Wolf Armouries put itself up for sale before Bunker 51 went under though you can't see the closure helping matters. AGL Airsoft is also just 5 minutes away on foot and while it's not sprawling with products, it has value-added services with a shooting range. I haven't been there but I'd imagine its staff are less... curmudgeonly than those at Wolf Armouries.

Going by a few items they have on clearance, they look like they have some debt in items they can't even give away for people to find use in them. Just about all of the phones for those Magpul cases are obsolete where today's apps won't run on them and/or they would be useless for data out of the home or office because they only don't have 4G or 5G connectivity.

Luckily, I know a fair bit and am happy to shit on his parade. TL;DR; The "upgraded" hop unit is trash with proprietary buckings which are near impossible to obtain outside of HK. The "Highly Upgraded" Is bare fucking minimum.

Hi Forum Quick intro, started playing last year, borrowing kit from a good mate who got me into the game. Mostly been playing outdoor, forest mil sim at Invicta battlefields woodlands Kent and had real fun, starting to learn how the game is played. Been buying my own kit over the winter and now have a reasonable amount of British army green forest camo along with eye and face protection etc etc. Decided to go all in and just bought my first gun (Cyma Platinum MP5 CM0.41L) and the associated trimmings after my first CQB indoor event, which really got the blood pumping, the gun is going in for a bit of tuning before it comes to me with a longer barrel and an upgraded mosfet along with a couple of other upgrades to personalise and remove some of the reported weaknesses. Next I need to choose an optic but wanted to play a few games before deciding what to get.

So, in essence, he wants almost full retail for secondhand stuff that has no warranty, & also doesn't want you to have any protection as a buyer should it get lost in transit or arrives fecked.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! So far I am getting away with the cost as its exercise, similar to going to the gym, which is expensive....... Right..... The games I have played so far the youngsters (teenagers) run off and are followed by the aged (avoided using mature and experienced) then stroll back past to respawn before I reach the front line. Will post a picture of the MP5 when it arrives, gone for a longer tight bore barrel so will be keeping the suppressor on when on the field to keep the inner barrel protected.

I’d kinda forgotten all about this Reviews have been done in Japan a few weeks ago, it’s now available to pre order from Land Warrior and Defcon if I remember correctly for circa £370 ish Appears to be a full polymer build, and from reading on LW’s website, it might be using similar polymer to that on their G17 Gen 5, which is no bad thing Also looks like ICS’s magazines are compatible too, nice as the TM mag looks to be a stubby 20 rnd choad No NGRS which is a bit hump, but keeps to price lower Im quietly tempted…

Welcome ✋ I also started in my 40's to share activities with my son. Of course he rushes off and I don't see him for the rest of the game except in passing to the respawn 🤣 That's the beauty if this sport. We can all enjoy it with different play styles. I think us, more mature players, are better at tactical sneaking around with the occasional banzai charge 😁

Wow. 3 for 1 here. The gun is only £20 less than retail, the sight is £5 less (and that's from DCA whose known for stupidly high prices) and the M320 is a few quid less. I wonder if he'll tell me what he was smoking to come up with those prices

Give as much information as you can, regarding quoting the law, be careful how you explain it, you'll never meet an "official" who is prepared to be told how to do their job, especially if they've been rumbled for doing it wrong. So explain your toys should be covered by your ukara, a defence recognised under the violent crime reduction act, & that you've imported rifs previously with no problems. Maybe try to ascertain exactly why they've been held, & if so where the fault lies, because if they dig their heels in, better to be able to prove the seller or the carrier is at fault, in order to pursue a refund or replacement. & whatever happens, remain polite & respectful, don't raise your voice or swear, even in a lighthearted context, these days there are so many triggers that can be invoked if you enable them.

Finally got my hands on one

When I went a couple of months back the bloke running the evening told me something like 16-18 cap, but if they do allow 30.. can't imagine it'd play very well, very choked up and over-contested. Maybe they have some sort of player-rotation/tag-in type modes setup to alleviate it though, not sure. The positive aspects for me were close location, great parking, runs most days including weekday evenings and entirely indoor so during proper winter it was just a lot less effort to play compared to packing all the layers etc for a woodland game. I'd say HC2 is better for CQB play (though I've not been in many years), just based on the multiple lanes despite the base square footage probably being similar. But I'd say P13 is worth a go one time at the least if you're around those parts and want close up pew-ing.

Yeah, as i understand all of TM's quality is impeccable. But if we're talking MWS as a platform that limits you to ARs and the Guns Modify SCAR-L. I know the OP asked about ARs. (My GBBs are all VFC and one GHK so zero first-hand experience of MWSs.)
