As above, the only time you should ever have a mag in it is when you're in the game zone. Any decent site should be telling you this, regularly reminding you of it, and actively checking magwells on entering the safe zone - otherwise it's not safe in any sense. Mag in when you enter the game zone, cock it, job done.

As much as I love my 1911, I really wanted something with a double stack magazine as they seem to run much better in the cold. Add in a polymer frame and you've got something that should run year round. Really pleased with this VFC/Cybergun FNX but my oh my is it a big boy.

Announced at Show Show 2025 (at least that's where I first saw it), MOS Manufacture are doing an AK-12 GBBR. Release is "soon" but currently at prototype stage so quite a while off I'd expect.

I have had a similar issue with the MK23, but only when in the game area - e.g. bending down and somehow pressing the hammer in when it's holstered. It should never be an issue for you in the safe area, as your magazine should always be removed from the pistol anyhow. I use a DTD holster for the MK23 when playing which effectively blocks the trigger, so for me i simply have got into a discipline of cocking the hammer back before a game starts+ after using the pistol during a game.

So I’ve almost finished modifying my PCC45 - most of the MWS upgrades have been drop in. The SD rail took a little modification but just a couple of minutes with a file as the rail interferes with the lower receiver.

Royal Fail tracking is a joke. I've had items delivered that were still showing as being hundreds of miles away. Until the item is in your hands, it's still the seller's responsibility, and only they can make a claim against it. It's quite literally their problem. Don't sweat it, but if it doesn't show up in the promised timeframe, start a refund / chargeback process, and don't close it until you have the item or the money.

You may have guessed it but custom guns built from scratch are a nightmare to price though the fact that you've serviced them and that they run well work in your favour. Usually, it's 70% of the lowest current retail price for a nigh-on pristine RIF you'd buy off the shelf. You may want to use that as a starting point for the parts you bought. I'd imagine the Systema gearbox will retain the most value.

Why is it that Royal Mails tracking has now gone to pot Hardley ever works for me and when it does its limited at best I have a parcel that was collected yesterday in Scotland and no updates since then.
