  2. tbf though, it's not like a gun being sold "working" is any guarantee of not finding something horrible going on inside. although if we're being super fair it's not like buying a gun brand new is a guarantee of not finding something horrible going on inside......

  3. During the week I think the multistorey at the Kennet itself is only £2 for the evening (after 6pm). But if you're going on a Saturday or Sunday, it's worth finding the new Train station car park which is just opposite the Kennet and only a 2 minute walk to the entrance of Zed. When I played the Sunday. It was great. Damn near empty, like no one knew it existed and it's literally opposite the centre. It's £4.40 for a whole day of parking. Much cheaper than the Kennet. The Zed entrance is in the top left, where Edward Reis is. But see where the red marker is, there an automotive parts shop and you just drive up there and it's on the right. Literally directly opposite Nandos. It's not on any map or parking website at the moment. It's a hidden secret 😁 This is what you'll see if you're driving towards it from the A339. Nandos is on the right. This is what the street in question looks like as though you're stood on the path outside Nandos Drive past the motorist discount centre all the way to the end And at the end there's a right turn. At the moment Google shows a row of houses, but pretty much all of these have been demolished and there's a lovely new car park Pay and display and you're good to go

  4. I mean people who try to assure you that the rifle will be spot on just as soon as you add a washer or screw to that part etc. Although, how would you know how much to knock-off unless you knew what the issue was? Otherwise you're just selling as boneyard and we're talking pennies on the pound.

Yes ,thats true but one way or the other mocking always sucks , especially in sensible parts like hopup ... In this case I reckon easier to restore the original wheel which is handles properly fine bbs from 0.36g.

I have ascended! I also got the Angrygun Aluminium BC* bolt today but it doesn't seem to work too well. There is a friction between the nozzle and the bolt (might be due to the piston/sealing head as some others have experienced) so the nozzle returns quite sluggishly when I pull it forward and release it, but the main issue is that every time I shoot, this bolt somehow manages to engagethe hop dial and slowly decrease the hop until my bb's are just falling out 😅 Has anyone experienced an issue like this? Either way I've already messaged Firesupport and hope I can just return the damn thing. Instead I'm planning to order either a UAC aluminium bolt and maybe the guns modify nozzle set, and run that as my high speed CQB setup. Then I want to install a G&P adjustable valve in the stock bolt to get me above 2 joules into DMR territory when I play outdoors.

@P4radox as a fix you can cut a small square of plastic sheet, the sort that the clear packaging display boxes are made of - that the guns modify hop unit probably can in lol - and superglue it onto one of the hop arm paddles. Basically increasing the relayed pressure applied from the first (hop wheel driven) lever to the second lever (pushing the nub)

  9. A team mate hasn’t played for a number of years due to breeding, and is currently sorting through their gear for what’s to be kept, valuation to sell on and buying more for a come back. He’s having to remember to keep his mouth shut when he prices up a gun and his wife keeps commenting on how well he chose his guns that they are worth as much (and more) then he ‘paid’ originally.
