150 spring, whilst nice i found the bolt draw (as you are fighting the spring) to cock the weapon really difficult even when it was checked, aligned and regreased. Whilst i could shoot maybe 1 round per second my hands and arm got really tired after 1 or 2 mags. I was about to get rid of it as it was too tiresome to be using such a gun until one day when i was at work i was called to a house by a neighbour to a kid who was apparently shooting BBs in his back garden, i asked to see his weapons and in his back garden he had an SVD Dragunov converted to fire on CO2 and he showed me to Mancrafts shop. On a side note the kid was damn lucky that of all the officers who attended it was me. Anyways back on track, I have just priced up a full kit from ASPUK, this includes: M150 Spring @ £6.49 Steel Spring guide @ £10.97 Cylinder Head @ £13.97 Cylinder @ £42.00 Piston @ £37.22 VSR 0 degree EZ Trigger @ £79.99 Shipping £5.50 TOTAL: £196.14 So basically as much as the VSR-10 itself. On the other hand the Mancraft kit should set you back around £150, this price will include: Mancraft SDiK kit Mancraft Regulator Mancraft CO2 adapter and some spare parts It's basically a complete set, you can reuse your stock trigger set and stock body. Best yet the bolt draw on the SDiK is comparable to a normal RS rifle bolt draw, i compared it to a Lee Enfield SMLE Mk4 rifles bolt drawn and the SDiK i would say is less than that, you can basically cock the rifle using only two fingers. With some cash left over you can buy a good scope and hop up chamber barrel etc. Like others i would recommend the Action Army chamber (mine is on its way from HK). SHAMELESS PLUG If you need help to install the SDiK and see it in some action watch my Youtube video on it, Proffink used it for help and Mancraft have even linked it on their website:

I want to upgrade my TM VSR-10 Pro to 450fps
Shizbazki replied to BB dog's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
See here for Mancraft SDiK, what it is and how to install: -
Yes you can use a HPA tank, if you remove part of the CO2 adapter it has threads for one. The Mancraft regulator is not the best IMO, when i switch to P* I might see if using a proper regulator will help.
-
Hi all Recently uploaded a video to Youtube doing a review of the Mancraft kit for the VSR, I also install it etc so please watch if you intend to Mancraft your rifle.
-
Does a video of my VSR-10 count? Its still looking pretty stock but has been Mancrafted up.

Are you sure you don't mean KSC and KWA who are two separate companies but practically have the same line up (except for KWA having the Vector)? KSC are Japanese based and do the R&D whilst KWA does the mass selling, both have their guns produced by the same factory but KSC have much better QA, an example of this is the KSC M93R which is a very good GBB Pistol (albeit plastic and with trades) but the KWA M93R is plagued with problems, both are exactly the same but as said the QA requirements are different for both. Try these guys i found that they normally stock some rarer parts and are uk based: http://www.milspecsolutions.co.uk/ Having done some brief research it appears that KWC is a el cheapo GBB pistol brand and TBH whilst i can find the pistol itself available for about £65 the mags are practically none existent. Nonetheless i will refer you to the following HK company: http://www.guns.com.hk/ I used them when i needed to get spare parts for a WE M92 Beretta CO2 Magazine parts, namely the magazine foot plate and BB feeder slide, as it was the CO2 mags and not the normal GBB mags the parts i was after were practically none existant out on the open market. Contacted them ordering 5 of each part for which the quoted me about £50 for all with a promised 2 months lead time. Lo and behold 2 months later the parts dropped though my letter box. I think they must have got the parts from the factory in wherever to send them the parts needed and then forwarded it on to me. Ping them an email and see what they say, ideally state that you have photographs and part numbers would be handy, they normally reply within 48 hours in English, albeit from Cantonese Chinese via Google Translator.

TBH i would have been happy to fill a mag of his, 350 BBs out of 3000 from a single bag isnt going to break the bank, but if the same guy kept coming to me then i might have been a bit pissed.
