Pouch dimensions can be a bit off so you will have, mag pouches typically, that are very snug. Packs often have a lot of loose threads inside. If you was with them do so with care. Pals grids commonly contain a section that is not square or misaligned. These can some times be overcome by using MALICE clips or similar attachments. Age: Original stuff still comes onto the market seemingly mint. On worn items the Velcro and elastic can have lost much of it’s strength. Colour: Woodland can be difficult to get everything new as people still actively use it and are less likely to sell it on. Still very popular in the US. Tri-colour desert items often turn up unused. Probably because stock were not immediately rolled out and then UCP came out. UCP, don’t over look it. Lots of it out there still in the packaging. It can be dyed, especially the nylon. UCP DELTA. Good luck finding genuine items in this pattern. It’s like the A-team, “…if you can find them…”. Expect to sell a kidney. Coyote Brown maybe heavily stained with someone else’s crayon juice. Never soldering anything again. Made the connector, connected a battery, got a single shot off before nothing and the red LED. Switched batteries, emptied the rest of the magazine (3 round burst is my new favourite thing), then as I've disconnected it the MR30 has come off my connector and got itself stuck inside the one on the MP5. Dug it out with a pair of pliers, ordered one off Eagle 6. Link below. It's an interesting debate this one. My usual site allows tri-shot albeit at a slightly reduced power - 0.84J / 300fps on a 0.2 IIRC. A few people have commented that they appear to have been in contact with The Predator, but it's all been good natured rather than moaning about shotties, in fact it's probably increased their popularity if anything! If the shotties had the same joules as those in semi then I'd be raising the question as to why they get three shots when the rest of us get one, but it seems the limits are taking both that and the up-close-and-personal nature of the shot into account.

Whilst I'd say using 6 shot mode is unnecessary I wouldn't call it wankery. I remember playing at Electrowerkz where many people had a M203 hanging off the bottom of their AR. Shells for the could hold anything up to 200 bbs and I don't remember anyone complaining

They're, usually, pretty rare to find floating around, you may find someone willing to sell you theirs but then you'd probably be paying over the odds. I'd say I got lucky when I got both of mine as they were cheap and not in too terrible of a condition. BespokeAirsoft have a A&K Masada in their boneyard which has a snapped stock release, missing selector and is electrically dead and they want £150 for it which is a joke IMO. If you don't want to fix anything and just want a RIF that works, then i'd suggest going for the ICS if you really want that Masada/ACR style of rifle.

It's a total shitshow. Every courier that I've looked at except for Parcel Force expressly prohibit imitation firearms and airguns. That's not to say that they'll actually reject them - plenty of retailers use them. BBGnus4less, for example, explicitly recommend using Evri to return goods, even though Evri explicitly refuse "Weapons and replica weapons – including decorative, deactivated or air powered weapons". 🤷‍♂️ I see Parcel Farce have recently updated their restrictions, and have pulled all firearms related items out into their own section https://www.parcelforce.com/help-and-advice/account-customers/account-prohibitions-and-restrictions Annoyingly, it's all still rather vague and contradictory, but they will take both "low powered air weapons" and "imitation firearms". They used to say that they wouldn't offer enhanced compensation on anything shooty-like, but I can't see that any more. tl;dr version - if I were sending something £500+ I reckon I'd use ParcelForce 48, sent from a Post Office counter, and paying for enhanced compensation. Worst case, that forms a contract with the Post Office that you could argue later.

Possibly used a "non airsoft" mini tamiya battery with the traditional positive/negative wiring (why the frick airsoft has reverse polarity mini tamiya is beyond me) He would need to go to the shop he bought it off, they would need to go to the distributor who will need to go back to TM, once its been inspected, at his cost. Possibly the distributor will keep it as a spare part gun for anything else that goes funky on another gun out the box but its down to them. Based on your description, unless he bought the battery with the gun, it is unlikely to be a warranty claim. I say this as my mp5 cooked itself out the box, but i bought 2 batteries with the gun and used those one specifically with the gun to inspect it, so it could be a friday afternoon lemon. Had to fight with the retailer for about a week to get a replacement. Could he buy a second hand one to use or salvage, and keep the broken one until an aftermarket fet is available or a work around is created.

A lot of photoshop type scamming attempts recently, not sure if it's just one or two shit bags doing it, or is it a new tactic by scammers in general ?. Lonex hop unit, No idea about them. The stock plastic units are fine. Maple leaf hop rubber - I can't comment on that either. We have 350fps and cold weather here in the UK. So soft 50deg rubbers are generally more our thing. I'd run the stock rubber and hop unit till it breaks. https://www.evike.com/products/31081/ ASG mags - No issues there. You can get the MAG 170rnd ones from Evike. There my absolute favourite AUG mag. Good capacity, no winding, no rattle. If you can afford it then I would always recommend those mags. Madbull Python 6.03 - Avoid Avoid Avoid. The barrel is too wide for an AUG's inner sleeve and will bind up causing all sorts of issues. The ZCI ones are spot on if you can find them. All of my AUGs use them. The other brands I have no idea about as the ZCI's have always been on point. https://www.evike.com/products/11878/ ASG AUG - It's an ASG sportline by the looks. Identical to the JG but with the added trades. Metal bushing, Basic motor, QC spring. Absolutely solid as a basic gun or upgrade gun. The JG may or may not have a QC spring depending on how old the stock is. With the ASG one having it in the description I would go that way. I wouldn't upgrade anything for the first few games on it. Get a feel for it first and work out what you need to do. If you go with the big batteries I've linked lower down be aware that the inline fuse may have difficulties as you can see a lot of current draw. So It may be worth adding some bigger fuses to the order. Or have a plan to bypass the fuse if it starts to glow. I'd run it on a 7.4v big lipo. 2200mAh. I Know I can fit a battery 103.6 x 34 x 15.5mm into mine no trouble. 101.1 x 35.5 x 16.1mm also fit and work. You may have to modify the bottom of the gearbox plate to remove a plastic part that sticks out (2 mins with a dremel). I would also convert to deans as mini tamiya connectors are crap. I'll link a battery that will work, but 20/40c is pretty low for these. Giant power over here do a 35/70c 5c charge model that is my preferred battery. If you are wanting 11.1v then you need to speak to someone else as I don't own any - It may also be worth talking to your local gamers as you may need 11.1v for your power levels. https://www.evike.com/products/47743/ Motor is not something I can't advise on. Nor gears, As you run different power levels, So what I know won't translate to what you need. For UK power levels 350 fps, I tend to find AUG's will run hot on standard spring configurations if you get the seals right. I think mine are running cut M110's but it's been a while since I had them open.

For Postage and packing, the only postal carrier that will ship RIFs knowingly for a private seller is Parcelforce via the 48hour service. Been a while since I've shipped one but its around £10 give or take a bit of change for anything upto 10kg. Can't help with the exact valuation of the RIFs though. Usual pricing for a working RIF is around 60% of retail price. Maybe more if its a collectors item. There are a few sites/traders that will buy RIFs like Action Hobbies or Stack Up Airsoft. They're like the CEX of airsoft I guess. All the best.
