Yeah, we definitely need a CYMA impact grenade, or a wpływ Granat!

Why are impact grenades so expensive for what they are?

Well the Oshiboom was on Black Friday offer for £50 and you can feel the build is of a strong machined lump

it has to be quite robust if she is gonna last

Dynatex do impact one also for about £55 at Z1 & AW but not tried that one

did pull the pin on a timed bfg and held it near about 4 inches from cardboard box - blew a scorched hole in that

so even with a 6mm shotgun primer there is quite a force from a tiny tiny blank

£50-£60 sounds a bit - but then if using shotgun primers £7 per 100

under £70 for ya first 100 room clearings ain't that bad

£7 for next 100 clearings - unless ya lose it

Stark arms, WE and TM glock mags are the same right?

pretty sure they work in WE's:

not quite 101% if they all work perfectly in TM's but they "should" be "com-pear-able"

(compatible)

The guy lives in North London btw - he arrived at Heathrow, jumped in a black cab and said:

"'arrow taxi driver" = Harrow but meant to just say hello to the driver

I'll get me coat

Most bfg's usually made for expensive 9mm blanks @ £15 for 50

some makes have the primer adapters for sale...

adapters are cheap or just cut up a tube - think you will find it is imperial size

then you can use shotgun primers - cheddites at JD Airsoft £7 per 100

then you can use cheap primers that the bang is a tiny little bit quieter but still loud enough

and in cqb is plenty loud enough bang

the bang is still good enough and very COM-PEAR-ABLE to 9mm blanks

Is there any difference between a Gen 2 and a Gen 3 gearbox as i've been told a gen 3 is easier to maintain. (size to fit gen 2 space within gun)?

On iPad, sorry, no working colour :(

So wife watching supergirl and I had a quick search as I liked the Colt Model 933 they used on recent episode....

If iPad let's link work...

http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/File:Colt_m933_03.jpg

Any idea if this is available in a format all ready at a shop or easy to customise from something?

Can get some bits but is there an ICS base to use?,

Sorry struggling to get time on here at moment so will monitor email alerts!!

Cheers guys, love always!!! :)

That looks like a s system with a cqb barrel. I thought in supergirl they was just standard cqb m4 with a riz rail

Gen 2 or 3 like in SRC gearbox revisions ??

Gen 1 - $hite 6mm green plastic bushings

Gen 2 - think they had metal bushings

Gen 3 - 8mm bearings

Or do you mean gearbox types v2 or v3 ?

V3 's are easier to work and test with motor due to motor frame/cage not needing pistol grip assembled

Plus all wiring is external for easy MOSFET wiring without opening box like on v2

Some v3's don't use motor frame + usual short motor like on AK & G36's

MP5k & SIG use v3 and long motor with adapter

Soz for long answer in case I was unsure

Sig uses medium motor without full motor cage. Its not a standard v3 case either its got a few differences but standard v3 internals.

Oops stand corrected, knew it wasn't a shorty in a cage

But a guidey thingy majig adapter dooberry

Silly me assuming it must be long mofo motor like on mp5k - my bad

Would of been better if it was a long type. Medium length are not as common. To be honest thats probably why you dont see Sigs very often, most of the parts are proprietary so upgrading and repairing is a pain because of lack of aftermarket support.

They're roughly similar, but with slightly different tolerances & performance.

(WE and TM at least, can't speak for Stark)

WE fit & work in a TM, and give it a lot harder kick. CO2; I'd be worried about damaging the pistol.

TM mags fit in a WE, but don't seem to have the 'oomph' to cycle the slide reliably.

This is going off my pair, one TM one WE with two of each brand of mags; bought second hand & TM mags 'upgraded' with Nineball routers (Possibly worse than stock tbh, but don't have originals to compare).

I have (half) a can of 134a that's been stored away for approx 5yrs, after I stopped playing.

Looking to get back into it and need to test-and-repair all the old kit.

Is the old gas still safe to use? Or is it a no-go due to the age?

Cheers :-)

Thanks Pro 😃

No telling what state the mags will be in though ;-)

Can I attach this to the vltor style sight to keep my riz rail on?

This question seems unintelligible to me. That is a VLTOR style sight, which attaches to a barrel to provide a flip up front iron sight and also allow the addition of a laser or torch because it has a short rail. So "keep my riz rail on" doesn't seem to make sense. Just for clarification, an RIS rail is integrated into the handguard, whereas an RAS system also has rails extending onto/above the receiver.

Do herosharks work well in the dark?

Not as well as mesh with interwoven wires, but they are usable, especially if you are using a torch.
