@ak2m4 with another Christmas miracle! Ordered some internals for my latest project, not expecting to see them until after Christmas, when they arrived about 15 minutes ago! Excellent service as usual 😀 Now, the postman who's seemingly unable to work a doorbell is another matter! Had to quickly put on some shoes and chase him down the road before he disappeared! 😂

So the stock and rails were green but it looks like the inside of the mag well is blue. Makes me think it's a parts bin build

This is how it currently is. Not used it in a while though, I have to say. I find DMRs to be kind of awkward, I'm likely to use either a bolt action or a normal AEG more often, I should remedy this in the new year!

Could be battery needs a top-up Could be varying connection with the Tamiya plug (contact quality will vary each time its plugged in because the pins are too small) Could be a dry joint (a joint that looks OK but hasn't melted together properly) I know its cumbersome but I don't think its a good idea to remove the fuse as its there to help prevent catastrophic failure.

Possibly a silly question, but have you charged the battery? If anything, removing the fuse should have improved trigger response slightly, unless your soldering is very poor.

found a Donor (CYMA) for my KS-1 build. Now the hard part begins, so much to do. if anyone is interested the plan is: remove the QD points from the rear of the lower receiver. chop out the right side bolt release and replace with a 3D modelled correct version. either find or make the correct fire selectors engrave both side of the lower modify the charging handle to be ambi print a outer barrel sleeve to replicate the dimples on the real thing Cerakote everything fit aftermarket parts (rail, grip etc) - still need to find knock off Mbus Pro sights and the stock pipe QD point I've got a ACRO P2 but need to find the reptilla scope mount and find a suitable short dot that's close to the Vertex 1-10 (not spending £2000 on a scope!) This may take a while.

Babe wake up new APFG update, Okay yet another post, I've been busy. So the screws work perfectly so far with testing, I've also swapped out my maple leaf Mr hop 50 degree out for a flamingo 60, this was because I found that with the combination of Mr hop and crazy jet barrel the bb was getting seated slightly differently each time causing inconsistent hop affect . So far the flamingo has been much better however I haven't shot many shots through it. Also installed the GSI mcx hop arm with their soft nub, The tolerancing of the hole that the pin for the arm sits in was way too small so I drilled using a 2mm drill bit it out until the pin sat in snugly. The GSI hop arm is better as it has a flatter contact patch, as oppose to the original arm which has a thin rounded metal part which causes inconsistent bb hop especially when the power changes (very bad as GBB are always slowly loosing power). Also another thing to note is the JWI hop unit is a very snug fit in some spear! If there are anymore things I discover I will post them here Until then Enjoy!
